Location is good
Poor quality for the price. Breakfast very poor
The staff bent over backwards to make sure we had what we needed and that our room was what we needed. They even helped us by getting directions to sights to see and things to do. Very nice helpful staff. We will stay there again when we are there.
great location, right in the middle of Eureka Springs, short riding/walking distance to great food and great bars. Can not wait for Blues Bikes And BBQ so we can stay again.
Nothing at all, Staff was very friendly and willing to bend over for you to make your stay great.
Smelled musty, flat pillows, holes in carpet, old TV, laughable breakfast,
Very Disappointed with the cost to book this room.. I paid $99 a night and when I arrived, the front desk told me that the rate is $59. I will investigate any rates prior to reservations with booking.com
The room was terrible! The pic I seen online was nothing like the room we stayed in! I say this in all caps because of how annoyed I was with everything about this place!
liked everything. the manager rajh was very friendly and accommodating, He was very attentive to every guest and their needs, would recommend this lodge for any occasion,
too expensive, no in room coffee. virtually no amenities. very few electrical outlets
Beds were OK.
Breakfast was meager - a banana and a Debbie bun.
Everything was good! !!!
Potato chips and popcorn on the floor. Blanket had holes in it and pillow inside of case was torn up. This room needs to be updated.
new confused desk clerk,new nanagement
no wi fi , no coffee in the rooms, not a good breakfast.
Size of room was good, sink outside bathroom.
I have just spent two weeks travelling and staying at many types of inns. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this inn. The price for the value was poor--old place, lots of little things just not up to speed. At half the price, I would have said a bargain. The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. The site and room just didn't make it.
Room was clean. Location was good.
away from busy downtown, yet still has bars and restaurants close by
nothing. for the price, it was a good place to stay.
needed new carpets, new mattresses
Good choice for reasonable $. Central location. Friendly, trustworthy owner/staff. Clean facility.
I have stayed here several times, although the hotel is a little dated, I have always found it clean and convenient to where ever I needed to go. The bus stops at the motel, and there is a bar and grill next door. Personally I like the rooms on the ground floor facing the trees.
It would be nice to have coffee in the rooms and hair dryers for the women. A larger TV would be nice. The bed was just a little on the hard side but not that bad.
Scott and Robin always make sure our room is ready!
Nothing...that is why we always stay with them.
Our room was clean after some discussion with the owner about what rooms were available.
Booking.com rates/rooms were not available. Desk closed at 9pm which was not clear on the website. The king beds we reserved were not available. No free upgrade to the jacuzzi room that was available. I own my own car rental business that is customer service based and if I do not have the vehicle someone reserves online (with no notice from my parking lot) I am forced to give the customer a free upgrade - this was not the case. The upgrade sat empty with no revenue while my friends were on their honeymoon and ended up in a smoking room that smelled horrible and there was no light bulb in the lamp. We will not be returning to Thurman's Lodge on any future trips to Eureka Springs. The rates were actually higher than some of the other motels on the strip that offered continental breakfast. This was not a great experience for any of us.
Good location. Close to all the food, shopping, site seeing and entertainment. Great value. Great view and very quite.
No frills at all. No coffee in room and no hair dryer in room
The motel was located centrally in Eureka Springs, close to restaurants, a bar, and near the old downtown.
The room had light bulbs burned out and the bathroom exhaust fan didn't work at all. My wife told the guy at the front desk about it and all he said was, "OK". The bed was hard as a board and you could hear normal conversation through the walls.
Its dated motel, but was okay for the price.
Did'nt have a coffee pot in room.
Pool was nice.
Room decor was very 80s.
