It was really close and nearby to the John Hancock building. The staff was all really friendly, the bell hop's were always asking if we needed help or directions. Very helpful! Also it was really nice it was downtown near a bunch of destinations and they were easily accessible by either taxi or walking. We walked everywhere in the winter.
It was unfortunate that that wifi wasn't just easily accessible. Would be nice if hotel had a code and you just had regular service and not have to login to a wifi network that is very slow.
Front desk cutie, Bizarra, was outstanding. Made the trip super great. Give that girl a big raise!
HELPFUL FRIENDLY STAFF, GREAT LOCATION.
Valet parking was awsome.....location was great as well.....
I didn't like the fact that I wasn't aware of the $75 hold on my card... and all the stipulations I'm going through to get it back on my card..
The bed was very comfortable. Very friendly staff. Location is good, especially if it would be warmer out, then you're more likely to go out and walk.
The heater was loud, almost like an obnoxious rumble all night, which made it difficult to fall asleep. $58.00 to park in the ramp overnight, however, when I looked out our room window I could clearly see our car in the alley with about 10 other cars...for $58! Now if we would have checked in as an "early bird", it would have been $20 or $27 (can't remember).
Great location. Excellent price, charming hotel.
Bed was perfect, valet parking, couldn't hear other rooms
Room needs a facelift, $57 valet parking, the heat went out while I slept and woke up to 58 degrees, water was hard, no vending machines, and strangely enough everyone I saw was Hispanic except one older lady.
Amazing location and such charm!
I wish there had been a coffee maker in the room with coffee and tea options.
Best staff, very friendly and helpful. Loved the hotel I will be back
More bottle water availability

Location is great the front desk staff was very accommodating and to help resolve any issues.
Every day I had to call the front desk either for missing bath linens, no hot water, if you move the tray on top of the dresser it charged you! Front doorman were not always there to assist, if they were their minds were not taking care of hotel guests. The owners are not putting any money into the hotel it is rundown. There used to be a nice lobby to sit downstairs the space is been given away to a small restaurant.

The staff was so helpful making our first trip to Chicago so memorable.
Everyone was very helpful and extremely friendly. No waiting to unload! Quiet room! Very comfy. Right in the heart of Chicago.
They have no microwave or small frig. Didn't know ahead of time the expense in parking.
On Saturday after my girlfriend left for shopping I had to take a lukewarm shower because there wa no hot water left. After meeting with the male of the other couple, he had the same issue!
lack of coffee maker in my room room with wall view
Close to everything. It was clean and had everything we needed. Very nice room. Added another night to our visit. The staff was very accommodating.
We were greeted by Mike at the front desk who was wonderful! The bellhop was great in assisting us with luggage and a cab and places we should go..
The bed was very comfortable and we loved the bathroom! The location was pretty great as well. They were also kind enough to bring up a mini fridge up to our room, free of charge. Staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Also the pizza that we ordered from the restaurant was delicious!
We paid with different credit cards. The deposit for each night were not refunded to the right cards even though we had the person at the person right down where the money would go. It didn't end up being a big deal since we got the right amount of money back.
Very comfortable bed
No coffee in room
not enough of me to enjoy everything
