that iI had to pay for WIFI
Specific requests did not come through our Bookings booking, but front desk took care of asap. Thanks! Pleasant, comfortable room. Stores in neighborhood, great "grill" interesting restaurant across the street.
Hot tub removed.
I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. My daughter and I took the light rail from the airport to the hotel. It was a short walk there. We could walk to everything ( Pike's Place, Space Needle, EMP, restaurants, Aquarium) with ease but it's near the monorail and taxi's are parked out front at all times. When walking around I would see other hotels and always felt ours was the best location. Hotels near the water don't mention a train goes right by them. There is also small market on the opposite corner so you can get things and bring them to your hotel. Customer was service was very good here. I liked the fact they had a gym and a restaurant on site. The bed was very comfortable.
The hotel was not quite as nice as I like to stay. There was some peeling wall paper and chipped paint in my room. I felt a small bit of air coming in through the windows. There is traffic noise and I was on the 41st floor. I guess that can be expected being down town.
Perfect location for a couple in love to enjoy downtown seattle
Couldnt do dry cleaning on short notice
bed was comfortable. location of hotel, as it was near the monorail to get to the space needle.
overall state of the hotel. seems old not very modern.
Great location Quiet and large room (king room)
Was told parking only valet but self park also available Parking expensive $49 per day No free WiFi
The atmosphere and views of the city were enchanting and memorable. The staff was beyond helpful and available at a moments notice.
Staff was very polite and helpful.
Hot tub was closed. That wasn't stated prior to booking or at check in.
Location to stores
Construction going on there.
I like the room and all the elements and love the fitness facilities!
People hanging by the elevators and a police incident making a lot of noisy waking me up and keeping me up until the police got all the witnesses statements.
It was great, beautiful view, nice flay screens, and quiet. I Had fun I even extended a day.
The location of the hotel to downtown shopping, restaurants, and the Pike Street market couldn't have been better. The staff was helpful, the rooms were clean and confortable. We will definitely return.
The location of this property is great, easy to get around
Paying 40 bucks to park
We always stay at the Westin when we're in downtown Seattle - you can't beat the location and the heavenly beds (and bath!). Service was great and everything was as expected.
I wish there would have been a mid-week/holiday deal we could have taken advantage of... as with taxes it is a bit pricier than I remembered...
Room was clean bed very comfortable
Lot of home less people asking for money...
amazing view, nice indoor pool,
fitness centre did not have a running track
I have traveled with a US service animal (search & rescue) for years. The Westin is always TOP notch
Down the street from the Nordstrom 1st location--
Locked public restrooms
Nicely situated in downtown Seattle. Minutes walking distance to Pike Street Market, lots of choices for restaurants and shopping.
Parking is a premium so it runs expensive in the area.
The view and the large property. Walking distance to the Monorail, shopping, Pike Place Market.
Hot tub was under construction.
Had no complaints on overall service and the room. It was all as expected. Will stay here again.
Having to pay for parking while staying at hotel. Guests should at least get a discounted price. Not fair for guests who have to drive their car to Hotel.
The room was not only clean, but the decor was up to date and gave the room a modern feel. The oversize tub/shower was great, and the bed was one if the best hotel beds I've had to endure (recent back surgery). The concierge desk was extremely friendly and helpful, always having a suggestion, be it dining or activities.
The view, while good, would've been awesome...two years ago. The hotel should update their website to reflect the HUGE condo tower that blots out the space needle...
The wonderful staff, who help me celebrate my 60th birthday. With a wonderful card & 2 cupcakes & 2 cookies!! The staff treated me like a queen. The room was very comfortable. The view of the city was spectacular at night. Overall a wonderful stay!!
Asked for a room with a water view. Given a room with a small view of the water. Should of been the south tower not north tower.
