Josh, front desk agent was extremely helpful in granting request for rooms together. Really cares about his guests and their concerns.
quality of food
Location is good, however you can find more for your money. Prices for things inside the hotel were insane.
Prices of items, helpfulness of staff if not dressed in a suit.
Room okay, but cost to much.
In room food poor/cost poor.
Room was not ready at check-in time. No help offered to take baggage to the room. No free access to a computer for guests of the hotel.
Roomy and all the amentities we wanted. Great location to walk to many of the locations we planned to visit. I would choose it again.
The room was large with a sitting space, a king size bed, desk, TV and all the appropriate things. Bath was great too. The room was ready early, too, which pleased us since we'd just gotten off a cruise ship. Everything was clean, staff was good, and the room was quiet. Elevators were FAST!
Parking was 46.00 ...but we could have had parking from the time we checked in till the next day at 6pm. We had already paid 23.00 for 3 hours down by the Pier . Not thinking to have just checked in...
Locaton was great. The staff we helpful and cheerful.
The cost was high (but are thankful we had the view we did). The parking was extremely expensive and we not told of the "Westin" lot 1 block away. We found it on our own.
Convenience to shopping and ports.
Great service with bellhop, reservations, restaurant and consierge.
The noise from the other rooms kept me up.
Bed was very confortable Good location
Good sized room. Great view. A bit dated. Beds can be more comfortable. Concierge could definitely be friendlier. Any time we attempted to use conceierge it seemed like we were bothering them
Everything about my stay was great
The girl I brought with me, she was a pain in the ass
the staff were outstandingly friendly and helpful. it is a very quiet atmosphere
the amenities in the room are too sparse. for two people we had to share I small shampoo bottle and one small bottle of water. for the price of the room that I felt was being stingy at best
Location Choices for food in-hotel Services for travelers with luggage Great beds
Charge for internet in room
Too expensive. I´ve asked for a power adaptor for a european plug. I had to make a $25 deposit for a piece of plastic that worth $1. And the Internet connection for extra $9 per day - that's ridiculous.
I was there just one night, so hard to tell much
Price of parking in garage, it was valet parking only.
Our "non-smoking" room smelled like smoke. Mini-fridge in room was apparently for Westin's use only since they packed it full of their stuff - no room for us to put water, leftovers in it. Showing it's age; acoustic ceilings, elevators looking a bit "tatty".
They gave us complimentary check out of 3pm!
Very helpful with finding reservations
Friendly staff (especially the fellow at the information counter) and very comfortable beds. We arrived early so rooms were not ready. We went to Pike Market and had a great time until we received a call from hotel staff. We also had a nice view of the ocean from our room as well. I would definitely stay again!
We were there for the ball game so it would have been nice to have a shuttle bus. Although there may not be enough demand for one to operate. Everything was great!
the location is great
the staff told us that every room has a great view but it is not the truth for our room.
location!!! close to everything
parking is a nightmare! hotel says it has it all squared away when they don't. i had to make sure before i left that it was squared away. they never have the room key work right with parking garage.
I liked everything about the hotel. It is clean, comfortable, and the staff make guests feel valued. The ambiance is calm and relaxing.
The price is quite high for my budget. Over $400/night. While I love the Westin I cannot normally afford to stay there because of the price. This trip was last minute for medical and rooms in the city were hard to come by.
