The Westin St Francis on Union Square    

Facilities, location, value for money.

No Gym machines. Only cardio and free weights. Way too many cardio machines. Prices hike during week by 200% is ridiculous.

bell hop did not specify that we had to contact them for them to bring up the luggage to the room. However, no luggage was out of place when they arrived.

The Location, The Historical nature of the hotel

My room was missing Shampoo and Body wash. The Registration desk was rediculously understaffed for the size of the line.

Awesome location to tour the city

Room wasn't ready when supposed to be and was very tired from traveling to get there. Promised a bottle of wine or fruit basket for the trouble but never came until we ask about it on the last nigjt we were there. It was literally an Apple, . orange and peach on a plate. All in all it was fine

Staff at the Clock Bar was extremely unfriendly and wasn't up to the standards of the Westin family.

The room and amenities are amazing, it's central location directly in the heart of the city is enough to stay here!

Location is fantastic if you want to be central and close to shopping. The foyer is lovely and the staff were all very helpful

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and bright. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. We ate at Bourbon Steak and although it was $$$$$, the food was excellent. The hotel overall was very nice. I would definitely stay at the Westin St Francis again.

The parking fee should be free or heavily discounted for hotel guests. The breakfast buffet was extremely over priced for the quality of food and level of service received in the Oak Room. I would definitely opt for breakfast outside of the hotel.

Service: took one hour for the bell desk to bring our bags to our room

one bath towel for 2 adults. no laundry bag.

Location was fantastic, in Union Square, close to all transportation, shops, restaurants and theaters. The family room we booked was very large, with ample luggage storage. Tea and coffee making facilities were available.

The Hotel was extremely busy and it took a while to check in/out, contact Concierge etc. We were very disappointed to find that even though we had requested and confirmed (with both the hotel and bookings.com) a roll-away bed in the family room for our 2 night stay and reminded the clerk on arrival, the bed did not appear and finally we were told they had run out of roll-away beds! This was late at night and as there were 2 adults and 3 teenagers in our family we were at a loss as to what to do, as we were unable to sleep in the 2 double beds provided. Finally, after speaking with management we were given a second small room on the same floor of the hotel for one night. The next day we discussed the situation with reception, who advised us that we had been allocated the second small room for our remaining night at the hotel without extra charge. Unfortunately when we arrived home late that evening we discovered our keys no longer worked for the second room and it took numerous discussions with various people before we were able to resolve this situation and finally gain access to the second room. This was very disappointing and meant we had a very late night, followed by a very early start the following morning for an early flight. Overall the service at the hotel was vey poor and the staff seemed in short supply and overworked. We were very disappointed with this hotel as we had heard it had a good reputation.

Best Westin Ever !

Loved the hotel and loved that we were able to take our two small dogs, the entire staff that we had contact with were very professional and courteous. Thank you Kent Oliver

ambience, christmas spirit, feel, the hustle and bustle

room was smaller than I imagined..bed was smaller than I thought a King would be..outlook disappointing..

Its location was ideal for shopping and dining!

Way overpriced for thetype if dining fare.

Location, location, location! Lovely place to stay. Near everything.
