Easy Walk to the Georgia Dome. All of their parking was blocked by illegally parked cars or full. We had to use a pay lot across the street ($30 for overnite) Finally got to front desk at approx. 4:30 pm, they told us our room would not be ready until 11pm. We had dinner reservations at the Sun Dial for 5:30pm and tickets to a ball game at 8pm. My wife and I had to change clothes, in the fitness center bathroom twice, (once for dinner and once for game) and carry our luggage to dinner. At 11:30pm we got our room but our luggage was not in our room as promised, we called for our luggage and they said they were going to deliver it. They never did, at 12:30 Sunday morning I finally went down to the luggage area and got the luggage myself. Always considered the Westin a top tier hotel, I was very disappointed.

If you want a great view of the city from your room (in a higher room) or from the revolving restaurant up top, then this hotel is good for that .Bed was comfortable. Lobby area is expansive and comfortable.. The parking expense was absurd and there was no free or even reasonably priced wifi in the room, which is usually a standard free service even in cheaper hotels. We were generally surprised and disappoointed at the rundown state of the furnishings and finishes in the room, as we have experienced better for less money. Remote did not work, took a long time and several calls to get it replaced. Overall not what we expected and not a hotel one wants to necessarily return to.

Pet friendly; the Sundial Restaurant/Lounge food and service was outstanding, with amazing views of the city. Beds/rooms should be "updated"; parking is inconvenient

location parking was a nightmare, sign said "parking lot full" this was ALL day long, know autos were coming and going all day, yet the sign never came down necessitating "valet parking" at 29$ a pop--a little stout. 21% gratuity for room service OK but what is this 3.50$ charge for room service, isn't that what room service is about???

The hotel should not have a four star rating. The room was old and the furniture looked to be in horrible shape. There was a strange odor in the room as well. The layout of the hotel seemed a bit confusing.

The beds were so comfortable and the staff was very accomodating. And the view was the best in Atlanta! The ice machine on our floor didn't work and there wasn't enough mini drudges available for us to have one. Kind of a bummer.

Very friendly staff, comfortable and elegant room, great view from room window. Because of my Starwood Club card, I got free wi-fi in the room, which I really appreciate. More expensive than I usually visit.

The hotel was beautiful. The room was very comfortable and the view was absolutely beautiful, I was on the 64th floor overlooking the west side of the city. Very nice workout room. Several elevators that opearate quickly. Location to local attractions. The pool was closed and this was not communicated to us by the staff at check in, nor did booking.com mention it on the website. The parking was cofusing. I was unable to find the valet parking area in the traffic and finally turned into a garage that was very close but I had to carry my own luggage up several steps. The cost of parking is steep $22.00 a night. The television needs to be updated to a flat screen. The one in the room is a little old school for the upscaled hotel. The bathrooms are way to small. There is also only one mirror in the entire room. It is in the bathroom which is very inconvenient when women are sharing a room and preparing to go out on the town. No nearby shopping. Hotel literature claims various Marts are available for purchasing things. These are very hard to find and they are only open to business customers. There is no close places to shop publicly, even just for a bottle of soda.

Belle Tour, belles vues, bon emplacement,..
