Beautiful room Comfy bed Great Staff Jacuzzi in room Fireplace Centrally located
The water view, cosy sitting area, fireplace and the jacuzzi tub in the room. Nice balcony overlooking the harbor.
View, location, in-room jacuzzi
Not enough table/shelf space.
Location, view, convenience to downtown
The smell of the air in the morning. Room decor.
We love being close to the water and this hotel is literally built no more than 10 feet above the bay. The complimentary continental breakfast had a good assortment of items.
The furnishings were a bit gaudy, out of place for the location, but the bed was comfortable.
This was a wonderful facility. The staff were not just nice, they were enjoyable. The view, spectacular.
WiFi was unreliable most of the time. Lights in the parking lot were not working.
Location, size of rooms, view.
Hideous furniture and furnishings.
We enjoyed relaxing on the deck. The location is very convenient to both the ferry and downtown. The room was cutely decorated. The personnel was very friendly and accommodating.
Everything. Great view!
The room was clean and the view was great.
Room was over priced. looked like. The outside view was fab, then we turned to the room and it looked over decorated with cheap appearing appointments. The workmanship in finishing was rough. Paint sloppy. Things that a room costing that much shouldn't have. Male helping us at desk should have more training. Walked away from desk wondering what overall experience would be.
Loved sitting on the deck and watching the kayakers, sailboats and ferries go by! The super moon was awesome- great place to watch!
Wish the small chairs in the room were more comfy.
The view was spectacular and our bed was very comfortable.
We were in a room with in room soaking tub on the first floor. The foot traffic outside made it impossible for us to enjoy the tub or the bed and the lovely view at the same time. The drapes had to be drawn at all times in order for us to have any privacy. It was a shame we could not enjoy the lovely view from our tub, or from our bed. At one point we even had Port Townsend police officers walk the pathway in front of our room and glance up looking into our room, That invasion of privacy was over the top. I would recommend your hotel to others but certainly not in a room on the bottom floor for anyone who expects even a reasonable amount of privacy.
Location! View! Felt clean and bed was comfortable
Queen bed....tacky room decor..
Nice to be recognized a year later -- very helpful and polite staff, great quiet room, and wonderful shower & jacuzzi. Highly recommended,
The view of the water was spectacular and the room was very cozy.
The air conditioner in the room barely worked.
What a wonderful view with very relaxing, intimate rooms. Excellent !
We had a jacuzzi suite overlooking the Straits. Beautiful view and great room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine.
Location--overlooking the bay! A nice easy walk to town center and close to the nature reserve/pond with trails. room was good size for two individual travelers (two queen beds) Staff were pleasant.
The shower head was weird! The breakfast, for the price of the room, could have had a bit more variety especially with protein offerings. There was no hot food, but it was advertised as a continental.
The location on the beach is superb. The rooms are huge and we really enjoyed sitting on the private deck watching the birds and boat traffic.
Loved the view from a corner room (205) out to sea. The whole room and bathroom was quite luxurious. We plan to stay here again. Liked the fact that it was easy and close to walk to all the restaurants and shops.
The in-room fridge kept us awake with its noisy motor!; but nice to have a fridge and a microwave. The shower head in this room needs de-scaling as it sprays everywhere but where you want it. I told the desk, and they said they would fix it.
We love the view and having the hot tub in the room. Great shower.
There wasn't any tea in our room or cream for the coffee.
The young lady who greeted us and checked us in was exceptional. We saw her again the next morning and she helped us out with some questions we had. In hine sight we would have stayed 2 nights at Tides Inn and made day trips rather that change Motels. Although nice our other hotel could not hold a candel to Tides Inn,.
It would be nice to have a little garbage can in the bathroom. Also the sink had a crack in it that had been fixed but was still sharp.
The view could not be beat, fantastic!
The "hot tubs" are bathtubs with jets, fyi. Also, no menu for TV, told no option to watch movies. On check out, a different clerk advised there were DVD players available at the desk. No plug-ins by the bed, so unable to plug in android and listen to music with earplugs, since my friend travelling with me snored. Yoinks!
The view was spectacular
The decor was awful. Tacky fake Victorian look. It is a hotel that is charging as if they are upscale 4 star hotel but it is really nothing more than a 2 star with a great view. Stains in bathroom were disturbing. Walls were dirty.
