For it's age, it was very clean, quiet, right downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The woman in the parking lot talking on her phone at 0700. These dolts are everywhere, though, and have nothing to do with hotel service.

everything except coffee in the morning. the hardwood floors are soooooo much better than carpet. all motels/hotels should do that!!!!!

Clean, good location downtown, good value. Staff was friendly.

It was comfortable, clean, and quiet. I had my small dog with me and it was no problem. Starbucks is one block away. Complimentary fresh muffins, banana and bagels in the morning.

It took a long time for the hot water to get to the sink. The neighborhood is not the safest but it is very convenient.

It was very clean and had been remodeled from it's earlier years construction. It is just a basic motel but spotless.

Dogs are allowed but not much room for bathroom needs.

I thought it was inexpensive. It said a straight $59.00 for the room, but forgot to mention taxes so it ended up being $65.00+. Nice shower tho! Also did not recognize aarp or aaa. Hmmmm...wonder why I pay for those if they don't get me any breaks?

The lady that was lurking outside the room at 10:00 when I was getting ready to leave, smoking a cigarette(which was ok since my husband smokes). But, I barely got my stuff out of the room, in fact hadn't gotten my computer and one bag out of the room, when she came in and said thank you and opened the curtains. I asked that I be allowed to check the room and bathroom for any left articles and did so while she stayed in the room. I was going to return the key to the office and she said she would and took it from me. The bed was very uncomfortable and the place was hard for us to find!!! Found a dirty sock under the refrigerator! Pretty gross! Also the clumping around that night, above our heads!

This is an above average budget concious facility. It was exceptionately clean, the room furnishings were not elegant but certinly functioned as needed. I will stay at this property everytime my business takes me to Eugene and requires an overnight stay.

The "free" breakfast is so over rated by all properties who count on this supposed benefit. Small and basic-no more need be said.

Very clean. Bath room spotless. Hardwood floors. Nice wood ceiling. Convenient to the university.

Bed a bit hard. I could hear upstairs tenants moving about.

I like the mid-modern vibe and relaxing atmosphere at the Timbers. It was our second stay there. It is very convenient to walk to great shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Evening and morning desk staff were extremely helpful.

The Timbers Motel was delightfully classy for the cost. Pleasantly surprised!

I liked the convenience to the city and the wonderful wood ceiling. I thought the staff was really great and the rooms were very clean. Perfect for my budget. Walking distance to bus and train station.

The rooms were a little bit noisier than some folks would prefer due I think to thin walls.

Beds were short - sheeted - the bottom sheets did not fit the mattress!

Great Value. Good restaurants & Starbucks nearby. Close to Univ of Oregon campus. Very clean with wood floors.

Very friendly reception. Owner operated Handy to restaurants and inner town facilities. Good value for money. Great for short stay or travelling through. Room was clean and adequate.

The staff were very helpful, the room was well arranged, and the motel was centrally located. The simple continental breakfast (muffins, toast or bagels, juice, tea/coffee, fruit) was perfect for our needs.

Excellent location. I could walk to where I needed to go for business purposes. Very clean. I appreciated the microwave and refrig and the table and two chairs for eating and doing work.

The flowers, definitely, the flowers. The room was nice and clean. It was a good size and the price was budget friendly but the gorgeous hanging baskets filled with a beautiful flowers set this motel apart from many others that we stayed at during our two-week vacation to Oregon. The well-maintained exterior, including having been freshly painted, gave a pleasant over-all feeling to the entire place. There was a beautiful park with a great walking trail within walking distance of the motel that my husband and I enjoyed the next morning before checking out.

The continental breakfast was minimal and it was in the small lobby of the motel. Fortunately we were the only couple eating at the time because there would not have been room for more than two people at a time.
