Room was spacious and staff was accommodating.
Cleaning staff failed to clean kitchen and coffee maker each day.
Closet space was very poor No seating to watch TV Housekeeping was marginal Poor layout of condo Street noise and room above was bad and lighting was poor
no grab bar in showers no regular height chairs
The location was great and the gym was wonderful. Rooms were attractive. Liked having a washer and dryer in the room. pretty bathroom.
The price was way too expensive. The on-site parking was extremely small. Looked like it could only fit about 20 cars. Didn't like the stress of wondering if one would be open when we needed it. Also the walls and ceilings seemed really thin. We could hear people and cars outside like they were in the room with us, and I could hear people bumping around upstairs and even drying their hair. Floors were creaky and doors to toilet room were squeaky. Doors to the bathroom slide and leave a big gap. Extra opening between bathroom and rest of the room had no purpose and also gapped. Room didn't even have a refrigerator. At that price, that's the least you can ask for.
Great location, beautiful large spa-like bathroom. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was quiet. Gym was great. Very big flat screen TV. Washer and dryer in the suite came in handy.
Room needed more furniture, for example 1 nightstand ( which doubled as the only dresser in the room) for a room with 2 king beds. Blower dryer and coffee maker were from Kmart circa 1970. Parking was difficult.
Room was nice, new and clean.
Hotel is away from the Main Street. Had 3 children under 8 wih us. Resturant in hotel was over priced. Parking was difficult wih no typical checkin area.
Hot chocolate and ice water. Enjoyed the on site restaurant breakfast.
That I could not stay longer.
New, Clean, good location
Nice but not worth price
most everything was great
the bandage that was in the shower when we checked into the room
Large room with king size beds.
No happy hour!
Hotel was modern and comfortable. Restaurant was outstanding. I got a great last minute room rate.
I could hear the voices of people in the room above mine and also early in the morning heard someone above get out of bed, walk to the toilet and urinate. Although it was a great botique hotel, I wouldn't pay the high seasonal rates to stay here.
Wonderfull location/super nice town. Great to stay for several days.
A layback town.
The fitness facility and being close to town.
We stayed in room 201 and starting at 5:00 we could hear truck after truck stopping at the 4 way intersection and roaring to get going again. It was continuous until check out. Also the stairs that we went out to the side walk to the west looked they had not been vacuumed for weeks. For a high end resort we had a hole in the wall behind the toilet room wall and found a sharp wire on the floor. We have stayed there before and it seems to not be maintained as it was in the past. It did not meet expectations.
The location was excellent. The restaurant was excellent. The parking lot was also a major plus because parking is difficult in town.
The booking sounded like the price was inclusive. I did not understand the additional charge of 6% as a non itemized additional fee. My credit card was charged in full before we arrived with no notice to me. I just happened to go on line and review my bill. It was not a $350 dollar a night hotel. It was referred to as a B & B but breakfast not included. Only one chair in the room and that was in the hall. Nowhere to sit and read or sit and watch TV. Lastly, internet sd to ask for an upgrade. We did and were told none were available yet we heard others being offered w/o asking. Could be because Bookings.com got part of the proceeds.
Sofa, bathroom, washer/dryer, ice water, covered parking.
WiFi had a very weak and intermittent signal.
The help with our Yellowstone adventure was perfect. Much apperception
Very comfortable and I liked that it had a washer and dryer in the room.
I originally booked a room that I thought had a soaking tub-I actually got a shower istead. Could not reach staff when calling front desk to inquire about a move. There was no coffee! Also, the noise from the road outside was rather loud and woke me very early.
The TV in the double King suite wasn't as big as the TV in the single King suite.
New Quiet In room laundry (for suite) 24hr free latte/coffee Ample parking Friendly staff Amazing gym and complimentary yoga
No hot tub (although nearby community center has one with pool and water slide )
Nice room; great location; restaurant was excellent. Parking garage is big plus!!
No hot tub; spa isn't really a spa- it's a room.
Everything! We stayed in a suite and found the facilities excellent. The bedroom was extremely comfortable, while the living area was well furnished and just the place to relax after a day in the national parks The location is also excellent, just a few minutes walk away from the town centre but nestled away on a quiet back street with little or no noise.
There really is nothing to complain about
Very attractive building and room. Super convenient to downtown. Really nice staff.
Check-in and out was slow.
Nice new construction with handsome appointments. Good workout facility.
Our King Suite was dominated by a large horseshoe bar with seating for 12...a more comfortable living area would be more appropriate. The sliding barn doors used for the bath areas look neat but don't provide much privacy. The "second bath" had a bathtub and sink but no toilet. Lots of road noise in our room...the truck bypass runs right by the hotel. Overall, a nice place but way overpriced.
Decor linens at room comfortable room
Price too high
The staff was friendly, that was it.
Too expensive Tiny room Limited parking (had to park on the street) Couldn't spend another night even though we had it booked. Staff was unwilling to refund the night we didn't stay.
