Carpeting and furniture were old and torn in spots.
The beds were very comfortable, the room was very spacious and had new laminate flooring, The location was perfect~5 minutes to walmart and sams club, 5 minutes to the Mall of America, 2 minutes to the waterpark. The price through booking.com made it worth the stay. The nightly rate posted on the door was $150/night. It was not worth that amount. $75/night is the most I would pay for these type of accommodations.
The security cameras were everywhere, but some were just dangling on their wires. The entrance door opened without a key, even at night. The door to our room didn't latch unless you pushed/pulled hard on it. We came in twice after maidservice to find our door could be opened just by pushing on it.We didn't try very hard, but when we went down for "breakfast" all we found was orange juice and coffee. Maybe we didn't look in the right location, I am not sure, as the front desk person didn't speak english well the night we checked in, so maybe I misunderstood him.
The beds were huge and soft. I like the location also, not hard to locate and close to the airport..
The bathroom was small..
That it was close to where we needed to be. 9 minutes from hospital.
Very small, not that clean. Hard to use outlets, bed against them. Very small bathroom, could barly turn around to dress. The water hard to ajust to right temp. Floor unlevel from water damage? Was rebooked for secund night and got back from hospital and they moved us out and said we weren't rebooked, when we had a 6 year old right from hospital who neeeded to lay down. Then called back hours later to say we could come back!! That it was a mistake.
Rooms were spacious
The hallways were filthy, the wi fi never worked, we asked multiple times and they claimed, they reset it, but nothing! Keys hardly worked, seemed like every time I left and came back the key did not work. Window in one room was cracked.
the need to improve on facility and cleaniness
We could walk to the mall of America which we appreciated
They say there is breakfast but I don t call that à breakfast the Room was dirty with hair in the shower and the towels weren t clean for some of them. The sheets in the bed didn t cover the bed they were too small so it was hidden by the pillows!!!!! I hâve Never complained pr written a bad review before because I m not that kind of person I am easily happy with what I am but I m used to staying in hôtels in bloomington to go shopping and they are way better and cleaner than this one for the same prive so I was Highly disappointed.
Close to Mall of America, Walmart, interstate, attractions, restaurants, & other travel "musts!" Very helpful staff willing to accommodate guests.
Continental bkfst is weak, but I guess motel price justifies it.
The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable as well. This hotel was very close to the airport, Mall of America, and the water park. There's lots of different restaurants and a walmart close by.
There was some noisy people on our floor. We could hear them coming in and out all night.
Was actually a very nice hotel for the money, staff was very polite and courteous
It was quite the shocker when I arrived that they required another $100 deposit for my room which took three days to go back on my card. If that wasn't there I would stay here over and over again....
Very conveniently located, clean and the beds were very comfortable.
A little dated and needs update.
Used the place just to bed down some hoes...... Nailed five different women in a 36 hour period.....
having easy access to airport
The shower dripped and was an obvious leak, a towel was placed on the facet to catch the leak we noticed upon entering the room...no elevator to 2nd floor, a little bit shady.
Not very clean, fans etc extremely loud. Wifi unusable. Was exhausted, but still didn't want to sleep on the bed...
Close to airport and Mall Bed comfortable Able to leave pick up there whilst travelling interstate for $5 per night - excellent. Free shuttle bus 10 min to airport
The easy entrance on and off Highway 494; close proximity to the airport Non smoking facility separate from rest of facility.. Inexpensive, but not as nice as most Motels 6.
Very shabby interiors and exteriors. The covered parking area had a lot of junk there and there were no signs to really tell you if you were allowed to park there. The carpet was filthy in both the rooms and the hallways and stairs. There were rips in the carpeting on the stairs. Windows were dirty. Edge around top of shower enclosure crusted with ???? No de-caf coffee in room. No clock in room.
They charged a 100 dollar deposit
The first room we were given was shabby and smelly, but when we complained the manager was very apologetic and accommodating and switched us to a nicer room. Apparently they are renovating the rooms but it is an ongoing process.
We stayed here for three days and didn't realize until the third day that there was a pool because it was in a separate building and there were no signs indicating it's existence. Also, the breakfast that was included was rather meager.
Location was very good: mall of america, water park, places to eat, etc
Door to room didn't close all the way, microwave didn't work at all and there were rust on bathroom fixtures. But if you want something cheap and close to the main attractions, then I would say this would be the place to stay regarding $$$$.
Location was close to everything we went to Minnesota for.
The size of the room was very small and the furniture was dated and we didn't like the shower.
Quiet, the pool though a bit too warm was fine, and good location for what we wanted to see.
The hall carpets and windows, dirty and broken. Air not working so good. Room was dirty (tub and headboards and chairs). Continental breakfast was poor and never stocked. Room carpets dirty and things left under bed and by bed tables and window broken.
