I have always been buying lots of things on the internet and for the first time I can say "what you see in the pictures are exactly what you´ll get", so the rooms are very nice and well decorated, like you see in the pics. Extremely friendly staff. Not so far from Manhatan (20-30 min by subway), and the place is a few blocks away from the subway station. I paid 100 bucks from the Newark airport to the hotel, so my advise is, rent a car because there are plenty of free street parking spaces on the surronding blocks. That is if you´re planning to go crazy shopping. If you want to go to Manhatan, leave the car and take the subway, because parking in Manhatan is pretty expensive.

I had the impression that the bed sheets were not changed since the last guest stayed in the room, but it could be that the sheets had not been ironed after they were washed, so I will not complain.

Nice big rooms.

Very far away. Cleaning should do better, under the beds there was all kind of dirt.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful, the was Suite was very clean and comfortable and relaxing we really enjoyed our stay and can't wait 2 go back again we will be returning back to NY very soon and we have already planned to stay at The Lxure our home away from home

-very spaceous -private terrase -3-4 minutes from subway

-40 minutes on subway from city center -no cafes/shops/taxi stops in the neighbourhood -dirty in the room -noone to assist, noone is there during the day; we never saw anyone working

I came for a business trip which turned out to be a vacation in disguise I felt pampered by the attentive staff who met my every need.Spotless accomodations. Starting my day with a swim in the private indoor heated pool was a great early morning treat. Centrally located only one block from the subway. Luxury extra spacious accomodations. Loved the gourmet breakfast delivered to my door. Definitely a place I will stay again. I higly reccommend this place.

I love this place! This is my second time staying at the Veranda Suites. The suite is large and has great amenities such as a jacuzzi tub, marble floors and a large leather sofa in the living room . The design is modern and upscale. Breakfast was delicious and generous and the bonus of having breakfast delivered to my door was very appreciated. They have a very cool indoor pool that I didnt get to use this time. I hope to make time on my next trip to New York. I used the subway down the block to get to Manhattan in 20 minutes. the neighborhood is very safe. Altogether a great place at a great price.

It is not a hotel. It was very complicated to get into the room. We tried at noon and at 6 pm and nobody was there. After we made a lot of noise someone came. They told us they didn.t get any information about our booking from booking.com. The furniture is good, but not realy complete. The tv is standing on the floor and is not working.

the interiors are brand new, ultra modern, great kitchen and bathroom, big windows, very clean and comfortable and cheerful. nice safe neighborhood with tree lined streets, close to the beach and Prospect Park. Train is nearby. very warm and helpful hosts...we would happily return.

La proprete, la salle de bain aui permet de bien se reposer apres une journee a NY, le quartier reposant qui reste proche du centre ville en metro (tres rapidement accessible de l hotel) tout en evitant le rythme incessant de NY

La piscine pas dans le meme batiment, une plaque de cuisson dans la cuisine serait appreciable, le petit dejeuner pas servi avant 7h30 pour ceux qui doivent se lever tres tot pour prendre un train ou un avion.

Grand appartement spacieux et décoré avec goût. Literie confortable, ménage parfait, salle de bain avec jacuzzi idéal pour se détendre après une longue journée à arpenter les rues de ny. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Métro à 5min à pied.. Au centre-ville en 30 à 45min suivant la destination.

Cuisine équipée mais seulement pour réchauffer des plats au micro-ondes, pas de plaques de cuisson comme on pourrait d'y attendre. La piscine intérieure ne se trouvant pas dans le même immeuble, nous n'avons pu en profiter. Point négatif : aucun réceptionniste, principe d'hôtel appartement, donc ça peut surprendre au début. Le contact humain reste important lorsqu'on visite une ville !

Stanze molto ampie, finemente arredate. Pulizia perfetta. Situate a 4 minuti dalla fermata della metropolitana, zona molto tranquilla anche durante la notte. Torneremo sicuramente.

Ho soggiornato nella Suite Deluxe a fine settembre. La famiglia che gestisce le suites risiede in un edificio poco distante e sono molto cordiali e disponibili. Dopo il check out mi hanno comunque permesso di lasciare in deposito i bagagli fino a sera tardi dandomi così la possibilità di visitare ulteriormente New York...le camere sono molto pulite e spaziose, le foto corrispondono alla realtà, la colazione è ottima ed abbondante. All'interno hanno anche una piscina/spa ma non ho avuto il tempo di apprezzarla. Connessione wi-fi veloce. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Lo consiglio.

