Quick trip. Clean and a great view from the 17th floor. Amazing view.

Loved the room. Enjoyed that there was no hotel room smell. Check in was efficient. Liked the Starbucks and areas to meet someone or hang out. Great location.

Judy at the front door help desk is amazing. A real joy and full of info on Seattle. She steered us to the incredible Jazz bar in the alley behind the Hotel.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable with great views over Seattle. It was very easy to access the monorail/Seattle center, Pike Place market and shops by foot. Although no free wifi in the rooms, the wifi in the lobby was fast. The burgers at the onsite bistro 'Relish' were fantastic.

Only a few very small complaints - the towels and toilet paper weren't off the standard we would expect from a 4*. On arrival, after 20 hours of traveling we found there wasn't a room service menu - it took 20 minutes for one to be brought to us and then a while for food to come. But we don't have any major complaints about the Westin.

Fabulous Views......convenient location

To park, and get to your room is a process. Valet is nowhere near the lobby. The pool was a disappointment, completely misrepresented in the online photos. Beautiful rooms, but no where to "unpack"

Loved the room and the staff. My daughter hasn't stopped talking about Relish! Great location.

Chairs in lobby could do with higher backs to support the neck when sitting reading.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The parking was expensive for overnight stays.

room too warm and wouldnt cool down, serious lack of drawers, pool on north side & packed most times, many outlets capped, no fridge aggressive homeless people was aweful for kids to see

We totally enjoyed our stay! Rooms were lovely, bed so comfortable!!, Our view was amazing! We enjoyed the Bistro good as well as a few drinks in the lounge... Would definately stay again ! Great location, polite staff❤

The only thing was having kids being very noisy , running around the hall outside our room.. But it was Easter weekend.., I had to shush them once ! Lol don't know why the parents weren't keeping tabs on that!

Location was great as shopping and restraunts were in walking distance. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Parking rate was too high for valet and a hotel of this calibre should not be charging for WiFi.

Location and facilities

Bar closed at 12, sent to the other one and it was 12:02. They sent us away even though they were clearly open and lots of people still there. Air quality seemed a bit stuffy. Parking fees quite high, should have a deal for hotel guests

The staff were great - friendly and helpful at every turn. The room was lovely - clean and a beautiful view of the Space Needle. The restaurant and bar areas were equally nice - we had breakfast in the restaurant and it was very good.

My only concern was the pool - it seemed dirty. There was a lot of hair in the pool and my son and I only stayed for about 15 minutes. Same with the hot tub - very displeased with these two places.

It is so nice that the staff help me get free wifi through enrolling me SPG. The hotel has excellent location.

no coffee maker in the room. Unable to use the fridge (for storing our own stuff) without paying a fee, no free internet so I couldn't check messages or search the area for things to do. To expensive to park in the area.

House keeping never kept my coffee in room tray stocked up even when I left tips. I called 'express' service to get stocked up 30 minutes later they arrived. Hotel is a bit over priced compared to other city 4 star hotels I have stayed in in Chicago and San Fran

Good hotel and so close to everything downtown, shopping and market!

2Nd time we stayed at the Westin and twice we've had problems with our invoice. Again we got overcharged and the credit is still not showing on visa!
