I had no way to find the pool or other hotel amenities as there isn't a good guide like most high quality hotels use. There was a brochure telling about a massage service without details or pricing.

The small size of the bathroom with no shower hat provided. Also no bathrobe or slippers

Proximity to city sights and waterfront. Easy walking Pike Market Place, Space Needle, Chihuly Glass Exhibition, ferry to Bainbridge Island, and numerous dining options. Definitely recommend if you are doing a city visit. Cheap taxi fare from railway station also.

Problem with our booking thru booking.com, but quickly sorted by management, some sort of hiccup with them seeing the booking.

The central air was so loud we could not sleep. There was food in the couch cushions and the towels were stained. I have paid way less for way more comfort and cleanliness. Who closes their parking garage on a weekend? The Westin.

The location to down town Seattle is great.

The rooms are small and no phone book, desk paper, or any material that told you about the hotel. Very over priced!!!

Your front desk staff was the the best. Both at the check in and also at check out. Kudos to your staff.

On the other hand your Concierge desk was not the best. I stopped by Sunday morning of May 28th. He did not come off as a friendly person as I would expect a Concierge would be. Disconnected with the person he was assisting. I watched as he was assisting one guest and when another guest stood in line, he did not bother to recognize the person waiting with even a simifriendly word of " I will be right with you". I wanted to give the rating of "excellent" for your staff. He single handedly brought the rating down to "good". Also the elavator bottoms were bit tacky. I understand the numbers on the side...but why the numbers on the actual night end bottoms. Hard to tell which ones to push. Looks like the hotel did not want to spend money during the remodel snd lefted as it was to save money....then how tackle?

Loved the vicinity of the hotel to transit, Pike's market and all round tourist attractions.

We have an experience with 2 people who did not belong to the westin, (we had previously passed them on the sidewalk), and they tried to get on the elevator with us. I made a comment, they did not come on, I got to my room and called security and informed them. It was scary thinking what may have happened.

Staff during check in Time was amazing.

Room was dirty. We had to clean nightbstandsnofbspills and stains. All glassware had coffee stains. Ice bucket had black mild inside. Curtains were ripped. Phone handset had something unknown stuck to it we decided not to use it. Internet was free in the lobby but as soon as ounotbto the room you had to pay 13 dollars per day. There was no usb plug to charge the phone or camera.

Fabulous bedding, fast elevators, great morning coffee.

Expensive to park at the hotel, would be nice to have a spot in the fridge for water and leftovers.

Quick trip. Clean and a great view from the 17th floor. Amazing view.

Loved the room. Enjoyed that there was no hotel room smell. Check in was efficient. Liked the Starbucks and areas to meet someone or hang out. Great location.

Judy at the front door help desk is amazing. A real joy and full of info on Seattle. She steered us to the incredible Jazz bar in the alley behind the Hotel.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable with great views over Seattle. It was very easy to access the monorail/Seattle center, Pike Place market and shops by foot. Although no free wifi in the rooms, the wifi in the lobby was fast. The burgers at the onsite bistro 'Relish' were fantastic.

Only a few very small complaints - the towels and toilet paper weren't off the standard we would expect from a 4*. On arrival, after 20 hours of traveling we found there wasn't a room service menu - it took 20 minutes for one to be brought to us and then a while for food to come. But we don't have any major complaints about the Westin.

Fabulous Views......convenient location

To park, and get to your room is a process. Valet is nowhere near the lobby. The pool was a disappointment, completely misrepresented in the online photos. Beautiful rooms, but no where to "unpack"
