For the price I expected a luxuriance bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub
Lovely atmosphere, the parking attendants were super friendly, professional and fast. Very nice hotel.
We had two wake up calls scheduled, they did not call
cheap room price
What a great hotel! Very accommodating staff and the property itself was in fantastic condition. Would highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in.
The Air Condition was not cooling properly. Too much money
King size beds
No free Internet in your room
Poor wi fi service
Incredible view from the 35 floor Corner room !!! Did not want to leave the room !!!!
The view, the corner room, courteous staff, water and apple cranberry drink in the lobby, fun concierge All in all a great experience for a great rate
This hotel was in a great spot for a business traveler - not right in the touristy area, but yet walking distance to tourist attractions. Places to eat nearby, and of course the super comfy Westin bed.
can't beat location and value, have been staying there for several years
- Concierge team was great - good restaurant recommendations all around - Location hard to beat, close to the Mission/Market area - Lobby lounge is cozy and good for casual meetings
- Rooms were small (bathrooms smallest I've seen in a Westin anywhere), old (the hotel felt like it was built in the 60's) and loud (I was on the 5th floor and I could hear pedestrians talking loudly, and also I could hear my next door neighbor arguing at night) - $14.99 wi-fi charge per day is steep, especially for a Bay Area hotel!!
There's nothing too like!!!
Everything actually! Especially the valet stuff!!! And the price for parking is 60!!! Come on!!
Proximity to union square
In the very heart of downtown - difficult to get to, pricey to valet park ($60), difficult to find alternative parking and lots of vagrants around the hotel. Not one complaint about the actual hotel though (perhaps except the price to valet park....$60!)
We were on our honeymoon. As we checked in the staff were great! They were very friendly and helpful.
We were on the 26th floor and as we had seen in past reviews the street noise was a little bit loud at times. People in San Francisco really like to use their horns.
The staff are quick and friendly , they are not in a rush, they show care and pride. The bed is super comfy- linens are quality!
Parking is very expensive $60 - I suppose the price of staying downtown SF. Wifi is not free - I was hoping it's the least they could add to customer service.
Good service. Comfortable bed.
Very small bathroom. Paid Wi-Fi.
Its location, quiet and clean
You have to pay for the wifi, our room view was horrible
The room smelled cat urine.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
