Owner operated. Owner is a good man. I forgot my drivers license and was very stressed about it but he told me not to worry about it it. He was very accomodating. Highly recommended place to stay if you are in the Ludlow, VT area. Rooms are very clean.

I like that it's dog friendly, the main reason I chose the motel. I would stay again after renovations. There was so much hurricane damage that our rug felt damp and smelled of urine. I think it will be fine after repairs. For now it was expensive for what is available.

reasonably clean. comfortable bed. The room was sooooo dark. In addition, the bedspreads are navy blue, so it made it very difficult to deal with black ski clothes.

Cleanliness and friendliness of owner and housekeeping; proximity to ski area; rustic design; nice little refrigerator and microwave in the room; abundant soft towels. Dim lighting, not conducive to reading.

Location at the base of Okemo mountain View of Okemo was spectacular. Newly renovated room was nicely done and even smelled like timber Small fridge and microwave made it convenient to store light breakfast and lunch food. Room price was very economical for the location Shuttle bus to Okemo right outside your door. Free coffee and hot cocoa in the office in the early morning. Although there was free coffee in the office, it would have been nicer to have a small coffee maker in the room.

Rustic Good location It was obvious to me that there had been a mold problem -- you can see the residue in the knots of the wood paneling and around the air conditioning unit. A bit noisy - it is a lot like staying in a dormitory
