    Good bed, decent size room

Poor overall service and facilities. No Valet available most times, Few servers in bar. Restaurant closes before 9PM. Mini coffee kiosk wasn't open and ready to serve coffee at 6AM. Never saw a housekeeper. Labor issues?? VERY Unhappy. I'll stay elsewhere!!

Checkin was very nice, and when I asked about Internet, they comped it for me. I asked for a quiet room and they gave me a room on the 13th floor away from the elevator. The hotel was inexpensive.

Room had a door to the adjoining room, which was noisy (TV). But that was only for a little while.

The staff was friendly and outgoing. The concierge staff-especially Holly and Michael-were outstanding. Their recommendations for two separate dinners were spot on and excellent.

The bed is comnfortable and the staff was nice and accomodating

I hated the location, middle of no where and very isolated. The rooms are institutional and we had no hot water in the shower. The toiletries in the ebdroom were a joke and there was not even a comfortable chair. I resent paying $15 a day for WIFI and parking is outrageously expensive. Finally, I just found out they are holding $105 as an authorization to my cc in case i " damaged the room". They never told me they were doing it and claimed I authorized it. Westin , NEVER AGAIN!

San Diego is a must visit place. Westin is good quality hotel in good location, within walking distance of most attractions.

Pool is small and slighlty overshadowed in afternoon.

We loved everything. The front counter staff was ultra helpful and eager to assist at every point of our visit. The bar staff was great on conversation and helpful in identifying great places to eat downtown. We did get massages and that was great. We stayed on the 22nd floor and I highly recommend the Bayview/Cityview King room. Its location is right down the street from the harbor.

The massages were pricey, but for the convenience of not having to leave the hotel, understandable.

everything is very beautiful nd luxurious love the fruit infused water and free wine tasting

hot water issues, loud guests partying on our floor, loud fridge prevented from sleep, wouldn't move our room until I pushed it to the head mgr

    nice building rooms were nice

did not appreciate being told one price and then getting my bill and having it get jacked way up also there are hidden fees that they do not tell you about and that they continued to pull money out of my account when I am no longer staying there will not being visiting this hotel again!!

This Westin hotel is located downtown, but is within walking distance to shops, ferry, and light rail. My daughter and I took a cab to the zoo for only $15 and the free hotel shuttle provided the ride to and from airport so no need for a car rental. The staff was very accommodating, held our bags before checkout and pointed out some fun local attractions, hailed cabs, etc. The room was comfortable and had optional green linen program. When we needed extra towels they were delivered within minutes. Restaurant was a but pricey but quality food was good. Room service was quick and delicious for late snacks. Complimentary water bottles and the fridge was handy for local farmers market fruit and snacks. Overall I'd recommend and I'd stay again at the Westin San Diego. Weather was perfect!

WiFi is not free, so it kept me from emails and reminded me to rest.

It is a beautiful hotel and it is in the middle of downtown. It was easy to get to many of the places I wanted to see.

It should be stated up front that parking at the hotel costs $40/day. That I think is outrageous.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. A very well appointed room.

I was amazed at the $40 a day valet service. This was not expected. Valet service should be part if the room charge or at least posted somewhere. Also I had to wait for my car to be brought up on several occasions. This is the first time I have had anything negative about my stays with Weston hotels. Not sure of I will return as there are many other great hotels out there

Nice location. Helpful staff. Roof top pool very nice.

Charging your loyal customers for WiFi in this day and age is really silly.

Well located, helpful staff, clean, stilish, as expected of a major chain hotel in a major city. The rate I found was 160 $/night from Jul 2 to Jul 4 for a double queen (couple plus 7-y-old kid), so very reasonable (just before that I paid 140-150 at Econolodge!). Good buffet breakfast (extra) and valet (also extra).

Soap etc were not replaced on the second day. Limited coffee at buffet. But just minor glitches.
