Old & moldy Very old & outdated Comforter had holes Room smelled funny Very small room Even though I had paid for room I did not stay there...went down the road to Comfort Inn.

Room was quiet.

No elevator.

it was clean, pool was warm, room was a good size

bathroom was tiny, the bathroom door did not latch. Paint was chipped. Bathroom fan/light was not attatched to the ceiling

Location, price

Well, it was a blizzard but it would have been nice to have a little clearing of the parking area. Got stuck when trying to get out to catch a flight. But, there were helpful strangers to give me a push!

There were numorous problems with the room, for example the bathroom door was falling off. When we arrived we were given the wrong room that we had reserved, when we were finally given the correct room it was in very poor shape, we stayed in the room for about 20 minutes and checked out and they wouldnt even refund our money.

Rooms were spacious.

The water in the shower became burning hot when the toilet is flushed and even from other rooms.

The room smelled strongly of disinfectant. The room never got comfortably warm. The bathroom needed cleaning. I had been promised a ride to the airport in the morning, instead I had to take a cab.

The room was very spacious.

There was no hot water. We end up showering with cold water. That ruined our trip because my daughter got sick because of that. I told the person in charged when I checked out, and she said i'm going to get somebody to take a look at it.

Left our car at the hotel. The taxi service to the airport was prompt both ways! Staff was very nice.

Clean bedding

Room # 17 - The smell of the cleaning solvent used to clean the room/bathroom/was over powering. It affected our sleep - the oder stayed on our clothing. We have never experienced this before in all the places we have stayed. The AC/heating system was very noisy. Overall rating of the facility: Poor. I feel sorry for those attempting to manage this facility. Obviously, the owners do not care about the facility they are presenting to the public. We will not be staying at Northwood again - ever. price.the room was nice and big.

pool could be bigger.a hottub would be nice.also alittle more for breakfast.the carpet under the bed needs vaccuming.otherwise it was good.

The cardboard in the ceiling. It was very scary. It was hard to get to sleep!

The room was huge and very comfortable... We will recommend and use this place again.

The staff were great ... felt like home because of them. Cleanliness outstanding! Budget friendly. Location a bonus!

Close to the airport

I inadvertently booked 2 rooms and the desk person was reluctant to refund the money for the extra room. Said she had to confer with the manager. I still haven't heard from the manager about getting a refund. If I dont get a refund, I will not book at this hotel again nor will I use the booking agency and I will tell business associates to go somewhere else. I travel through msp all the time.

I liked how nice the staff was.

The pool tasted like salt water.

the price and the desk clerk who went out of his way to accommodate two very tired women

The lack of sound-proofing: we could hear the conversation next door while we were trying to get much-needed sleep. also the heater/air conditioner was extremely old & loud

Very poor service. I couldn't get baby bed for my little one. Besides the place was not clean , extremely dirty, poor internet (WIFI), etc.

I'm not sure I felt safe.

It was close to the airport and Mall of America.

-Although it was close in proximity to the airport and moa, it was kind of sketchy. -I reserved a Pack and Fly reservation and after asking they said the parking and transportation to and from airport would be paid for. But, after being delivered to the airport in an unfriendly and fast manner, we were expected to pay...

The pool and the reseved parking extended stay parking.

The pool hours; they needed to be longer.

Hotel was fine for the money, however due to a billing error either by booking.com or by the hotel, I was originally billed a lesser amount than I was quoted at the time of the reservation. At the time I believed this to be an adjustment of some sort, however I later learned that I was only billed for 4 nights when I had made the reservation for 5 nights. I was not informed either by email or any other means that I was only billed for 4 nights initially. When I went to the staff to inquire they were very rude in explaining that I had to pay for the 5th night. While I don't have a problem paying for the services I used, I did not feel I should have been held responsible for someone elses error either by the hotel or booking.com. The hotel staff was very rude in informing me of this and even went to the extreme of locking my room, running the card and telling me, "we have your money now anyways...". This attitude and level of customer service must be corrected.

Close to Mall of America.

No elevator. Had to lug luggage to third floor. Pool room and halls cold. Noisey room next to us. Kept us up all night. Smoke fumes in hall. Not all legal tobacco!
