Outrageous ćost for parking....pool very murky and dirty....
The pool area was great and the staff very friendly
The lightning in the room was great for a man but definitely poor for a woman to make up with
I like the location
Very expensive compare to star rating
Very good location Good design helpful staff
Parking is expensive
Very helpful staff, amazing location and very comfy rooms
We been at the sixty hotel for 6 nights, in our honeymoon . At first we received a room in the first floor that was not so good. But when we told the stuff that we were not happy the changed the room to a higher floor that was much better! The location is very good! But it was to expensive for what we received .
The location of the hotel is very good, the stuff is helpful, the rooms are clean
The quality of the food. Beef sqewers ordered for lunch were very small and burned. Forest berries for breakfast were dirty and contained mould. The light in the rooms is very weak, uncomfortable in the evening.
Downstairs had great service, upstairs poolside however was poor. The "spa" was basically a small room and a massage table. Got a massage from a order in therapist... Way over priced for no relaxing music, bright lights, traffic noise. Place is good for a quick stay with limited ammenities and service.
Spa, pool service...
Location was good
The room was too small . The beds also small . We had the view of the parked cars :-(
The location was very good, and the hotel was reasonably priced and well run.
location is good
small room you cant open your bag in for 390 dollar the elevator smells bad
Every thing else
Staff very helpful, ambience of roof top pool and lounge area, european feel, location, size of hotel
no fan bathroom, glass in hallways...low ceilings... elevators slow and not readily identifiable...almost got lost in hallway...room could have been cleaner and minor/ touch needed to get to rating at this price, room was smaller for similar price of other hotels at this price
I loved the restaurant, roof top and pool.service was amazing!!
The furniture in the room looked old . Our chair had few holes in it. There were scruff marks on the wAlls.
Pool area, huge bed, nice vibe, attentive staff
Paying for valet parking
Location Decor Staff
Staff were extremely attentive and responsive. Great customer service from reception and lobby, roof top restaurant and ground level restaurant staff. Very professional. This exceptional level of customer service throughout the property was a standout. Location excellent for high end shopping/restaurants, as well as cafés and supermarket. Clean and comfortable.
Decor a little dark in the hallways, so maybe a little more or brighter lighting in this public area.
it is more like a low quality B&B than a hotel. The chair in the room has many scratches. You can hear every movement in the next door, including their phone conversations. The front desk is totally unhelpful and snorbbish. Their cancellation policy is ridiculous - if you don't like the room, you need to cancel it before you arrive. How possible can one know that? Horrible experience for me
Booked a two bedroom suite, but got upgraded to the penthouse suite! Staff were young, helpful and always happy! The entire hotel has a very positive vibe that goes well with the whole LA scene
Very expensive And no confortable
Location Roof top pool
Front desk and valet parking staff were superb, energetic and always friendly. The pool was fantastic and had great views. The location was spectacular, only a couple blocks down from Rodeo Drive and in a great neighborhood for jogging. Rooms were sleek and clean.
The bathrooms were good-sized, but the shower handles/heads and sink faucet could all be refreshed. The showed a lot of signs of wear and age. Also, the mattresses, while comfortable enough, were a little 'flat'.
The Sixty Beverly Hills has a great location for local shopping and great restaurants. It is also conveniently located between Hollywood and Santa Monica if you explore by car. The hotels best asset is their staff - always nice and smiley. Great concierge. The rooftop pool is beautiful and well maintained and so is the rooftop bar. We had breakfast in the walk-in bar and cafe downstairs one morning and room service one evening, both very good.
While the hotel has a lot going for it, with great staff on top of the list, there are are few shortcomings. The very nice rooftop pool closes 6pm and often even earlier due to private events. The nice rooftop bar also host many private parties, so the accessibility for hotel guests is limited. This feels a bit unwelcoming. The bar service by the pool could be improved. The design of the hotel is dark, giving it a nightclub feel. The rooms are clean but slightly worn. We struggled with little water coming out of the shower. We arrived Sunday and by Wednesday we still have had no replenish of toiletries so I called. Apparently you have to ask for this which I find strange for a hotel of this level. All in all it is a good hotel, but just short of that extra which makes it a great place to stay.
Good location, friendly staff and good facility for smokers (rooftop pool)
