Værelset var pænt og badefaciliteterne var virkelig gode. Et lidt mere privat lydløst toilet ville være at foretrække. Her var ingen lås på døren og der var meget lydt på toilettet. |

Nice modern hotel in and up and coming neighborhood with lot of fun things around. Staff was very friendly and the beds were comfy. The ridiculousness of having to get through 2 doorman to get to the hotel bar. |

Very nice place, good vista, upgraded on checking in, very easy... Could not find the icemaker, nothing on the info about it, small point but detracted slightly. The couple (I assume there were two) next door with the sex screams were comedy... |

The design of the lobby, bar and rooms was very tasteful. The reception desk was helpful. We made a reservation at the restaurant. When we arrived, they said the kitchen had closed so they could not serve us anymore. |

I've stayed at the Thompson LES before and it is always a wonderful experience. The rates are reasonable, the rooms are beautiful and the staff gives you their full attention. When I checked in this last time, I was informed we had been upgraded to a king room at no additional charge. This room had the most amazing balcony - and, it's private! No other balconies around you. The rooms are beautiful & comfortably sized, amazing shower and the nicest toiletries. For the LES, this place is a bargain! I cannot recommend this hotel enough. |

Thompson LES - great hotel in Lower East Side district. Next to Soho in resonable price. Well decorated, comfortable. Ask for a room with a view on Manhattan Breakfast is too simple. Go eat outside with new yorkers |

Location of the hotel was excellent as well as value for money ration. I have the experience that during two consecutive nights, people staying in the room beside mine was talking laud at 3-4 am. The security of the hotel addressed this immediately. |

There was nothing to like, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in New York. Do not stay here. We booked a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room. We were told we could upgrade to a better room if we wanted non- smoking. I said it was booked as non smoking why would I pay extra for what I booked. Then they said if I want the room that I booked they can maybe check me in at 7:00 pm. Not an option for us, I said no worries I will just move to a hotel that has non smoking rooms. Then it was oh, hold on just a minute, and then they found an available non-smoking in our room category. The room was small even for New York standards, comparable to a small cabin on a cruise ship. All this for $400 a night. They front desk staff acted like they work on commission by trying to upgrade and get money for extras, the worst |

I loved everything about the Thompson LES. The location, staff, room, everything... Your staff was so willing to help our group with anything and everything we needed. It was truly a pleasure and we will surely stay there again. |

I loved the modern feel/design of the hotel in general as well as the room. The room was a great size for an NYC hotel and I loved the large shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I ate lunch at the restaurant and it was fantastic. The only issue I had was that the room key cards were very sensitive to demagnetization and after I had to have mine reset for the third time it became an inconvenience/annoying. |

the staff was great at suggesting places to go and places to dine. The room was clean and contemporary in style not a lot of space to put luggage, if you want to live out of it. Its best to just unpack and use the closet space |

It was an amazing room, with an amazing bathroom. Nice bed, lots of tv channels. We were taken good care off. If we needed anything they could get it. Elevators were slow. |

Muy buena ubicacion, a 2 cuadras de Nolita y 6 del Soho. El hotel es de calidad. El precio es excesivamente caro. En el piso 7 hay un bar con musica y la primer noche nuestra habitacion estaba pegada a la entrada del bar. Fue imposible dormir. A la siguiente noche nos cambiaron de habitacion pero no les importo hacer ninguna atencion por el problema ocacionado. |

Se encuentra en una zona plagada de bares con música en directo y con mucha gente joven.El diseño del hotel es muy chulo,el baño es bastante grande para ser NYC.Tiene las parada del Subway 2Av a escasos 50 metros del hotel. El precio es demasiado alto para lo que ofrece el hotel ,en si, entraba viento por la puerta que nos daba a la piscina.El ruido de la climatización del hotel. |
