Service no place to stay outside of the room all in construction slow elevators and expensive parking
staff was great! couldn't have been more helpful or nicer. Had a couple of request that were responded to immediately.
The sign for the rate of the parking garage was difficult to figure out when you're driving in a major city and there are people behind you. It looks like it is $10 a night but that it only till 2am. Kind of deceptive.
I liked the room a lot. The walk in closet was great. The vanity was great as well as the bathroom. I loved the kitchen, it had everything I needed and more. What put icing on the cake, was the Irish restaurant downstairs. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my dinner and my dessert. This hotel goes above and beyond to make their customers life easier. Everything was at my disposal for an affordable price.
I didn't like the valet service. I understand the location doesn't provide for a parking yourself option, but the valet is very pricey
The fact that our room was upgraded, since my daughter and I were traveling with her coach. This allowed us to have seperate rooms and a bathroom.
The expensive parking. Even though it also said public parking they would not allow us to park ourselves. We parked two blocks away for almost half the cost.
1, Location. Right locates within the downtown. easy to walk to most of the attractions in town. 2, Kitchen. You may find whatever you want for cooking in the kitchen.
1, Construction. Under construction, a little messy and some time during the day a little noisy. 2, WIFI. The WIFI speed is terrible, especially in the evening. You can hardly get onto internet.
Spacious and comfortable suite, very friendly and helpful staff, great location. Really a wonderful place where to stay for a brief or even a longer visit.
Practically everything. The location, room size and the kitchen, staff, views, privacy... but the best thing was the bed. It was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept! Everyone should try it!
The hotel score would be perfect if it wasn't for the three hairs I saw in the bathroom. I REALLY care about cleaning and I hate to see hairs on the floors and/or in the bathroom tubs. So, I always check these things. Probably, someone more relaxed wouldn't even notice. My comment however, is only to be taken as positive and as a way for the hotel to get to perfection! I would certainly recommend it!
The room decor was nice and the kitchen was clean and a pleasant concept.
When we checked in, they didn't have our room size available and we were forced to upgrade for an additional fee. When we got to our room and opened the door, there was already another family occupying the room! We walked right in on them. Hotel staff had to move us to another room. At 2 am that night, hotel security very rudely woke us up by literally banging on our door and repeatedly calling our room. When we did not answer the door immediately (because it was exactly 1:59am) hotel security tried to enter our room without our permission. Thankfully we had the chain fastened as we were still dressing ourselves to answer the door. The security guard then adamently and angrily accused us of throwing snowballs off of our balcony at pedestrians below and threatened to call the police if we didn't stop. I'm assuming the culprit was one of the multiple drunk noisy guests that were stomping down the hallways all night.
The rooms were nice large king-size beds great location
The lobby and halls were dirty. The bathtub drain after use. Never told you about the $30 parking that would be added to your bill.
I love the kitchen. It has everything we needed. It had 3 big closets. We had a blast making a romantic dinner. Comfortable bed, very clean room.
Maybe the shower? I couldn't get an strong, powerful shower. That is just a detail
The staff was awesome Very conventional with the location
All I can say this is a very beautiful hotel. The staff was friendly and very help full. The room omg was styled nicely comfortable bed big ,kitchen was very clean had everything you need to cook with and also a dish washer. Yes a home a way from home.
If I had to say one thing I did not like was I wish my trip was longer lol
The attentiveness of the staff.
There was a lot of traffic in that area and it took me a long time to get to my destination.
The rooms were, clean, spacious and comfortable. Room service, from the two restauraunts downstairs, was excellent. Beautiful Veiw of the city's Parkway.
Bad customer service
Great location and we enjoyed the Irish bar for a breakfast and an evening beer. Convenient to our family in Fairmount area and to museums.
great location, clean and comfortable and excellent pub
Location was good, close to Reading Terminal Market and downtown Philly.
I did not know that parking was $33 a day with extra tax. For two days, expect an extra $100 added onto your travel expense. It's actually cheaper to just park somewhere else and walk or simply find a hotel that has free parking.
Clean, friendly staff, great value for the money
the shower was a bit weak and old; slow elevator; there was a bit of a smell in the hallway.
I really liked everything, the size of the room, the bathroom, everything was immaculate.most of the staff were exceptional.
One staff member was less than friendly. I understand that rules are rules, but there is a pleasant way to convey that.
Very good central position. Excellent Staff. Very good room and facilities. Having Con Murphys and the restaurant on the premises, both serving very good food.
Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent, central location. The room was very large and the bed was very comfortable. Very clean.
Shower water temperature difficult to regulate. Had to call for help because there was no warm water. Internet was too slow.
The location - central for most things Self sufficient - own kitchenette, washing machine and dryers available, restaurants on site offering discounts for residents. Very helpful staff - willing to help at all times
We were in room 1103 and had problems having continuos WiFi connection. Spoke with the IT technician and although he tried very hard to get it to work, in the end said it was because of the position of the room - too far away from the routers. I used the business centre but it was very noisy. By the time we left - 3rd day - the wifi seemed to work in the room!
The guest services and bed.
