Didn't know how to turn the ac on
It was great overall
I wasn't aware of the renovation of the facility in process
My daughter thought the bed was the most comfortable ever! We were upgraded to a King One bedroom suite. The place was huge! We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
They are under construction in the main lobby which left the area a bit underwhelming. And we experienced a fire alarm early Sunday morning.
The walk-in closet and separate vanity area gave us lots of privacy as a group of women all trying to get ready for a night out - or a race!
Rooms decorated very nice, staff friendly, traveling around hotel was easy
Everything was great. Staff very friendly and room was amazing. Views was excellent and location couldht have been better. Would come back in a heart beat!!!
Plumbing - toilet blocked and shower poor with water not draining bath
Location Friendly staff
bathroom steam activated smoke alarm
very spacious room, clean and well-equipped kitchen most sightseeing places are within walking distance
We loved the staff. They were amazing in helping us get around. The room is flawless and the location couldn't be better.
The excellent customer service, amazing facilities in our suite with a bar that fully entertained.
This hotel was so close to our race in Philly and near a lot of tourist sites and restaurants. The comfort and value was incredible, parking was effortless, and I appreciated that we were able to keep our car parked until 6 pm.
Valet parking expensive
Hotel management very friendly
Friendly staff, courteous valet service, and a discount at the restaurant downstairs! The room was huge with 2 walk-in closets, the kitchen had everything you could need, and the bathroom was beautifully furnished. The free upgrade to a balcony room was a nice touch. I could live there! :)
a bit noisy
An affordable suite-only hotel, with everything you could need for a short stay like mine or an extended stay. Big spacious rooms, big TV, full kitchen and right in the middle of Philadelphia within easy reach of pretty much anywhere in the center.
The room itself is smaller than it looks in the pictures. Our kitchen had no running water up until the last day, and when water finally came through it was brown. The food from the Con Murphy's was horrible. It was one of the worst meals I have ever had, and I am not picky! I got this room at a discounted rate of $120 a night. But if the price is higher than that, it is DEFINITELY not worth the money.
The staff, bed, and view from the room were very nice.
The construction in the lobby
The location is good and the room is clean and wide.
I did not like the cost of parking. I did not like the maid at our checkout knocking twice - calling once and then having the front desk calling to see if I was staying another day - all well knowing I was 15 minutes over the checkout time trying to get my son to calm as he didn't want to leave. I would have thought they could see the predicament I was having and let me deal with the situation without adding additional stress... When it is time to go - watch out!
I enjoyed the staff during the weekdays. From when I pulled in - the staff immediately helped me to unpack the van - to hailing me a cab with my son (who has autism). They made our stay so enjoyable.
The service was wonderful from the bellman, checkin and housekeeping. All were very accommodating. The bed was dreamy and we loved the kitchen facilities in the room. The bathroom decor was beautiful too.
Requested twin room but got king bed instead. Wifi reception not great in the bedroom but worked fine in other rooms.
Size of rooms and closet space huge. Irish bar was great place to meet or have a nightcap. Good location. Helpful staff. No noise from outside room.
maid did not clean room and left dirty laundry in room
Decor is neo-dingy. Restaurant (for breakfast) is terrible (rubbery, greasy pancakes, poor service, no decaf). Lobby is in perpetual state of construction.
