Staff happy and responsive. Clean and comfortable. Good facilities. Relaxing environment.
Being close to everything didn't have to use my own truck
Room was dirty when we went to sleep, bedding
Good staff willing to please
Wifi was lousy
If you're expecting the Marriott I wouldn't stay here. The staff was great and very friendly. It was never difficult to find a staff member if we needed something and they were always happy to help. I would stay here again!
If you're considering staying here and you're traveling with young children, I recommend bringing your own crib/playard. They only had one available and it was not in usable condition. Thankfully, we had brought our own anyway. The rooms are a bit on the small side, too.
Hotel was clean, easy access. Rooms was very spacious, accommodated with refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker.
Refrigerator was noisy. I would have preferred separate switches for light and fan in the bathroom. Choice was very limited for breakfast.
- friendly personnel - location
- "breakfast" was just some muffins, etc. - all a bit outdated
The guy at the desk showed me the room because I was a little leery based on what I saw on the outside.
The buildings are old and worn. Although the rooms had be wall covering and bedspreads, the rest just looked grungy. I did not want my kids playing on the floors. It was not at all as nice as it looked in the photos.
The shower curtian was short and cut. Very out of date.
For the cost of the room, you get decent accommodations. The beds were comfortable.
The carpets were showing wear. There was a limited breakfast. The bathrooms was extremely small.
I like the space, that feeling that you are at home with all the furnuture... & most of all there were updates on the Tv and more...
We got the wrong key and it was already booked with a diferent family... The shower need to have a bigger curtins because a lot of water gets out when you are showerig...
Near the airport. The room had a tv.
I booked the last non smoking room room w/ king bed online. When we arrived, that room was gone. Was told we were upgraded. If we were upgraded I would hate to see our original room we booked. Our room had 2 double beds, table w/ chairs. The room was huge, strange set up for a bathroom, very tiny, old, dated. The toilet literally made a screaming noise when flushed. Bed spreads were wrinkled, room was dark (25 watt bulbs.) We slept in our clothes on top of the covers. Left extra early just to get out and go to the airport. Needless to say we were very uncomfortable staying there.
The suits were nice cosmetically looking, but then you start to notice all the things that were wrong/broken. I was happy with the fact that we got a queen suit and a king suit for $330 for two nights but that was about the only good thing.
Pool was WAY too small! Office is in an odd spot. Creepy feel overall. Beyond dirty carpets outside the rooms.
Outdated, should have been cheaper, very small room. Burn holes in blankets
I liked that the price was a little cheaper than other places and that it was really close to the mall.
The housekeeping never bothered to vacuum. We would come in at the end of the day, and the sheets weren't changed or even made and the carpet looked and felt dirty. Anytime we would ask for more towels, trash bags or coffee, the front desk either didn't have any left (...?) or they rolled their eyes and acted like we were asking for unicorn blood. The "complimentary breakfast" was donuts, over sugared danishes, and coffee, tea and juice. The safe in our room didn't work.
The place is a pig pen...carpets filthy...our kids pulled stuff out from under the bed...so you know how good the cleaning is...promised a safe for our passports etc....guess what, the safes are there but not in use....promised continental breakfast...a small packaged donut and a coffee! The rooms stink and are sprayed with a strong perfume type odor to cover up. Phone was so stivky from pop or food the old style plunger wouldn t come up for dial tone...moved to another room but that phone didn't operate at all. Save your money and don't believe the online pictures. Beds are poorly made up...sheets aren t even tucked. Promised a pullout couch bed for one kid.....all the front springs broken out and the mattress folded down Told we would be allowed an air mattress...went out and bought one. If you use too many swim towels they charge 50.00 to your credit card....couldn't tell us how many. This place is worse than a one star Cuban hotel.
Proximity to the course of training and the airport.
The hotel room was huge. We loved the extra space. Big flat screen tv.
furnishings were dated, didn't like the part of town in which it was located
Room had an odor also charged my credit card before we check in when I stated on web site would be paying in cash
Many things, rooms are not good,it doesent look safe at all
No internet. No breakfast. Very dirty.
located close to MOA.
Very run down. Wall sockets in room were wore out and had to hold things in them to get them to work. Unable to get wifi to work. Ceiling in bathroom cracked and peeling. Carpet stained. Lightbulbs missing. Towels stained. Headboard on one bed came off.
Haha.Fellthrough Pull-out and weigh 110!! That was for my son, granma with us on the way to funeral. Manager came up and said he was coming back. I told him please hurry as we have a long drive to the service. He never came back. He should find another job. We stayed another day hours from the airport to stay away from him.
Close to the mall of America
Dirty rooms, everything was dusty and covered in hair . Hair in bathrooms and beds and countertops. Smelled of old smoke and parking lot was a little sketchy . Shower was to little to stand up in if you was over 5'5
Convenient to I-494
Room was very clean Close to mall of America staff was helpful and friendly
Maybe a little outdated reserved a king room, received a double queen room
Close to Mall of America.
Dirtiest hotel we have EVER stayed in. Most of the staff was unpleasant at best and they always seemed bothered if you even walked into the lobby. Uncomfortable beds, hit or miss Wi-Fi, not worth the money at all. Disappointing...