Bel appartement, grand et bien aménagé. Quartier tranquille et sûr. Il y a une ligne direct pour le centre de Manhattan, environ 35-40 minutes de métro. Le petit déj est très copieux et joliment présenté.

On entre dans les chambres grâce à un code d'accès et il s'est avéré qu'une autre personne avait le même code que le nôtre. Est-ce erreur ou est-ce systématique? Ca donne pas trop confiance.

Die Einrichtung war neu + modern

Das Hotel war überwiegend noch eine Baustelle. Die Lage ist mäßig und der Frühstückservice eine Katastrophe. Man kann sich ein Frühstück selbst bereiten ( Küche vorhanden ) muss das aber wissen. Das von uns bestellte Frühstück war halb gefroren und am 2 Tag kam es mit 45 Verspätung - zu spät - für uns - wir mussten los. Service + Personal nicht vorhanden , da man durch einen PIN das Haus öffnet.

All was brand new. Two rooms and georgeos bathroom, kitchen. Free breakfast. Not far from the subway station and it takes 35 min to get to Times Square.

We didn't get e-mail with all door codes. Likely at the same time (3 a.m.) was another visitors and they received e-mail with codes, but couldn't open a door. They phoned hosts (we hadn't wi-fi and phone), and in 15 min all problems were solved. But I can't even imagine what would we do in the middle of the night, tight after flight without those visitors.

geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sauber und großzügig

The facility was very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. It would certainly be my hotel of choice when I return to Brooklyn.

The hotel had a very nice kitchen, but did not have any cooking or eating utencils.

My experience at Lxure was great. The place was spotless and the staff, super helpful. The accomodations were luxurious! A great place! I will deffinetly visit again.

部屋のインテリア、デザイン、清潔さ、広さ、設備は予想以上でした。TVのchannel数は豊富ですし、- Bath Roomにはジャグジーも備わっていましたので快適に過ごす事が出来ました。 Room was great! Interior and design ware also nice. And very clean and specious!! many channels of TV!!

check-in前日にHotelよりRoom NoとFront Door,Room Lock Noがメールにて届きchek-inは不要との事でしたが、いざ部屋に入ると他の利用者の荷物があり、Agentに問い合わせるというハプ- ニングがありました。cleaningがされていないだけだと言い、１時間後に戻ってきて下さいとのことで- したが、戻ってもその部屋には他の利用者がおり、再度Agentに問い合わせました。貴方の部屋はここでは- ないと別の部屋を案内され、元々は部屋を間違えたのは私であるかのような発言をされました。受け取ったメー- ルにあるRoom Noと誤りがないことを主張し、理由を問いただしたところ貴方の予約は元々無かったと言われ、非常に不愉快- でした。バウチャーを提示したところW Bookingを認めましたが、よくあることだと謝罪する態度ではありませんでした。また、部屋の変更があ- るのであれば何としても伝えるべきであったと言いましたが、電話が繋がらなかったなどと言い訳され非を認め- ないスタッフの対応が最低だと感じました。その後、責任者がきちんと謝罪してくれましたが、対応の悪さを指- 摘せざるを得ない状況でした。また、誤った部屋のLock Noを知らせる事はSecurity上かなり危険だと思いますし、２日目の夜中にはペンキを塗っていた為に- Front Doorが開けっ放しの状態でかなり不安になりました。部屋は素敵でしたが、今後は利用することはないと思- います。 Customer service was terrible!! My room was used by another customers when I arrived. the staff said "please come back after 1H, we will clean your room. you can use this room" but they ware still in my original room when I came back. I knew that my room was changed after I called to staff. They had to let me know that my room was changed before I come back. When I complained that, she said "your reservetion is not found" "your room is not here, you are wrong" Her behavior was awful!!! In addition, This hotel is not sefe. I was able to open the door of my original room. because I got the lock number of that room by e-mail. and front door was kept opeing in the midnight (but it was happened only 1 night ) Room was soooo nice! but I think I'll never stay this hotel.
