I liked the location. The staff was nice and helpful.

The hotel is old, needs to update. Theres no bathtubs. No hairdryer or iron in the rooms. It cost way too much for this type of hotel.

The location is excellent,nice big room,freindly staff.

Real good location just walking distance to the piers and all the shops. The only thing I was not totally happy was there was no coffee maker but in the office they had coffee on 24 hours. So that was good.

There was not a bath tub and was not aware.

Showers did not drain well. Ac did not work correctly. No frig. No ice machine on the 3td floor, well at least not posted signs.

It was in an excellent location right on fishermans wharf with pier 39 only a 5 min walk it was also only a 15 min walk to pier 33 where you get the boat to Alcatraz and a 5 min walk to the cable car which is a must I also liked the free parking every where else was like 20 bucks a day

location and access to nearby shops,restaurant,sightseeing and everything u want to see are within close distance.the size of the room is also big enough for a family who want to stay together.what i also liked was the parking which was a big factor as it was free and they got ample space for it.

the sink in the toilet was leaking..non functioining airconditioner..although we had not reported it cos we dun want to be bothered with this small issue and the weather was cold anyway, we still enjoyed our overnight stay.

Stayed here many times: If you want to SEE San Francisco you have to stay on the Wharf. You want to walk out the door of the hotel and be where the action is -- even if it IS touristy action. Also close to Muir Woods, Marin Highlands, Sausilito. So all in all, the perfect location (with free parking !)

The street side can be a bit noisy with delivery trucks early morning; if you want to sleep in ask for an interior room.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The location is absolutely superb.

The walls and floors are extremely thin. You will hear most street noise, and absolutely all noise and conversation from any busy families, noisy children, or obnoxious drunks in the rooms above and around you. Do not stay here if you value peace.

Location is awesome. The parking was great and was very convientient to be abl to stay parked there until 3pm the day we. Necked out.

The room was very hot and did not cool off despite having the windows open. The bed was too small and a king option is needed

within walking distance to Fishermans Wharf and Pier 39. Also within walking distance for shopping sight seeing and great food.

It's half a block from the wharf. Great locaton.

The staff was friendly except for one older lady at the front desk. I found some bugs in my room and mentioned it to her and she didn't believe me. I was grilled about it.

The location with the Embarcadero at the corner, 7/11 across the street, the Cannery, Buena Vista, cable car turn around Pier 39 and much more within walking distance. Near public transportation. Free parking is a real plus in sf, it just isn't usually available. Beds and pillows comfortable, heating and air worked and had a fan. Room clean and hotel seemed safe.

No continental breakfast offered at most hotels, but the free parking made up for that - plus Boudins with a Peets Coffee is right around the corner. There is coffee in the small lobby which we did not drink. Drapes and window frames seemed a little dirty/old, but liked the fact that there was not the old type bedspreads - just a clean sheet cover - I didn't look at the blanket in between, but hopefully it is washed for each guest. No mention of a "sanitized" remote. We bring our own sanitizer wipes.

Location was great for the tourist going to the wharf area and Alcatraz,etc. The staff was wonderful and helpful in many ways. The free parking was a great plus in this area!!!

Rooms are dated, small and a bit noisy. Would love to have the hair dryer in room and not have to go get one! Pretty pricy for the dated hotel condition- no breakfast- lack of fridge, microwave and hair dryer in most hotels today.

We loved the view from outside our room...we loved the parking..and the staff was very accomdating for late check out..

key card would not work to open gate to stairs up to room...bedspread not sufficent, should be of a heavier material..I didn't like that there weren't any coffee pots in room, nor small refrigerators or microwaves

Room was clean, plenty of towels. Great location for Fisherman's Wharf and also the F line bus which gets you downtown. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location was perfect; a block to the Fisherman's Wharf; couple blocks to the Cablecar line; close to stores and restaurants; VERY helpful staff; secure entry and free parking! Great view of city hills.

The location was fantastic, just what we were looking for so close to fishermans wharf.

I didn't like anything about it except the location ...

Everything about it it was dirty, bed sheets had stains and hairs dirty towels dirty bathroom, the room smelled dirty. Sarcastic staff

Nothing really - you get what you pay for.

I've stayed here before & everything has stayed the same. Great service, Great location, They've even managed to keep the free parking...

There are no smoking rooms but that seems to be about everywhere...

Steps from San Francisco's Fisherman's Wharf and 2 blocks away from Cable Car access. Rooms are average but clean, bed was comfortable.

Street construction was right outside our window but that would be only a temporary inconvenience after completion.
