ユニオンスクエアの真ん前という立地は、市内観光には本当に便利で安全で、部屋もとても綺麗でサービスも最高なホテルでした！ |

大ホテルゆえか、荷物が届くにも30分くらい掛かり、ロビーもごった返してました。 ホテルの部屋に入ると、エレベーターの音がうるさくて部屋を変えてもらったところ、Bay Viewではなくなってました。その上、最初の部屋にはベッドライトのシェードのところに金髪の長い髪の毛がぶら下がっていました。また、お部屋でワインを飲もうと思ったら、なんと開栓後のものでした！それをホテルに伝えて、替えのワインが届いたのが一時間近く後で、ルームサービスのお食事も食べ終わってました！これがまた、味がしょっぱくてほとんど残しました。アメニティもシャンプー、コンディショナー、シャワージェルと石鹸しかなく、他のホテルに比べるとチープでした。 |

exceptional location and beautiful historical hotel. The lobby is a central meeting point and offers everything - the best coffee; the bar just off of the lobby had the best drinks we had every had!! a top notch one of a kind hotel with so much energy!! |

Breakfast was excellent, the location of the Hotel on Union Square was excellent also. The staff were unfriendly and dis-interested. I had a problem with my wireless internet access, the staff had no interest in helping and told me to go out onto Union Square to use my WiFi!!!!!!! Rooms was basic but clean. So not in keeping with my other Westin experiences, they have always been positive and enjoyable. |

The hotel is located centrally to any area you would want to visit. Pet friendly is a big plus. Getting to the parking entrance can be task. The hotel is right at the middle of Union square, alot of traffic both vechile and people. |

great location rooms are too dated. needs major renovation. coffee bar in the middle of the lobby is too tacky for a luxury hotel if it is one. |

Uitstekende ligging; heerlijk bed; goede temperatuur vande kamer; uitstekend ontbijtbuffet. Housekeeping,kamermeisje.Glaze weden na gebruik weggehaald en geen nieuwe voor inde plaats gezet. Moest je om belen, en na twe dagen kreegje pas weer glazen. Weinig extra's op dekamer maar via housekeeping kon je het wel krijgen.Zoals, douche cap, schoensmeer, badschuim etc. Wat normaal wel in een 4 sterren hotel op de kamer ligt. |

Emplacement de l'hotel dans le centre ville de San Francisco.. Je trouve que le tarif de l'hotel est exhorbitant par rapport à son standing.. L'hotel est beaucoup trop bruyant avec les nombreux séminaires.. En outre avec ma campagne nous avons optés pour San Francisco pour notre mariage... J'ai trouvé décevant que cet hotel n'est pas eu la délicatesse même en l'intégrant sur la facture de mettre un bouquet de fleur.. Attention à la facture finale ... |
