Only two elevators, but they work well.
What a great hotel!!! The room is big, with a desk and a chair, a little couch and two bedside tables, besides a cabinet under the TV. So there’s enough space for keeping your things. They also have a wardrobe and provides you a flat iron and a table, robes and an umbrella for using during the stay. The bathroom is very good, with a nice bathtub and a great shower, as well a a sort of good stuff like mouth washer, gel bath and even a sewing kit, with a needle and lines in different colors for an emergency. The bed is big and soft, the sheets are soft and very clean. The towels are also very soft and smells great. It’s a very sophisticated hotel, very well decorated and comfortable. It’s a very well located hotel, half a block from the Magnificent Mile, one block from the John Hancock Center, two blocks from the Water Tower Place, three blocks from the Lookingglass Theatre Company, three or four blocks from the Museum of Contemporary Art, about four blocks from the Oak Street Beach and about four or five blocks from a subway station (Chicago) that gives you access to the red and brown lines, just six minutes walking. There’re a few bike stations very close to the hotel, so you can rent one and just ride by the Lakefront Trail and see a lot this lovely city. The staff is very thoughtful and makes your stay even nicer.
