Score from 30 reviews Wonderful
The Suite was lovely very high quality. The staff were wonderful, they made my daughters stay very memorable, allowing her to play the grand piano in the bar area.
The price was the same as two nights where we had just come from, another nice hotel in town, but you get what you pay for, simply lacking nice views.
This place exceeded my expectations. The decor and quality is 4-5 stars. I'm not sure I would chance staying somewhere else when I go back to Jackson Hole. The central location is a bonus.
The only nit-pick thing I can think of is the creaky floors. I was on the 3rd floor and there must be wood floors underneath the carpeting. It creaked a bit as you walked along. But a minor point. Not a detraction from my stay.
I loved that the fitness center, though a bit cramped size- wise- had all the equipment I needed! Another bonus was the fantastic yoga class that was free for guests. Staff was incredibly helpful. Room was very comfortable and had many appliances that made my we long stay more home like. Would definatly return!
very nice place with very good service; the restaurant is also fantastic. Best hotel during our whole trip in US
Sofa bed is too soft to sleep
Friendly, helpful staff.
Maid service on a scale of 1-10 was at best a 6.
room, garage, staff, fitness club
there was some constraction around
Intimate dining room with excellent food and wonderfully helpful chef
Fairly expensive for small 2room suite.
Very short walk into town. Spacious room with lounge area, kitchen, washing facilities, 2 tv's. Lots of car parking.
Bed little uncomfortable.1st room had large kitchen but no lounge/seating. Could not see tv from bedroom. We asked to move, which they were happy to facilitate. 2nd room much better!
Restaurant, patio and EVERYTHING about the room.
Wet patio furniture
Wow! The Miller Park Penthouse Suite was absolutely wonderful!! It is very close to all of the shops and the Park. The staff went out of their way to see that we were taken care. Thanks to all at the White Buffalo Club. We had an excellent time.
The room was very nice and well layed out best thing was it had a washing machine and dryer located behind a door in the bathroom and was free to use. Restaurant downstairs was great as well. Parking was free and easy to park your car.
WiFi in our room had very poor signal strength so was slow and not always available. Was good a couple of rooms down from ours.
We were on the 3rd floor and discovered the open-air patio with fireplace and view of mountain. Very cozy, comfortable area to rest after a long day on the road.
We were in Room 303, which had a bit of an awkward floor plan. Not much room to relax. Beautifully decorated. Just a strange room.
Room was spacious and staff was accommodating.
Cleaning staff failed to clean kitchen and coffee maker each day.
Closet space was very poor No seating to watch TV Housekeeping was marginal Poor layout of condo Street noise and room above was bad and lighting was poor
no grab bar in showers no regular height chairs
The location was great and the gym was wonderful. Rooms were attractive. Liked having a washer and dryer in the room. pretty bathroom.
The price was way too expensive. The on-site parking was extremely small. Looked like it could only fit about 20 cars. Didn't like the stress of wondering if one would be open when we needed it. Also the walls and ceilings seemed really thin. We could hear people and cars outside like they were in the room with us, and I could hear people bumping around upstairs and even drying their hair. Floors were creaky and doors to toilet room were squeaky. Doors to the bathroom slide and leave a big gap. Extra opening between bathroom and rest of the room had no purpose and also gapped. Room didn't even have a refrigerator. At that price, that's the least you can ask for.
Great location, beautiful large spa-like bathroom. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was quiet. Gym was great. Very big flat screen TV. Washer and dryer in the suite came in handy.
Room needed more furniture, for example 1 nightstand ( which doubled as the only dresser in the room) for a room with 2 king beds. Blower dryer and coffee maker were from Kmart circa 1970. Parking was difficult.
Room was nice, new and clean.
Hotel is away from the Main Street. Had 3 children under 8 wih us. Resturant in hotel was over priced. Parking was difficult wih no typical checkin area.
Hot chocolate and ice water. Enjoyed the on site restaurant breakfast.
That I could not stay longer.
New, Clean, good location
Nice but not worth price
most everything was great
the bandage that was in the shower when we checked into the room
Large room with king size beds.
No happy hour!
Hotel was modern and comfortable. Restaurant was outstanding. I got a great last minute room rate.
I could hear the voices of people in the room above mine and also early in the morning heard someone above get out of bed, walk to the toilet and urinate. Although it was a great botique hotel, I wouldn't pay the high seasonal rates to stay here.
Wonderfull location/super nice town. Great to stay for several days.
A layback town.
The fitness facility and being close to town.
We stayed in room 201 and starting at 5:00 we could hear truck after truck stopping at the 4 way intersection and roaring to get going again. It was continuous until check out. Also the stairs that we went out to the side walk to the west looked they had not been vacuumed for weeks. For a high end resort we had a hole in the wall behind the toilet room wall and found a sharp wire on the floor. We have stayed there before and it seems to not be maintained as it was in the past. It did not meet expectations.
