De locatie van het hotel, de netheid van de kamers. De kamers waren kleiner dan de gangen. Tja, dat heb je vaak met een stadshotel. |

Mooi hotel, prima gelegen in het midden van de stad. Prima bed. Parkeren is 49 dollar per nacht! Dat hadden we niet verwacht en ja, eenmaal aangekomen midden in de binnenstad ga je ook niet even snel ergens anders heen. Daarnaast hadden we een kleine kamer, de gangen waren ruimer. En dat nog steeds voor 180 dollar per nacht. En je krijgt er uiteindelijk niks extra's voor. Muv de ligging, maar een motel pakken net buiten de binnenstad en dan downtown inrijden en ergens voor 15 dollar de hele dag parkeren is nog een betere optie. |

Uitstekende ligging; heerlijk bed; goede temperatuur vande kamer; uitstekend ontbijtbuffet. Housekeeping,kamermeisje.Glaze weden na gebruik weggehaald en geen nieuwe voor inde plaats gezet. Moest je om belen, en na twe dagen kreegje pas weer glazen. Weinig extra's op dekamer maar via housekeeping kon je het wel krijgen.Zoals, douche cap, schoensmeer, badschuim etc. Wat normaal wel in een 4 sterren hotel op de kamer ligt. |

Beds were comfortable. They changed my rooms when I did not like the first one. Needs updating--lobby was awkward and not confortable. Some old rooms feel like a closest. Bell service was very slow. |

The location was great, right in the centre and minutes to shops and dining as well as the cable car going straight past the front doors. The fitness centre is not complimentary and was rather costly at $12 US to use for a simple run which we found a bit outstanding. |

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Union Square. Within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, theatres and beautiful Union Square park. The location is great also because you don't have to walk up steep Powell Street to get to the hotel. After shopping all day that could be an issue. Our room was comfortable we stayed in one of the towers. The beds were luxurious and the staff was very accommodating and pleasant. |

Loved the location, great check out time, beautiful hotel... Even with the renovations, the hotel was awesome! Very affordable! The employees were so accommodating and polite! Excellent experience! Ummm...well... It's hard to think of what could have made my trip better.. Maybe... Perhaps... If the rooms had a refrigerator and/or microwave... But even without them my stay was awesome! |

The rooms were very nice and the necessities very nice. The location of our room was place right next to the elevators and we it was the worse. We heard the elevators go up and down all night long with little sleep. We got in too late to move. It was awful. I wonder if they put us in the worst room because of the discount. |

location the service from the bell captain was terrible, had to carry my luggage into the hotel. The lobby area was under construction. We did not know this when we booked. The parties in the hotel were very loud and went on most of the night. |

The staff, the view and the location! Had to move rooms due to the smell of stail cigarette smoke in our first room! Being a Westin hotel I would have thought the hotel would be in better shape! There were alot of cosmetic flaws( ie; stains on the carpets, scratches and knicks inthe furniture and walls, etc...). The last Westin I stayed in was perfection...... I did not get that experience with this one! I most likely will not choose to stay there again! |

This hotel is very centrally located among all the big shopping centres like SAKS, Macy as well as Neimus Marcus. There are also taxis outside the hotel to take you to Fisherman's wharf or you could take the hop on and hop off to all the tourist's attraction in SF. The hotel's services was excellent. |
