Liked the privacy and space of the rooms. Our room was quiet at night. Liked that the lobby was smoke-free and had a pleasant scent. The way the lobby was laid out was confusing for me. The decor made me feel like I was going to slam into something. Not enough signage in parking lot to tell you how to get to hotel.

As young couple we had a very good time there...the room was amazing even if they didn't give us a free upgrade. The hotel is humongous and is very well connected to the strip. If you are on budget eating at the buffet is the right choice. Beside the gambling there is only one cool bar to chill, at the top of the hotel. So if you wanna have some fun better you leave the Hotel and go somewhere else on the strip or to Fremont street in downtown Vegas where there are a lot more options

Nice, well appointed and spacious king suite. Able to walk to convention center without leaving the complex. Despite that this hotel was comfortable and the staff nice, I would still not recommend it due to its unreasonable charges and billing practices and ridiculously complicated check-in procedure. Not to mention the over-priced restaurants in the complex. Check-in/Check-out process unnecessarily complicated and time consuming. Even though I was the next person in line when I arrived, it still took 25 minutes to check in and 20 minutes to check out. First hotel I have ever been to in the world that charged for the cheap coffee in the room. Paid $15 for a Keurig coffee and a small pouch of cookies! You guys have got to be kidding! Then at check-out they tried to charge $10 dollars more for the room than what I booked at Booking.com. With the "Resort Fee" of $25, which is basically just a marketing ploy to make the room rates look cheaper, the tax of 12% on everything and the overpriced snack mentioned above, the room rate was a little over $200/night and not the $150 that I booked. When will hotel booking sites start listing the prices with taxes and charges like the airlines have to now for easy comparison?

We had an absolute blast whilst staying here! What we didnt realise at the time of booking is that Mandalay Bay has one of the biggest and best outdoor pool areas in Vegas! Its awesome! Including a wave pool. We highly recommend sipping cocktails on an inflatable tube whilst gently floating around the pool river dodging waterfalls! Brilliant! The staff were amazing as well. All around fantastic place! Just some advice, we were traveling alone but thought we'd treat ourselves to a bit of extra luxury whilst in Vegas and booked a suite (king bed bedroom with a lounge attached). Whilst there was absolutely nothing wrong with the room we just didnt use the lounge at all! We're too used to occupying the bedroom and bathroom in hotel rooms only. So unless you are traveling with a group of people and need a "party room" save the extra pennies and get a standard king room. The very minor negative is that it is located at the southern end of the strip so traveling between hotels in the middle of summer was instant sweat! But thats only cos it was in the middle of summer. The strip is easily walkable from THEhotel and would be pleasant outside of summer.

Rooms were great. Checking in was absolutley ridiculous. They need to have one person that the other checkers (if there are more than one) send people who have questions to. Or they need to staff better. I asked one employee who was walking to reception area to see if I had a package I was waiting for and they said I had to stand in line again. Lazy and a waste of time. It's to bad such an easy thing to fix ruins peoples view. Everyone was complaining.

Genomtänkta sviter, fantastiskt badrum. Fin utsikt!
