Rooftop pool, staff, concierge, location, comfortable. An excellent reasonably priced hotel only 5 minutes walk from rodeo drive.
The pool and upstair bar staff are helpful and provide excellent service. The food service is really tasty and fresh. The steak with farm fresh tomatoes and was excellent. Great twist on guacamole.
Rooms are too dark...can't see anything in the room. Very hard to read, get dressed...even with shades wide open. Carpet is dirty in hallways, housekeeping details are obviously ignored. Valet staff is not welcoming, especially at early evening. Paying for internet service at a hotel is now so obsolete....ridiculous! Don't nickel and dime the guests....charge a higher room rate and make the basics inclusive.
Everything was wonderful the staff the service the hotel is amazing
The room was small for 3 persons
good: - location - good stuff - good restaurants around
- Internet extra charge 15USD / 24h and very slow - Parking 38USD / 24h - no grocery stores around
The location is great and you can walk around for shopping, coffee and food. The staff is friendly, espcially the doormen.
The walls are extremely thin, i was woken up everyday by footsteps and other noise, I stayed there for 8 nights and the hotel asked me to pay for half the stay around the 4th night. I found that to be odd considering they already have my credit card details for security. First hotel to consider 8 nights a "lenghty stay"
Location is really good. Near Rodeo Drive and all the shops around Beverly Hills. Lots of restaurants too.
The staff was wonderful, the value for money was great and the rooftop bar absolutely stunning. A great choice for LA.
Not much to like I'm afraid. Checking out was a relief.
Dark small rooms. Expensive. If you're going to stay in Beverly Hills why not try the Hilton or the BH Hotel as you'll be splashing the cash anyway. Disliked bathroom, furniture, mostly everything. Also worth mentioning you can hear everything from above, below, beside and outside. Avoid.
Beautiful location. Friendly staff. Nice views. Rooms are well decorated.
Charged for wifi. Appeared to be a complimentary bottle of water in the room but had a $8 price tag on it. Didn't feel like we got value for money when paying $300 a night.
Bed on on floor platform is uncomfortable and TV is not HD.
the location is perfect, close to everything few steps to rodio drive. the staff are so friendly and cooperative. bassicaly, i refered to them for all kind of assist needed. you will feel like in your place with your poeple if you like to workingout there is a terrific gym (including boxing stuff) there is also nice swimming pool and gathering area with great atmosphere most recommended place to stay
Front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was small but clean. Decor was very modern and artsy, the room felt uninviting and cold- cold tile floor, bed low to the ground. Not for me but my husband was okay with it.
Good hotel with excellent roof swimming pool and bar. Good location.
The rooftop pool was awesome! Great location and friendly staff.
No free in rooms, only in lobby and rooftop bar free of charge... Not so fun. 3 pilliows on a bed, when booked for 2 people. -why not just throw in the 4th?
Hotel location, style and facilities are great.
Did not find reception staff to be friendly. Was a bit early for check in,room was not ready. Felt like I was told to get lost for an hour. Would have felt better to be offered a coffee in the lounge while room was prepared
Outrageous ćost for parking....pool very murky and dirty....
The pool area was great and the staff very friendly
The lightning in the room was great for a man but definitely poor for a woman to make up with
Loved The location The poolarea on The rooftop was amazing Nice and friendly staff Would definitely return
Friday night party going on for hours nextdoor(could have called frontdesk but didn't)
The staff was really friendly! 100% for that.
I still cannot believe we had to pay for wifi in this day and age for the amount I spent! I think they really need to look into that. Food and drink prices are unreasonably! They charge a fee to deliver it to your room! Maddness
Perfect for visiting LA. Great location, staff and rooms.
I like the location
Very expensive compare to star rating
Very good location Good design helpful staff
Parking is expensive
Very helpful staff, amazing location and very comfy rooms
Staff was excellent from front desk to valet
House keeping was poor however after a concern voiced to the manager their quality improved vastly
The room is very small . dull tiny dark
