Room was excellent in comfort and amenities with the bed being the best I've slept in. Staff were very nice and professional. The valet employees were tops.

Walking to shop and dine. Perfect location in Orange County . Close to beaches, Disneyland, freeways and John Wayne airport Love south coast plaza mall. Also enjoyed the view of the Christmas three from my room on the 12th floor. The bed was also amazing to sleep on.

Not enough selections on room service menu. Cleaning crew arriving early at my room.

Lovely hotel - excellent location.

Disappointed the restaurant was not open on Monday. Also, a hotel of this caliber should not charge extra for use of the Business Center.

This hotel is close by the 405 , you can drive easily to the Laguna beach or Huntington beach...while your wife is doing shopping. Very practical only 5 minutes walk.

Parking for 20 USD/day Internet for 11 usd/ device/day

I was meeting a friend and we did not know where we were going to stay. We used your service and picked the Westin after we met. It was very nice: clean, attractive, and service focused. We did not know this but it is walking distance to a ton of shopping, so if that is your airm, this is the perfect hotel!

The hotel was very good - the staffs give their best to serve the customer and showed a very good reception and it was most distinguished employee / Soufiani. Hotel in a great location close to shopping areas and a number of good restaurants

its a quite hotel near to a shopping mall perfect location but the onlu problem is that pets allowed i just hated this thing

The room was nice, very comfortable bed and swimming pool is great.

I did not like to be charged for internet. After all we are in the 21st century, internet should be part of the basic utilities that is offered in any kind of hotel let alone Westin. Surprisingly there was a lot of business people and conference in the hotel, which makes it even more interesting that the internet is not part of the service they offer. What was the MOST annoying is the fact they charge you BY DEVISE. So we had 3 computers and an iphone and blackberry and the wanted to charge $11.05/per day per device!!!!!!

I liked the location as well as the decor and grounds.

I did not like the bathroom. It was too small and did not look like it was cleaned well. I also did not like that one would have to pay 12 dollars for internet service.

Stayed at various westins and never left disappointed. :). Always a great staff and great rooms.

Very good hotel in SoCal, adjacent to the South Coast Plaza, and a short drive to Newport Beach and Laguna Beach-my favorite. I liked pretty much everything about the hotel. All in all a pleasant stay.

I had to leave at 4 am to catch my flight. Front desk could not check me out due to a computer failure, but emailed me my bill later the same day.

Good location as it is lose to the freeway, mall and restaurants; friend valet staff; nice ambience.

The check in staff didn't seem friendly. The cost to valet is $14 which seems quite high. Our room had no closet.

Close to South Coast Plaza. Nice hotel with valet parking, restaurant and bar.

Bathroom will be needing minor maintenance like minor caulking etc. There was also a bird on the ledge outside the window that had been dead for awhile. Great hotel rate but a bummer to have to pay for self parking ($20) and internet is extra.

They booked us in a room that was right above the pool, however they didn't tell us that there was going to be a wedding there that would blast loud music until midnight. We called the front desk several times only to be reassured the party had to end at 11pm. By 11:30pm when it was still going they said "Sorry, but these people have booked alot of rooms and you only booked the one. So they matter more." It was crap. Really nice hotel, horrible customer service.

Very nice lobby and close to shopping mall

The room that we were checked into was very dusty/dirty as if noone had stayed in room for months. Took over 20 minutes to get us transferred to a new room. New room not much better but too tired to complain. Nothing special no upgrade offered for inconvenience. We were Overcharged on room service bill and requested receipt over 3 times. Stained towels and burned up food from room service delivered. Upon checking out, when asked about our stay we mentioned that it was less than favorable. Reservationist apologized did not ask further questions? Would not stay here again. Too many other hotels/ options to choose from to bother with these kinds of issues.
