Tiki Moon Villas  

The location in Laie was fantastic and it exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and the property grounds were immaculate and beautiful. Being 15-20 steps from the ocean and a lovely beach was awesome. We came with a group of 12 adults and rented two villas and everyone had a great experience. We will definitely come back the next time we come to Oahu.

Natures sounds are a bit much (the chickens). Needs better signage.

Centrally located on Oahu's north shore, we couldn't be happier with our stay. Very friendly and accommodating staff, the villa are small houses/bungalows that stand a lone on well kept beautiful piece of property. They even asked I we would like them to pick up groceries for us to have when we got there for just the cost of the food ! We will be back

Great location, right on the water. We could go North or South beaches, splitting the day very well. Accessible, parking by the villa. Excellent bed and bath. Walking distance to supermarket for good wine too.

No service was offered. Where was the staff?

Location, location, location. Well equipped for a convenient stay.

We needed clearer instructions (maybe a little booklet in the rooms) about where things were (laundry facilities, garbage, etc.), and what services were and were not available. (If this was all online, then see below) The Wi-fi didn't work, and the staff did not successfully remedy the situation even after being informed. The staff was very nice, but with no one on-site (at least it seemed so to us), it took a little while to get a response to the few questions we had (but this was not a big deal, by any means.)

We had booked the Studio for 3 nights. Unbelievable how this place can be offered as a 4 star accomodation. It is not even a clean 2 star place!!! Pots and pans were so dirty that we bought a new pan and cleaned a pot to prepare a breakfast. No housekeeping, no reception,no telephone. No view on the ocean ! After heavy protest we finally got a reduction of about 12%.Ridiculous! Offering this place as a 4 star accomodation- being Marriott level - is in my opinion fraud. I recommend to go to Laie and visit the Polynesian cultural Centre, but not to stay in this place.

The feel at the Tiki Moons is very welcoming, the staff is very friendly and helpful as to where to find things and what to do on the island. The Bungalows are decorated very nicely and the property is very well maintained. Woderful views and direct access to the beach. We were also able to do our laundry for free, which was nice.

I did not like that I had to leave the Tiki Moon Villas to go to a Waikiki timeshare.

The location was very convenient to places we wanted to visit.

The bed was much too hard, the roosters next door crowed constantly, and the flies were a big problem. Please put tissues and a fly swatter in the room in the future.

服务好，来之前邮件你周边介绍包括食物景点驾车路线。价格的确很不错。床上用品很温馨。厨房用具很齐全。海- 边的确很近就在最后一栋房屋的边上，小花园打理得不错。

这个翻译太差强人意了！绝对不能翻译成别墅，就是一般的民房。安排靠马路边上的一栋papaya，吵死了，- 房间里的空调声音像轰炸机而且就在你枕边。实在是太累，才能睡着，正常情况是睡不着的。3件房间就一个卫生- 间，有点不方便，轮流等洗澡都要等上1个多小时。要是能住最后一件靠海边的可能会好一点。

スタッフの方がみんな親切で、ロコ情報を教えてくださったおかげで、ノースショアを存分に楽しむことが出来- ました。キッチン設備、調味料、リネン類など- 十分すぎるほど揃っていて使いやすかったです。部屋も清潔でおしゃれでした。エアコンはなくても、常に風が- 吹いているので快適でした。

良くない訳ではありませんが、レンタカーは必須と思いました。

这是一家非常好的家庭酒店，每一间客房就是一个独立的小家！但比家里的东西还齐全！如果你喜欢，随时可以去- 浮潜，有出不到100米，就有美丽的鱼和珊瑚了，非常适合一家人去度假，当然情侣一块去也很好，就是要自己- 动手做美食了！

Everything was fine

The following are the things we liked about Tiki Moon Villas: the location is very good as it is right across the street from the Polynesian Cultural Center and on the beach. I worried about road noise but the bedroom was not on the road side so it wasn't a problem. The kitchen is stocked with dish soap, laundry soap and oil, sauces and salt and pepper for cooking. There is room to park the car we had rented. I was grateful for the air conditioning. I liked the coded door lock so we didn't have to worry about a key.

I would suggest repainting the walls to a lighter colour to brighten the place up. It felt like I'd gone to the cabin instead of a tropical island. Unfortunately the neighbours roosters are noisy and the pit bull alarming.
