I was staying at Vegas Westin, want to stay with Westin again while I was on my vacation. Love the design and comfortness of room. The Westin San Francisco Market Street has much brighter lobby which makes me feel so good soon I walk inot the hotel...., will stay with Westin hotels where ever I would go... |

While the room was not large nor was the bathroom it was acceptable for me except the bathroom. The fan on the air conditioner was very loud when I arrived. I mentioned it to the concierge and it was fixed when I returned 4 hours later which was impressive. I was disappointed that wi-fi was an extra $15 when I was paying an avg of $289/night. I can't believe that the hotel chain doesn't "get it" in 2009. And wi-fi was $15/night...ridiculous. The bathroom door needed to be closed when you sat on the toilet which gives one an idea of the size of the room. I did not recommend this hotel because it was $289/night. If you can get it for significantly less it is fine and the staff was really great. |

The city view from my room, the room are clean and capacious, location in union square The lobby decor and design is really poor, and it makes one sceptical about the rooms and other hotel facilities |

The location was good and the staff was friendly. The room had two queen beds (as opposed to double beds) which made our stay much more comfortable considering that we were traveling with our two small children. |

The beds were comfortable. The staff was courteous and responsive. Parking fees are probably comparable to nearby hotels but are excessive. Feels crazy in the lobby and entryway - not inviting |

Very quiet and cozy room, complimentary Starbuck coffee, perfect location closed to attractions and transports. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Add in a sofa in the hotel will be perfect. |

The location was excellent! 5 mins walk from Union Sq and adajacent to the yb Arts Centre etc. Perfect for what I needed. I had a large suv which I had to park in an offsite car park. It would have been nice to know that before arriving at the hotel. |

The concierge staff was very helpful with our requests about city tours. The only restaurant was focused on high end prices and with a narrow choice of food. |
