It's a safe, clean room. The staff is friendly. It hasn't been remodeled since the 90s but it's holding up. The bathrooms need more counter space. The fridge is a nice touch. The wifi is good but they randomly turn it off when even see people in the parking lot parked and pirating the single. Not cool for guests.

Didn't really encounter anything I didn't like. Could have used another large towel. Bathroom vanity is small, but works. Breakfast wasn't bad, not just a lot of variety but there are several restaurants in town that are close by.
I liked that it was in the town we were visiting. We had a suite (king sized bed). Two recliners which was sweet. Flat screen t.v. and remote worked fine. Heater kept room comfortable. Adequate hot water for our showers in the morning. Hotel was quiet. Parking was close to entrance. Staff was friendly. I called to tell them we wouldn't arrive until after midnight. Check in and out was easy.

There was a person with a dog who kept me up all night with barking and making noise in the room above me. Also there were no extra blankets in the room. I had to ask for them from the front desk.
Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

The place needs to be seriously updated, Although it's clean, the age makes it seem dingy.

The place is very dated, extremely dirty and only one employee even seemed to care about customer dissatisfaction. I ruined every pair of socks that I wore without shoes in our room. The mattresses need replaced, we did not get any sleep due to this. I remember when this was a decent facility and that is why I choose them. From now on I will be happy to stay out of town in order to be comfortable!
That me and my son were in Connersville and close to his dying Grandmother.

The linoleum in the bathroom needed to be replaced or upgraded to tile.
The staff was friendly and helpful.

A bit high on price. Stayed in downtown Chicago weekend before for same price! $101.00

We enjoyed staying there but it was too far from Earlham College for us so we stayed elsewhere the second night. Thank you....

Thought it was over priced and the help was not helpful with information about the town and places to eat.

1-No maid service 2-No one greeting you, 2 bell rings and a call later, she showed 3-clerk announcing room number 4- over priced for what was offered

We were travelling with an older family member and didn't realize there was no elevator. We were put on the second floor. She had a real hard time managing steps. No one offered to change our room.
We stayed there because it was convenient to funeral services in the area. After reading reviews online, we had serious doubts, but because of location, we decided to stay there. We are glad we did. Issues seem to have been resolved. Was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was fine.
