I love the showers but liked the other shower head better. I loved the bed too because it was so comfortable. I always try to stay there whenever I am flying in and out of San Francisco. That there is only one restaurant to eat at...not much choice...

I really enjoyed staying at the Westin. The service was excellent and I felt that they really valued me as a customer. The food could be a little better by providing a few more choices, but still overrall was pretty good.

Great location if you have a flight very early. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport. There was a big queue on check-in.

The staff were excellent! Very courteous, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Fresh fruits and very good price. We love this hotel. We stayed here on transit and were so surprised by the value we got for our money. Nice double head shower was a big plus after a long flight. Thanks. Wish they had free wi-fi.

The proximity to the airport, the free airport shuttle and the nice reception at check-in. The hotel looks "tired". The interiors need a facelift.

Nothing, except for the close proximity to the airport (we had an early flight to catch) Inflexibility to offer a better price (government rate) after I originally booked it. The rooms were grubby and old..in desperate need of an update. The lounge was nothing but a closet space so we took our drinks out to the reception area. Paying for parking after paying too much for a grubby room was unacceptable. Parking should be included in the over inflated rate. It was a very uncomfortable stay. I think I was expecting more from a Westin.

とても気持ちの良い寝具で快眠できました。 空港から近いだけで、値段の割りにはwi-fiは有料だし、 近くにレストランもないので一度チェックインしたら缶詰め状態。 室内プールがありましたが水が汚く濁ってました。

まず、サンフランシスコーホテル間のシャトルが時間通りに発着してくれる。しかも朝晩は１５分おきに出るの- で「待ち」に関するストレスは全くなかった。シャトル自体も他のホテルと違い、ホテル専用で、名前がでっか- く書いてあり、非常にわかりやすかった。 フロントの対応がとても丁寧でよかった。 部屋は海岸が見渡せる部屋を選んだが、海岸線まではすこし距離があり、際立って美しい風景ではない。立地的- に普通に散歩でき、海岸の美しさはそれで十分堪能できるので、部屋はもう少し落としてもよかったかもしれな- い。

ヘブンリーベッドはやはり寝心地がいい。 窓からの眺めもいい。 部屋の空間や贅沢な感じが素敵だと思う。 電球がきれていた。 お風呂のバスタブのはしっこに髪の毛がおちていた シャトルバスが昼になると20分おきにしかこない。 できれば空港に時刻表などがあるとありがたい。 （心積もりが全然ちがうので）
