Great location, nice looking, comfortable rooms

Staff at front desk was horrible. They were inattentive, haughty and unhelpful. Even the concierge had attitude. When I made the reservation almost 2 months in advance I requested a quiet room on a high floor. When we arrived they did not have any such rooms and we got a lower floor facing the street. The manager did nothing to even try to find us a room (or even buy us a drink!). They did say they saw the request but must have "overlooked it" when they transferred the reservation. Really unacceptable. Then, we checked in a 5pm and the room they were giving us wasnt even ready. Love the location and the rooms, hate the management. This cannot be a surprise as I looked at all the reviews now and they say the same thing.

Clean, friendly environment. Staff was helpful. A little dark in the hallways when you walked to your room.

This place is without a doubt the funkies, most hip and friendly hotel I have ever stayed at. I was lucky enough to get a discount price online and upgraded toan exec studio for an extra 50 a night. It was well worth it and the staff genuinely made me feel welcome. They were all cool, without being "too" cool.

Restaurant not open on time; rooftop bar closed for private event; accidental additional charges to my credit card I had to correct

Best NYC trip ever, amazing views, amazing room and the staff was award winning. Will be venturing back very soon!!!!

Comfortable modern friendly helpful staff. Prefer more light in room with dark decor making room darker but junior king suite excellent especially rain shower. Location excellent allowing walking access to les soho Gramercy Chinatown Little Italy Greenwich. I have a daughter in nyu and in med school on the upper east side n I prefer to stay in Thompson les.

2 days the hair in shower drain was not removed/cleaned. Also I was in 813 and was bothered by club noise some nights.

Great staff. Clean. Reasonable space for les location. We were on the 12th floor which was quiet - not sure if that would be true on lower floors...

Beds -futons, hard

Staff was professional, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Bathroom & shower facilities were delightful.

Limited room service menu, room was not cleaned early enough. Room not cleaned everyday. Cost more then it was worth. Beds were too low for older people, room furniture not comfortable. Cost of parking not explained properly. I specifically asked about the cost before I arrived and I was misinformed.

Comfortable beds, modern unfussy design, if a little dark. Everything in the room worked, the staff at the reception was efficient and helpful.

Forget about the breakfast! Just book the room alone. The lounge could use an update.
