We loved the modern facilities, very comfortable beds & the ease of navigating to & from during our stay for an evening Giants game. Quiet facility despite being fairly busy. Desk staff very friendly! While we found easy parking in the alley near Four Seasons, never did lean where your parking structure was...but I believe this was less expensive anyway so it's not a major concern. Also, the bathroom was very tiny & one had to turn one's body while on the commode in order to shut the bathroom door.

Location, staff knowledge, all restaurant and tour referrals were excellent both concierge and doorman. Wifi could be free at 5star level. More useful than a dressing gown and slippers.

Had a reservation for a king room, though they saw there were two of us traveling and offered us two queens in the same type of room for more comfort without us even asking. Everyone was very kind and more than willing to do anything they could to help! There was water and a cranberry elixir in the lobby when we were waiting to check in which was a nice touch, especially since it was a hot day in the city. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely return in the future!

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms. Great location for walking to shopping and dining. It would have been nice if the rooms had been in closer proximity to each other. Our three rooms were on three different floors. I assumed there would be additional toiletries provided such as shower cap, cotton balls, Q-tips, etc. The hair dryer was so "sticky" I didn't want to touch it.

Very clean, well-furnished room. Fan in bathroom could not be turned off at night - 24h noise emission. High cost of internet and phone - I think in this hotel category WLAN internet should be for free - rather increase the room price accordingly but don't cash for internet access.

The only good thing was the location. It was like a holiday inn. I've always stayed in quality Westins which is why I chose this. This was unlike any I've ever stayed in before. The breakfast was expensive and horrible, there wasn't a decent lounge area or bar area...the towels were thread bare, the bathroom was like a Motel 8..

The view from room 1805 was phenonmenal! The walk up "Bay" Window made the view even more exciting! The Valet parking was very convienient & worry free...The proxomity to everything "Downtown" was just Great! Truly you folks understand the term, "Location, Location, Location!!" I don't know how many "stars" this Hotel is rated at but 5 "stars" is not enough! Thank You... We were first taken to the 12th floor but the room had luggage & boxes in it at 4:30 in the afternoon; someone should have known that... Trying to get a cab in Rush Hour Traffic but Paul The "Captain" made sure we got to where we needed to be on time!

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. Our view was incredible. Dog-friendly (somewhat) Weren't able to put dog in car when we were in meetings and couldn't leave in room unattended. Completely inconvienced me by the fact that I had to park my car in a different parking ramp, a few blocks away from the hotel. So we had to haul all of our luggage to the other parking ramp after we checked out. It was a hassel and very stressful.

Nice bed. The extra $10 for room service ($5 delivery charge and $5 tip automatically added) was exorbitant and ended up costing me $38 for 2 eggs and tea. It has turned me off from staying at the Westin again. Also, I'ma small person at 103 pounds but I could barely fit my legs under the desk. I banged my knee so hard that I almost called an ambulance I was in so much pain. Also, I couldnj't move the phone across the desk which was very inconvenient for a conference call where I was using the speaker. I expect more from a Westin.

They give you a $5 voucher if you choose to not have your room cleaned. Although it cant be used on alcohol, it goes a little way towards buying some overpriced food. It was very loud, was woken at 3am by street noise several times. $15 a day for internet and very overpriced for everything including the restaurant.

Spacious, quiet room. I've never written any review to any hotel before but for this time I should share with others my very bad experience in this hotel. The bell service staff performed very poor attitude by just telling us he could't find our baggages instead of helping us to find it; until I found my baggages on my own, he didn't apologize for his dereliction of duty and even blaming on the customer shouldn't have said baggage, should say luggage, because which confused him! (Very ridiculous) After that he even asked us to prove our id, which is very offensive and disrespect to the customer. According to such disgusting costumer service I strongly don't recommend this hotel as if you can afford to pay that much there is thousand of choices in this location! Customer service should always put in the first priority, this hotel is definitely not value for money! Also they never refill the lotion and shower gel until the bottles were empty! Therefore you would always running out of shower gel while in the middle of the shower! What kind of so called 4 star hotel??

The hotel is in a great location-- easy to get around and the F is very accessible. The staff at the front desk and the concierge were so helpful. The room was beautiful and very clean. All around a great experience Valet parking is very expensive but seems to be comparable to parking throughout the city. Wifi in the room was not complimentary.
