The staff was friendly and helpful. The concierge helped us with all of our questions, bookings and reservations. The beds were comfy. Our check-in and check-out were fast and efficient.
The room cleaners should not just throw away clients stuff without asking.
Location and service
Roof top bar was cool
There is no free wifi. And I hope there could be free parking, too.
Comfortable bed and good service.
Bed a tad hard. There is no service on the rooftop during the week, so if you want food/drinks by the pool, you'll be hit with a 'room service" charge.
Staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooftop pool is stunning. nice vibe.
Should have free wifi in rooms
Rude staff. Especially the older man who was in charge of the bar and pool area. Kicked us rudley out of the pool saying it was closed. Well thanks for letting us know!
Location and hotel style
We stayed because of the bar and pool , but for the whole of our stay the bar was closed and we had to call room service ( which was costly ) to bring any drinks
Stunning view from the pool
Expensive no free wifi in rooms no storage in queen room . Hotel overlooking offices next door
Parking was expensive and not use to paying for WIFI. Just used my hotspot.
Location was fantastic. Within the Golden Triangle in the heart of LA. Joplin at the Concierge was phenomenal. Great advice and help booking tickets. Close to all amenities.
They have designed this to be modern and contemporary but everything is dark. The passageways are dark with a depressing picture of a suicidal looking girl at the end of it. The rooms definitely do not have sufficient lighting. I suppose they are going for the romantic feel. However there just wasn't enough light. I'd say if you're applying make up then do it during the day with the curtains open otherwise you might come out looking like a clown!
This is a small smart hotel in Beverly Hills, great location, great rooftop bar, lovely staff.
We regret we did not have enough time to visit the rooftop pool. The price of the stay - if it was a slightly cheaper, we could afford to stay longer:)
The Hollywood and LA feel and décor of the hotel. Beds. Excellent service at the hotel reception, bar and restaurant service and food. Nice and safe location in the heart of Beverly Hills, walking distance to Rodeo Drive.
No free Wifi unbelievable in 2015 --- why ?
Loved the location ,staff friendly and helpful
small room and bathroom for the price. With as much paid for room and valet wifi should be free
staff was great very helpful, bed was comfortable. Beautifully decorated
that they cant include WIFI in the price, concierge was very nice but didnt know the City we would expect... Like going for good pizza we want to know from locals, not internet
Location was great, view on roof top, great staff at the counter, love the mirrors on the wall and celling
WiFi is a staple; much like a telephone. Connecting with a paid multistage process is a hassle. It should be built into room pricing. Also there is no ability to purchase sundries. I was directed to a store 3 blocks away!
Location and staff are excellent.
Stylish but somewhat aged furniture
Room was a little dated
Wonderful service, great staff
To pay Wi-Fi at room
No place to purchase sundry items. I was referred to a store 3 blocks away. Everything must be obtained from room service of staff. Internet is billed daily and cuts off at midnight even though it’s advertised as 24 hours.
Location, staff and comfort
Wi - fi should be free
Location was excellent, so were the rooms.
Deposit was too much Comparison to room rate also There was no coffee machine or any free water in room Car parking was costly 38$per day
Located in very good place Staff was friendly and helpful
Paper thin walls - Could not sleep because could hear people above us every night. Shower drain was blocked and water kept filling up in shower base
Location is very good walking distance to Rodeo Drive
Shower is bad.
The restaurant food was exellent.
Very dark rooms that need updating! Lighting was horrible!!! Hardwood floors were all scratched, furniture was old. Faucets on both sink and bathtub almost fell off. Beds were above average but not amazing.
Good location near Rodeo Drive and BH shopping and restaurants. Nice staff. Pretty rooftop. Good shower.
