Breakfast was slow and my cream cheese bagel came after my friend was already finished.

Friendly staff, great restaurant and bar. Very clean concierge was very helpful

The Location in Beverley hills with Rodeo Drive just around the corner. The roof pool and restaruant are stunning. Staff very helpful.

The location was very convenient, to what I wanteed.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. The location was convent for us to visit our daughter and her family in Beverly Hills. Valet guys very quick and helpful!

The system for renting cabanas and chairs poolside was rude and uncomfortable. We were asked to move twice because someone was welling to pay for the chairs we were sitting in. Then Serge said we could pay him for one cabana he had left available. It felt like a racket! I was up early and went up to the pool area to make sure we would have chairs and then lost them? Very rude

Loved that this hotel was centrally located. We were near everything! Loved the decor, and ambiance they did a really amazing job. The pool was the best feature, relaxed and had drinks on an amazing rooftop. We enjoyed every minute!

Very slick place, well decorated. Staff was excellent.

Two things: $35 a day parlking seemed high. And the carpeting in the room had seen better days, was frayed, sun bleached and beat up. For $800 for 3 days, that was inexcusable.

The rooms and rooftop are very nice, and the hotel has a great style.

Internet is very slow, even the fast version for 22$ > 24h. Parking is expensive.

Lovely welcoming hotel, easy to drive to and simple to park. Had a great view from a corner room so could see Hollywood sign, albeit in the distance! Nice pool too. Good proximity to Rodeo Drive, The Stinking Rose and La Brea, all walkable.

Don´t like LA as a city. Too big and wrapped around Celebrity culture which makes it seem false and shallow hence I wouldn´t recommend it although absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel.

It was a great clean hotel and ideal for shopping.

Having stayed on cool nightlife of sunset on my prevous visits there isn't much happening around this area in the evening. To make it worst the hotel roof top bar was expensive for what you got and the service for a small bar was some what a little poor. There were several times when I had to get the waitresses attention and felt it was far quicker to order the drinks from the bar myself. I'm still confused about tip and service charges in America!... in the UK these are the same thing, we pay tip for a good service. There... they just expect us to pay service charge regardless of the service given.

Great service from check in to check out. Very convenient location.

The hotel was very nice and our suite worked very well for our family of four.

Room was clean. Check in/out was quick. Location is excellent and safe, close to great restaurants like Bouchon and Spago, easily accessible (with a car) to places like Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Santa Monica, it just took us about 20 minutes to Downtown. There are also convenience stores and a couple of public parkings within walking distance from the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, it was very quick and easy to rent a car through the hotel.

Not enough lighting in the room. Wifi could be free and 3g doesn't work very well in the building too.

I have been charged 2 times the amount please help me I need a refund of my money I paid through booking.com and now they charged with my visa the room again.m

Location; in and out valet; rooftop bar was excellent ambiance but they couldn't make a Caipirinha at all so i stuck to scotch neat; restaurant was good; value of the hotel and location on booking $160/nt was great.

Staff was having lots of 'technical' issues; beds were awfully hard - i'd prefer a Marriott bed any day; posh clientele.

Location. Just one block from Rodeo drive. The restaurant is fantastic. Staff is 10/10

They charged me twice for the room. Paid on booking then charged again on check out although told them I already paid. So blocked my credit card facility for my holiday!!!

+ Hotel is 100% non-smoking now!! + rooftop pool is nice + rooftop bar

- Location is close to Beverly Hills but there isn't much to do nearby at night

We really enjoyed our stay at Thompson Beverley Hills. All the staff we met were very helpful and accomodating. The hotel is very well located for local restaurants and ammenities. We would certainly stay here again.

Great location. Easy to walk into Beverly Hills from the hotel. Great value for money.

The hotel is noisy, due to road noise -- depending upon where your room is -- and also the walls are thin so if you get a noisy neighbour in a nearby room you will be disturbed. Our room was on the 8th floor and we could hear the staff clonking around early in the morning and late at night on the floor above, setting up/closing down bar service, etc.
