Location was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bed was a little hard and bathroom was small but I would stay there again.

It is a busy but a nice and comfortable hotel.

The tub floor was slipery

The parking, I was on the 61 floor and I couldn't use my cell phone and my ears killed...I couldn't see out window due too the weather, I don't like how the hotel face the alley area, the breakfast for 21 bucks was too costly per person.

The staff tried hard to accommodate us after we showed them our Booking.com reservation.

The hotel had no record of our reservation!!! I had to pull out my iPad to show them my confirmation. They suggested that we never use Booking.com again.

The location was three blocks from my business meeting. Nice view. Night auditor worked hard to resolve billing problem at checkout.

Front desk staff poorly trained on computer system. Four guests (separate folios) waited 40 minutes in line to check in. Three staff on duty at 4 p.m., one of whom was doing nothing, simply staring into space. No record of my reservation, even though I provided an emailed confirmation number. Few self-park spaces and no visible security. No statement delivered to room on departure day...required a visit to an unstaffed front desk.

For three days and nights, the price is too much for what you get. We would not do it again. The three day parking fee of 32 dollars (per day) is ridiculous, especially when you pay 258.08 for a room (per day).

they did not honor the Booking.com rate. I was charged $100 dolllars more than expected. It was difficult to budget that and it caused some cancellations of other things we wanted to do. I was really upset about that.

Had several service issues during my stay. During my first maintenance kept barging in and out of the room. The was not Listed on their records as bring occupied. Very frustrating. Heat was not working. And there was month remote in the room. During the evening there were additional interuptions. House keeping showing up in the middle of the evening the clean the carpet but I was for the wrong room and I was already in bed for the evening. It just seemed to be poor communication among the staff. On Sunday after I returned from being out all day I found that the battery in the lock on the door had died and was locked out of my Room for over an hour. Very inconvenient. The manager on duty finally transferred me to another room. Where I waited for maintainence to get the other room open so that I could retrieve my luggage. The manager offered breakfast via room service for the inconvenience. Which was very much appreciated but when I called there was of record this promise soo my request was not honered. A failed service recovery can be worse then the orginal service opportunity. You must close the loop or you fail the guest. Just a very frustrating stay. When all I wanted to do was relax.

The Internet was very very expensive, and the rate varied as the hotels occuptancy varied, stupid!!

I loved the view and the luxury of the hotel. It was very nice and I will stay there every time I am in the Atlanta area.

The only thing I can complain about the the 50 dollar charge they apply in case any damages were made or anything. It has taken forever to come off my credit card.

Comfortable bed and good linen . Amazing view from top floor rooms .

They lost my booking and took several hours to find . I could not check in because the president of us was visiting . Renovated rooms are ok but not exciting . Air conditioning did not work . Biggest problem renovations taking place so terrible noise in your room from 8-6. Hotel lobby looks like a train station and dirty chairs . Wifi expensive . Total waiste of money to stay here and not cheap . Nener would return .

not just that you pay a good penny for the room but you also pay a lot for internet and parking

was very close to venues we wanted to visit.

one would expect to have bath soap provided in room in addition to the lotion and shampoo that was there already. cost of bottled water provided was a bit costly.
