As I had a 7am flight the following day, the location so near the airport and the complimentary airport shuttle service which ran at 15 minute intervals was just perfect. Definitely will use again in the future No complaints

It's close to the airport. It has got a pool. Everything is at extra cost: the parking, the breakfast, etc The hotel is neither charming or modern, it's a big, old, standard airport hotel.

I like Westin hotels...they have good hard beds and nice amenities. The bar and restaurant at this one were very good too. We chose the hotel in sf near the airport because we had an early flight and it provides shuttle service to the airport.

The Staff were very helpful and efficient, the beds and bedding excellent, it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in in any hotel, I particularly liked the ease with which everything was catered for to provide a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable enough but wouldn't call it " heavenly." location is right next to the airport, the freeway, and the bay. Room was smaller than expected, everything was overpriced, hotel decor was super boring. No complimentary breakfast.

Parfait pour un départ de l'aéroport de bonne heure grâce à la navette qui part toutes les 20 minutes (de 04h03 à 12h03, à la demande ensuite). Personnel charmant, chambre très agréable... Ravie de mon séjour !
