Construction and it smelled like fried chicken.
Having a fridge and kitchen was very convenient. Location was good. Wifi was pretty good.
The bathroom was too far from the bedroom. The water temperature was inconsistent.
I had to prepay for the accommodation on a different currency. There was no proper mention that I needed to prepay for the Booking to be confirmed. Why cant the guests pay on arrival? This saves them currency conversion costs and hence better customer experience.
I didn't like all the additional charges
The convenient location of the hotel
Having to wait as long as we did for our room to be ready
Loved the view, location, and comfy bed!
Friendly staffs, good environment of gym and restaurant downstairs for late evening(as nearly all restaurant closed around). And very clean when we came back every evening.
Having been forced from our Center City apartment by a massive plumbing problem, we only chose the Windsor Suites solely because it had a room available at 7pm last Tuesday night. However, as it turned out, the Windsor Suites was great, despite a couple of unavoidable issues (we moved in on St. Patrick's Day evening and were not planning to join in the party at the pub on the hotel's ground floor, plus the Windsor is doing construction, which occasionally made for a bit of noise). The staffers were uniformly friendly and helpful; the housekeepers did an excellent job; there was a guest laundry facility available (much appreciated), and a 24-hour WAWA (convenience store) around the corner. We also got a free local newspaper every morning (a nice touch), and both that pub and the Chinese restaurant located on the other side of the ground floor had very good food.
The bed was great....
The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Location was nice, reasonably close to trains. Perfect for parade.
The room could use a little told,Couple cracks, paint peeling, and small wallpaper tears and peels.
My biggest issue was the process of prepaying for the suite. The communication was not Good and I had to deal with three different associates before it was handled. Never had such a hard time trying to pay for a room. The associate named Earaya finally resolved it for me.
The location was great, it was a nice room with a great view from the balcony. We enjoyed the Keurig in the room and the kitchen facilities although we didn't cook much.
The wifi was very poor. By the second day I pretty much gave up on connecting and used my phone. The heat was stuck on, so even with the thermostat set at 60 the temperature kept rising until we had to turn the heat completely off.
Everything. The staff were very helpful; rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean; the hotel is at the city center, but no noise in the rooms. And breakfasts the the Murphy ´s are a great start of a day.
Absolutely nothing to complain about.
The staff was very helpful! And the location was perfect
at 10 pm after a very long day of sightseeing, our toilet wouldn't flush. Maintenance was quick to determine we had to switch rooms. They were great about it but it was still horrible! We were altrady in bed, had to get up, pack and move rooms
Location, kitchen comfort of room.
I requested early check in and was not accommodated. They were doing construction and I was not aware of that. Only one elevator worked so we were waiting all the time. The people next door were fighting all hours of the night and morning and the staff did nothing so I did not get much sleep. I was going to stay two days but after one night I had enough!
This place are great for people how want sleep and dinner in the suite.
One day, the room service dont clean the bedroom.
Huge suite with full kitchen.
Tub didn't drain. Showered in a puddle :(
I loved the large size of the room. Loved the comfortable bed. Loved having kitchen facilities. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants and shopping. I had breakfast at the attached restaurant at a discount.
Service no place to stay outside of the room all in construction slow elevators and expensive parking
staff was great! couldn't have been more helpful or nicer. Had a couple of request that were responded to immediately.
The sign for the rate of the parking garage was difficult to figure out when you're driving in a major city and there are people behind you. It looks like it is $10 a night but that it only till 2am. Kind of deceptive.
I liked the room a lot. The walk in closet was great. The vanity was great as well as the bathroom. I loved the kitchen, it had everything I needed and more. What put icing on the cake, was the Irish restaurant downstairs. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my dinner and my dessert. This hotel goes above and beyond to make their customers life easier. Everything was at my disposal for an affordable price.
I didn't like the valet service. I understand the location doesn't provide for a parking yourself option, but the valet is very pricey
The fact that our room was upgraded, since my daughter and I were traveling with her coach. This allowed us to have seperate rooms and a bathroom.
The expensive parking. Even though it also said public parking they would not allow us to park ourselves. We parked two blocks away for almost half the cost.
1, Location. Right locates within the downtown. easy to walk to most of the attractions in town. 2, Kitchen. You may find whatever you want for cooking in the kitchen.
1, Construction. Under construction, a little messy and some time during the day a little noisy. 2, WIFI. The WIFI speed is terrible, especially in the evening. You can hardly get onto internet.
Spacious and comfortable suite, very friendly and helpful staff, great location. Really a wonderful place where to stay for a brief or even a longer visit.
