I couldn't beat the price
the only thing was the bed was way to hard for my tasks and the pollows were smaller than I like.
Clean and quiet place to stay. Good Location.
Very good internet connection. Free water and chocolate.
No chances to have breakfast served there.
Complimentary chocolates fruit water bottles and coffee, good wifi huge rooms
The 24hr dining room and jacuzzi.
No ice machine, but the staff gave us ice to take to our room from their kitchen area.
- nice employe who helped us with all our requests - wifi working on mobile phone and also laptop - tea for free 24 hours - reachabel during daylight by public transport from Union Station
Our king size room was HUGE and the place was very clean! Free bottle water, fruit and sweets!
Everything was good!
The hotel staff was SUPER friendly from the moment I parked my car! I loved the location, which is in a triangle where Pasadena, Alhambra and Los Angeles meet! Convenient to everything I wanted to do! The room was clean and simple, parking was ample.
The only thing I can say anything negative about were the beds. They were SO hard it was like sleeping on a board! Seriously, the only thing.
Everything is great at this location.
the staff are friendly.
a little bit over pricing.
It turns out to be my first choice after my first stay in this hotel. The manager and his staff are very friendly and helpful.I have stayed in this hotel for four times and it gave me a little more surprise each time. Manager Rickard speaks very good Chinese and he is always trying his best to make his guests satisfied. Location is a little bit far from the center of Los Angeles, but it is not a problem if you can drive a car.And a bus stop is just a few steps outside the hotel where you can take bus No.78 or 79 to every nice place you want to visit though it takes minutes for you to transfer. No breakfast, but you can always have a lot of free things to eat or drink such as chocolate, tea, coffee, drinking water, bananas or something else you see in the public hall within 24 hours during your stay. All in all,it is really one of the amazing nice hotels I find in Los Angeles.
People are too nice for attending us. Good price and nice room
Personel was very nice and friendly. Rooms were clean and free water to take away.
Mot in the centre of the town, but close enough because you have to use car in LA to get somewhere.
Good value for the money, friendly, off-street parking.
Shower wasn't the best. While there were good restaurants around they weren't really within walking distance.
Cheap place for the price you pay. Free water and chocolate.
Shower is not the Best.
The staff is excellent - very welcoming and ready to help you any time. Easy parking and great connection to the downtown. We loved the hospitality of the hotel- so happy to have chosen this place to stay in L.A.
Location, staff friendly and helpfull, foods and drinks available for free at the Lobby, high speed wifi, room clean with fridge iron and dryer, free parking
CLEAN ROOM, great staff and SAFE.
Would love cable!!
love the staffs, they were very welcoming. I got a double bed room and it was great, clean and comfortable.
Great Team, Great Hotel, Price / Value king.
Staff, cleanliness and comfortable rooms. Good price.
The neighborhood looks calm and not dangerous, staffs are really helpful. Parking is free and easy to get (adequate space)
Location is not near LA and it is traffic inflow to the city with less public transport. Need to consider this if you travel without car.
The room was clean and quiet, even though our room was on the street side of the building. In lieu of breakfast they offered several items of candy/snacks, bread for toast, a microwave, bottles of water, coffee and an area with tables/chairs for eating. The parking was wall enclosed and close to the door.
No ice machine that we could see. The only entrance was on a one-way street, and you had to drive several blocks in order to turn the other direction. The neighborhood was not one in which I would feel comfortable walking alone.
