The air conditioning was so loud. We can't sleep.
The room was very spacious & decorated nicely.
Very spacious for a family of four. It was like being in a long-term apartment, not a hotel.
Amazing location in the center, great facilities, parking spaces. The pool on the rooftop is amazing!
Parking is expensive, but it's Philly so...
The location is great. Walking distance to everything. The place was clean Most of the staff was nice and friendly.
The small elevators made having a lot of luggage very hard to get in and out of.
The hotel The staff The location
rooms 615 and 616 have no view (but we didn't ask to change, because the rooms were so great !!!)
Clean comfortable room Nice kitchenette with seating counter Wi-fi access Location In-and-out valet parking Location again Walk-in closet
Bathroom was a tad small Hallway decor seemed tired and past its prime
Staff were very helpful and professional. The room was generous, fitness area was good. The hotel was a half hour walk from the historic centre. A few restaurants nearby.
The checkout was a bit slow with a few people waiting, but sped up when a second person came to assist. The hotel is on a large avenue with other large streets nearby, rather than being in a more intimate setting, but this probably represents the layout of Central Phili as much as the hotel.
Location, friendly helpful staff, comfortable spacious room
A noisy group kept us awake on our 2nd night.
Location, location and location. Central - safe - accessible with car, trains, walking.
First night wake up call I did NOT order at 4;15am, then AGAIN 4:45am - after which, waking up twice, did not sleep again, and that somewhat impacted my all day.
Great room, helpful staff great location, perfect pool for a hot day!
Parking kinda high priced and took for ever to have my car brought up.
Great place to visit museums, an outdoor rooftop pool and the best Eggs Benedict I've had in a long time in the pub restaurant.
The rooms were large, clean and quiet. And the location was great - walking distance to good restaurants, museums, and shopping.
We chose this hotel for pool access, but it was a bit disappointing. There aren't very many chairs and the space around the pool is small so the two drunk guys seemed terribly obnoxious no matter where we were sitting. Also, the wifi was really slow. We stayed on our personal data connections all weekend to ensure we were getting emails and internet connection.
I like everything except for the price.
Parking was a little bit expensive($38 a night).
I cant say anything wrong
The room was great. Good size, nice kitchenette, and nice location.
The hot water did is own thing when taking a shower. The slowest elevators in the world. Rooftop pull was underwhelming and no hot tub.
My stay at The Windsor Suites-Philadelphia, was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly, proffesional, knowledgable, and always ready to help. I especially like that I got an email from your Assistant Front Office Manager, Aja Nair-Hofmann. She was absolutely excellent and was so very accomodating. Because of her, we will definitely stay at The Windsor Suites again. I have worked in hospitallity and customer service for 30 years. She was Impeccable and made our celebrating our One year Wedding Anniversary, wonderful! Thank you!
Nothing. Everything was really wonderful!
Pool auf dem Dach. Zimmer war ok aber nicht mehr.
Kitchen facilities, clean and comfortable, great location; staff was really helpful.
I needed a very good Internet connection for a video conference call, and I bought the "business" version for 24 hours. I lost connection in the middle of my call, and could not reconnect. Horrible experience. I put up with bad free Internet, but this one was supposed to be "business." It would make sense to have some basic sponges and dish washing detergent in the kitchen. Shall I run the dishwasher for 2 cups and 2 plates?
We love the views!
Very spacious unit, good location, breakfast by adjacent restaurant is decent
Very old interior, remodeling is only partial, bathtub drain partially blocked, poor mattress on sofa bed, high parking fee ($33 plus 20% tax) valet only,
The jump in rates, as I extended my stay.
Room size and room amenities were good.
The day before check in we inquired about an early check in and it was confirmed We were told by a front desk employee on 7/9/14 that an early check was good as we were leaving the Sheraton due to a convention booking. So we check out of the Sheraton and went to the Windsor where, the Front Desk Manager with considerable attitude, after we had been told a room was available, we had to wait hours to get a room. If we had know that he would renege on his commitment we could have stayed at the Sheraton as they were willing to. accommodate us. Not a good start to a five day stay. This place is also overpriced. Not good value and old old old! It really needs a face lift! Bed too soft and interned not dependable.
location, large room, view, pool and friendly staff
