Lovely spacious room, friendly staff, perfect location and best bed for comfort.
The rooms were beautiful and I enjoyed my view of Union Square. I stayed in the Landmark portion of the hotel and it was beautiful.
I had to hook up the coffee in the bathroom, couldn't find another plug.
Loved the location, a fab hotel and can recommend to anyone, we only had 2 days in San Francisco. I'm glad we were so central for sightseeing!
i had to wait in line and have my room card updated 3 times. Over an hour in waiting and organizing. Also couldn't access internet, more time on the phone with tech.
Friendly staff, excellent room, great location.
Free Wifi in all rooms should be standard nowadays for a hotel of this class
Great location with all the amenities you want. The new tower was well appointed and comfortable. Friendly staff and great food at restaurants.
Given price paid I would expect free wifi
pay for wifi ,paying a lot for room already should be included
I stay here because of the location, it's right in the middle of Union Square, easy to walk around to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Also easy to call Uber for rides to other neighborhoods.
I think it's silly that they don't offer free wifi in your room. In this day in age.
charge way too much for parking=68$/ day
The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. This place is the perfect location for shopping and dining. Excellent area
Room was spacious and clean. Loved the dual shower head option.
The placement of the TV and stand. When walking into the room, you have to make an effort to avoid running into it.
The paid WIFI was a real pain.
The location was great! Only blocks away from tons of awesome restaurants and close to the Bart.
Parking at the hotel is super expensive. We paid 58 dollars a night.
Right on Union Square with shopping and restaurants all around. The cable cars run right in front of the hotel with the turnaround only a couple blocks away.
Nice staff. Nice location. That's about it.
Too expensive for what I got. Old hotel, no nostalgia pointed out. I was expecting a 5 start experience staying in one of the original SF hotels with at least signs or something to give some history and why this was such a great hotel. Didn't get that. I won't stay here again. Will opt for Hilton or Marriot.
Located at Union Square "Grand Hotel" Style-look Great gym facility
You have to pay for WiFI service
I loved it all
Every staff member was the nicest humanbeing!
Sheets were too thin and room service expensive
We were on our honeymoon and the staff was so great! Gave us a bottle of champagne with strawberries on the house and were very friendly! too bad we only had 1 night. Room was big and a beautiful city view.
The location, the views from the Tower, the staff very informative and helpful with a friendly smile! The Elevator experience is awesome too!
Nice sized suite
Room should include free wifi. Most high end hotels include wifi for free. Walls were a bit thin
Wifi sign in a bit confusing
Spa opened late
