The hotel is located centrally to any area you would want to visit. Pet friendly is a big plus.

Getting to the parking entrance can be task. The hotel is right at the middle of Union square, alot of traffic both vechile and people.

great location

rooms are too dated. needs major renovation. coffee bar in the middle of the lobby is too tacky for a luxury hotel if it is one.

大ホテルゆえか、荷物が届くにも30分くらい掛かり、ロビーもごった返してました。

ホテルの部屋に入ると、エレベーターの音がうるさくて部屋を変えてもらったところ、Bay Viewではなくなってました。その上、最初の部屋にはベッドライトのシェードのところに金髪の長い髪の毛がぶら下がっていました。また、お部屋でワインを飲もうと思ったら、なんと開栓後のものでした！それをホテルに伝えて、替えのワインが届いたのが一時間近く後で、ルームサービスのお食事も食べ終わってました！これがまた、味がしょっぱくてほとんど残しました。アメニティもシャンプー、コンディショナー、シャワージェルと石鹸しかなく、他のホテルに比べるとチープでした。
