Good price rate Staff Ammenities Many good restaurants not so far (Pasadena)
A little far from LA and beaches
Clean room. Undercover parking.
Too small and short beds. It is too short if you are taller than 6 ft. Thin walls, noise neighbours. If sy arrives back to a hotel after 10 pm why ding the doors?
I really liked the room, it was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I liked that they had a room filled with water, coffee, tea and snacks for their guests. I also liked the complimentary products in the bathroom. It was very clean!
I didn't like the humidity within the entire hotel. I didn't like that price was a bit too high for the room. I didn't like the elevator, it scared me.
People, free fruits and candy in common room
Very good conditions for the value of money. I really enjoyed staying there.
It was a bit far from the visiting places.
Hot shower ,Air con v good , Friendly staff ,bottled water available, undercover parking.
Free coffee, water, bananas and sweets for the kids. Friendly staff
Value for money and helpful staff.
Staff was very friendly and rooms were very well kept. They made it seem like you were the first person to ever stay in the room. I would DEFINATELY recommend.
Walls seemed a little thin. We heard quite a bit of racquet in the middle of the night.
Room was clean, parking was free & available, restaurants/markets around, budget-friendly, surroundings felt safe even though El Sereno has a little bit of a bad rap concerning safety.
Manager seemed to be extremely young & new to business. He seemed to be policing & making sure everyone obeyed the house rules instead of worrying about customer satisfaction. I left my room 2 times during my 1 night stay. The first time was right after check-in. A friend that lived nearby rode over with me to help me unload my stuff. When we came out of room (10 mins after entering) the manager came out of his office & directly accused me of registering 1 guest (myself) & trying to sneak my friend in unregistered. When I explained he didn't even apologize. My next venture out of my room was a 10-minute trip to the supermarket. I left my service dog in the room because 1)she is an ESA & not allowed in food establishments, & 2)she was sleeping soundly in her crate with door closed. When I returned the manager came out of his office & told me I was not allowed to leave my service dog unattended in room, crate or not. I explained why but he debated me again showing he hasn't become a specialist in customer service yet. One of the front desk clerk told me that he sits in front of monitor & watches the property cams all day/night. After reaching the boiling point, I went to the front desk to ask his name & title. He came out of the office again (bc he was listening to me ask clerk for his name) & asked me what he could help me with. We had a polite exchange of words for a few minutes. I explained to him that it was more of the way he talked to me as if he was accusing me of the above discussed instead of asking me not to have anyone stay in my room not registered or to take my service dog with me when I left. Also, I didn't see him smile till I told him he needed to. Very firm, unfriendly look completely changed with a smile. Turns out he seemed to be a nice guy. I figure this is his first "real" job out of college so still learning the ropes or an over-achiever.
Eating area, rooms were clean, secured underground parking at night
They didn't have a record of our reservation and we had to show them proof of it, which took awhile and then beds were a bit hard (not too bad though).
Sometimes was hard to get wi fi in the room.
Friendly staff. Clean. Good price. Free parking. Payment in cash or card.
Location. Not much to do in the surroundings. No breakfast. No mean of transport except personal car or taxi. Old furniture and facilities.
. Clean room with complimentary tooth brush, comb, razor, etc. . Room arrangement like a decent hotel. . Amenities like free bottled water, free fruit (banana) and candies, free coffee, free quality tea bags, all in the break room' . Free fast and easy internet. . New and quiet air conditioner. . Flat screen TV.
. TV could be a little bigger. . Could have a microwave - but then there is a public in the break room
Close to starbucks,KFCand many more shopping center I stayed in a room with jacuzzy, two love seats ,king bed.small fridge underground parking lot secure all for $62,79 including tax
the value, convenience of free internet and refreshments of drinks, fruits, sweets.

What can I expect consider the price?
The location is walking distance to eateries, laundry and shopping. Public transport right out front, and the staff were very helpful.
Good price, staff can speak chinese
I stayed in the hotel for 1 night and the room and bathroom were very clean, the size was bigger than expected and there was a lot of free items in the toilet such as shaving blade, toothbrush, comb, lotion, shampoo...there is a room where you have free coffe, tea, fruit, water bottles,... and tables to bring you own food if you want. Several shops and restaurants are close to the hotel.
It seems to be a bit far from anywhere but in LA everything is far from other places. We had a car and we spent half an hour to Hollywood.
--> staff (especially Peter) very friendly and helpful --> good service --> very nice: free coffee, tea, mineral water, fruits, sweets :-)
It felt very safe. Parking was great. Some European students I met in the breakfast room didn't like how far it was from tourist attractions (Hollywood, Universal Studios, etc) but I was there to attend an expo in downtown L.A. and found it to be an easy ride. I had to do some work while there and found a nice library right down the street. I also explored the Pasadena area and had a fantastic chinese/vegan meal in San Gabriel. For me, the location was great. The free water and candy was a nice touch. I would definitely stay there again!
The room I first got was in the front of the hotel and was really sweet but I thought it would be too noisy since it was facing the street. The staff was very accommodating and gave me the last room they had in the rear. That room wasn't as nice and there were a pair of chihuahuas in the building right outside the window that went crazy barking at 4 A.M. each night. (But that is California. That can happen even if you own a 2.5 million dollar home.) Overall, it was much nicer stay than I expected.
During my short stay i got a lot of help from the lady in the morning , mr peter and mr go This hotel is having the best receptionists ever Thank you all
I suggest they add a free internet wifi in addition to a simple breakfast
