Thompson LES

Se encuentra en una zona plagada de bares con música en directo y con mucha gente joven.El diseño del hotel es muy chulo,el baño es bastante grande para ser NYC.Tiene las parada del Subway 2Av a escasos 50 metros del hotel.

El precio es demasiado alto para lo que ofrece el hotel ,en si, entraba viento por la puerta que nos daba a la piscina.El ruido de la climatización del hotel.

Ubicado en un barrio joven con mucha actividad nocturna en fines de semana, cerca de tiendas "vintage" y de nuevos diseñadores.

Demasiada actividad nocturna en el hotel, caro para los servicios que ofrece, es un poco pretencioso y no hay zonas comunes ni hall agradable..... definitivamente para clientes jovenes y "snobs" dispuestos a pagar por estar en un sitio más o menos de moda.

Nice modern hotel in and up and coming neighborhood with lot of fun things around. Staff was very friendly and the beds were comfy.

The ridiculousness of having to get through 2 doorman to get to the hotel bar.

The design of the lobby, bar and rooms was very tasteful. The reception desk was helpful.

We made a reservation at the restaurant. When we arrived, they said the kitchen had closed so they could not serve us anymore.

Thompson LES - great hotel in Lower East Side district. Next to Soho in resonable price. Well decorated, comfortable. Ask for a room with a view on Manhattan

Breakfast is too simple. Go eat outside with new yorkers

There was nothing to like, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in New York.

Do not stay here. We booked a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room. We were told we could upgrade to a better room if we wanted non- smoking. I said it was booked as non smoking why would I pay extra for what I booked. Then they said if I want the room that I booked they can maybe check me in at 7:00 pm. Not an option for us, I said no worries I will just move to a hotel that has non smoking rooms. Then it was oh, hold on just a minute, and then they found an available non-smoking in our room category. The room was small even for New York standards, comparable to a small cabin on a cruise ship. All this for $400 a night. They front desk staff acted like they work on commission by trying to upgrade and get money for extras, the worst

I loved everything about the Thompson LES. The location, staff, room, everything... Your staff was so willing to help our group with anything and everything we needed. It was truly a pleasure and we will surely stay there again.

very modern and stylish hotel>staff very courtious and helpfull

the staff was great at suggesting places to go and places to dine. The room was clean and contemporary in style

not a lot of space to put luggage, if you want to live out of it. Its best to just unpack and use the closet space
