Everything was very pleasing. The room was magnificent, the staff was VERY friendly and courteous, the food ordered from room service was very tasty, hot and arrived in timely fashion.
- Nicely decorated - Clean - Wonderful, friendly staff - Cookies upon check-in - Good view
- The rooftop bar that was advertised was closed for a private party, which was disappointing - You have to pay to use the WiFi - The card readers were kind of a pain - it was difficult to insert the card to use in the elevator and to get into the room.
Loved the location and the view
No pool :(
Location , cleanliness , rooms with everything working
No bad experience to report
Location was great and staff was very friendly and helpful. Warm cookies were a big hit too.
Something about the way the shower worked caused water to spray onto the bathroom floor. At breakfast, there was sports-related viewing that wasn't really appropriate for children ( some kind of no-gloves boxing match). I wouldn't take my grandchildren to a sports bar for breakfast.
On Sunday night bar options were fair
Like wifi and to use the business center? Not happy about that
Cleanliness in room
Nice hotel, great location, restaurant was very good. Staff were very nice.
Sheets had too much starch so made them scratchy; the sink in the bathroom looked great but was terrible to use. Need an ottoman for the chair so someone can relax to read a book.
Location, size of room, staff
EVERYTHING WAS SUPER GREAT !!!
THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR WIFI
Decor was nice
Wi fi cost
Next to public transit, rooms and hotel staff were very nice.
Room wasn't ready when we arrived.
When we arrived, they said they could find only 1 of our 3 reservations. So, we took the 1 room they could find, & accepted 2 new rooms (at, of course, a much higher rate than what we'd booked for). After returning home from my vacation with my children, the charges for the 2 rooms they could not find were charged to my credit card, in addition to the charges for the 3 rooms in which we stayed. I've been trying since to contact their accounting dept to clear this up, but NO ONE is helping me. The Wit stole over $1,200.00 from me & I want it back!! DO NOT go here, they do this on purpose to charge a higher rate, & then rip you off on top of that!!
The beds and pillows were awesome.
Had to go in to fined a valet when arriving and they wanted to charge 12 for wifi access in the room.
Beautiful hotel and nice location! The staff was kind and prompt.
Not sure why a hotel of this caliber and expense would not offer complimentary coffee in the morning in the lobby? That's a first in my travels, and to be honest, not appropriate.
Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms very comfortable and within walking distance for most of downtown. Only twi blocks to House of Blues. Beautiful views
If you are a couple using phones and tablets the Wifi bill for the weekend runs about $180. Much cheaper to pay overages on any phone plan. They don't charge for using the cable TV so I don't know why the use of the Wifi is so expensive
We really liked the location and the free entry to the night club. Also, the spa was very relaxing.
We never got any of the 3 refridgerators that were in the room to work, and the shower was kinda weird and would splash water everywhere. other than that, it was excellent.
Excellent customer service. Quality bed and bedding. Spa Restaurant - great breakfast menu.
Although beautiful and big the bathroom was poorly designed - poor lighting, no where to put anything down, no place to hang your towel except on one small hook. Need a towel rack to dry towels on and hooks for clothing, etc. In shower only a metal shelf that the small soap bars slide through the slots so no where to put your soap. Don't know who designs these bathrooms but it should be mandatory they spend a night in the room.
I like the location and the overall experience.
Just the electronics cards didn't work properly.
Big rooms and super comfortable beds.
Construction is going on at the intersection right outside, which made it noisy and more difficult to get a cab. Once this is done, it will be great!
Staff, Location, decor.
Door locks, bird sounds in the hall way.
Excellent location Very good staff Very Good accomodation
Certain rooms are susceptible to the noise from the railway below The hotel very kindly offered to move us. The roof top bar was often closed for private parties in an evening
Everything was really good.
They should have a oven and a stove at the kitchenette. We had our baby daughter and were expecting that.
The only thing I would quibble with is your packaging of breakfast. I had to line item my breakfast (fruit, bagel, coffee) which is the traditional "continental" and it ended up being very expensive. Some more combo deals would be great
