I like the location of the hotel it was in the centre of everything .

Small fault but .pool area closed at 6 but sunset not till 8 . Would have loved to enjoy extra time up there was weather perfect . The lower roof area where Bar and dining area were situated remained accessible with attentive service and great food .

Valet staff was excellent and prompt. Luggage attendant was helpful and courteous.

Bed was uncomfortable. Hotel lobby was small. No coffee in room; Not enough menu offerings for late night room service.

Our room was quite luxurious and well equipped. We were upgraded to a suite, so had a lot of space. It was a shame we only had a one-night stay.

The hotel and our room was quite dark, but that is the only thing we had a problem with

Lovely hotel very central to Rodeo Drive and sights of Beverly Hills. Big, well furnished rooms. Very cool rooftop bar and swimming pool.

The staff were great, the professionalism of the staff was exceptional, the decor was great, the location was convenient, the rooftop balcony, the comfy bed....

The price, no breakfast, the room was great but the hallways were a little messy and the elevators smelt pretty ordinary.

No free wifi in rooms, which is rare nowadays... It's a pity that such small things spoil the whole impression.

This is my forth time staying at the Thompson and it gets better every time!

Rooftop pool area is very nice.

I was at this hotel perhaps 15 hours and have a ton of complaints. 1st of all - extremely long time to check-in. Just two people at the desk and a pile-up in the (extremely small) lobby. Inefficient, especially as on business I had to get to a meeting. 2nd big issue - cleanliness. The bathroom toilet was soiled upon check-in. It was disgusting. No one was sent to clean up the mess. They could not give me another room because the hotel was fully booked. I had to hover above the toilet to use it. It was horrible. 3rd issue - hotel room. Carpet is nubby and does not feel clean. The room is miniature. The decor is awful - dark and depressing. Which brings me to the 4th issue - decor. If you like brown leather, brown carpet, black walls, and black marble, this is the place for you. If you like sunshine, white walls, cleanliness, and not feeling like you're underground, this is not the hotel for you.

The location was great and the rooms and the thompson was different in a good way

When I checked in I was told I had an upgrade. However I felt it was a down grade. First my telephone and wi fi did not work I rang within an hour of check in and told them. Was suggested I used the telephone downstairs as I had been travelling all day decided to handle this next day. Upon request next day they sent a person up the check the telephone he told me to use the telphone downstairs when I went down and asked about the phone was told they had no telephone I could use also the hotel was full and they could not change my room!!!!! Also I had a connecting door in the room which was extremelly noisy with people coming in early in the morning (not much sleep) also room was right near the lifts. All in all I was not happy and would not consider this an upgrade. I hope it was not because I booked through booking.com online.

when checking in they gave me dirty used room and not cleaned yet for us.. the second days there was a leak of water in the sealing..

The hotel was in a good location in Beverley Hills and was very reasonably priced given I booked it at the last minute.

No free Internet access and the room looked a little bit tired and worn
