Thought breakfast was overpriced
Loved the hustle and bustle of this great hotel, location was incredible.
Nothing-it was a wonderful experience. We'll be back!
Had the most amazing view of the city!
hotel parking is insanely expensive
Had a wonderful, rare experience with the desk clerk who checked us and really cared about preferences. Got an amazing 28th floor view, we didn't want to leave!
The lack of personal touch
You feel like it's a big hotel chain and I hate to pay $15 just to have wifi!
The bed, and the location right in front of Union Square
Overcharged for parking- $ 68 per night! No Room internet! scandal that considers itself a luxury hotel and charge 14.5 dollars for day to the Internet t
The central location
hospitality & old rooms
Very small room
Right at Union Square, perfect location
Expensive Parking & WIFI
Location Overall set up of Hotel
high cost of parking, wifi fee- but this is SF and parking is an issue everywhere, next time will not bring a car since public transportation is pretty good
Architecture, design, staff is very helpful
It would be nice if there was free wifi in the rooms
Wifi should be free!
Spacious Room. Clean and Comfortable. Great Location.
The elevators can be confusing for the first-timer- don't look for floor buttons inside the elevator! Having said that, afterwards they are real easy
the hotel has a regal quality and is certainly historical - you feel at the centre of what is happening in San Francisco and it is perfectly placed for seeing the City- the centerpoint. The staff are friendly and booked tours etc for us- they had great knowledge of the best options
I noticed that my $500 earphones were taken from my backpack. The only time I used them was at first arrival, right before putting them in my side pocket of a backpack. I noticed them missing from their protective case while waiting at the airport. The only people in our room were my girlfriend, me, and staff.
Location is great, with a classy feel
The breakfast as it took a lot of time to get a waitress. The valet parking too busy and not so kind
The Bourbon Steak bar
Expensive brakefast, expensive internet.
Clean, good location.
Parking very expensive
People in the next room called security for the "noise" from our room. It was 9:00 pm. The noise was laughter, we kept it down after the complain. Noise carries. Should be a certain time to stop right? In the morning they banged on door and ran
Bed was very comfortable. View was great. Staff was attentive.
Room next to us smoked and we had to suffer the whole time. Walls are paper thin you hear everything that is said
Centralized location can't get better
should of been at least free wifi at the lobby
Hotel and location
Concierge Chrissy K. was rude and had a poor attitude. she needs to be retrained in customer service.
1st day service in the clock bar.
Drinks and dessert at Michael Mina. Service in the tower lobby cafe.
The location is perfect. I booked the grand deluxe room in the tower building which was big & spacious. The room were recently renovated
I found a great rate here compared to other places this was worth the 20-30$ more a night. Great location. Easy access. I wasn't worried it would be dirty or tiny because of the "Westin" name. I would stay here again.
