Tv's had no reception place was dirty nothing worked properly no phones in rooms everything was falling apart stairs were almost broken you had to walk carefully up n down themlooked like they haven't put any money in repairs in at least 9 - 10yrs just collecting money that was it. No other rooms available they took advantage of that.

Pretty much everything. The room had an old refridgerator that was not working in it. Instead of taking it out & putting the new one in they left the old one in there & stuck the new one just inside the door. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, the tub was disgusting, no water pressure or hot water. The continental breakfast was horrible. The coffee was awful, very weak & the waffle maker was disgusting. They were working upstairs making alot of noise until 10:00 so it was impossible to sleep until they were done, by then I was very worked up from all the noise & couldn't go to sleep!!!!!!

Filthy..dirty The girl was doing the laundry obviously as it was 1/2 on the floor and thrown on the couch in the front entrance..not a place for clients to see. Needs repair everywhere badly.will not recommend to anyone!!!!!! Should be given a rebate!!! Came from Canada to stay here and booked it from home. Stayed at numerous motels on the road that also served breakfast for the price...butthatprobably would have been so dirty too. Girl at front desk was very friendly kudos to her!!

Shower was dirty, shower curtain mildewed. Toilet too close to wall, hot and cold water switched on sink, shower head almost falling off, heater ran all night, shutting off for maybe 15 seconds and then back on. Manager was not in office (8 P.M. - sign said he would be back at 7:30) we had to call his cell phone. Not at all good for the money spent. Will not recommend to anyone.

Beautifully decorated rooms. Exceptionally clean. Very comfortable beds.

It would have been nice to have coffee making facility in room.

the room was non-smoking so it smelled good and the carpet was new. However the shower facet was loose and needed repair. The breakfast was satisfactory. The TV didn't offer very many stations even though it was satalite.

Exhaust vent cover in bathroom not propertly secured/positioned. Chrome tub discharge spout came off when I was showering.

Helpful staff, free wifi, fridge and microwave in the bedroom.

Really poor breakfast. No washing machine. Low bandwidth for wifi (but wifi functional though). Noisy and half broken air conditioning and strange white goo on the bed cover...

Television poor, but staff friendly.

All Table space taken up mini-frigde,microwave oven. The wosrst sink and pumbing fixtures I've ever experienced. The worst tv reception through Direct tv. Much Static, some channels with out sound.

Low price

The very loud a/c unit blew directly on the closest bed, and could not be diverted with the louvers. Tub spout was loose in wall. Toilet "whistled" as the the tank filled.

Nothing, but I will say the staff was friendly and very helpful. They need to have bug service as well as new beds, lighting, bathroom fixtures. Over all this was a dump will never stay here again

Absolutely nothing. Worst place I have ever stayed.

Booked a king non smoking room and said it was but had two queen beds and cig burns on the sink, carpet and bed covers. No kings in the motel and room was called non-smoking but wasn'T. Asked for down stairs and got upstairs. Could not get a refund as the 24hrs before check-in had passed so either lose money and leave or stay. Cig. Ash can was right outside our door where people came to smoke. A garbage can was next to it filled with beer cans and containers. This was left over from the weekend and was still there when we left. Never emptied. When down to get the included breakfast at 7:30a.M. and the office was locked. Went up town and had breakfast and came back after 8:00 and the office was open but no breakfast items anywhere. No internet service

Staff tried hard

The motel was beyond old, falling apart, beer and smoke soaked carpets, and garbage staccked outside of every room, beer bottles and old food. The smell so bad we slept in our clothes and left at 5 am. Sadest place I've ever stayed and worse than anything in Mexico or third worls country.

I've stayed in some dumpy hotels over the years. I read some other reviews of this place and figured, "How bad can it be?" This place takes dumpy to a whole new level. The owners obviously don't care to repair or clean anything. They know this hotel is nothing but a stopping point on the way to Las Vegas and and no one will stay here twice.

Convenient for a stop between Reno and Las Vegas and the price was well below the Ramada & Best Western. However the room, etc was just wonderful. We will be staying their again, on our trip back.

Outdated hotel

The only redeeming quality about the motel was Marcos, the desk clerk. He was very accomodating, and personable.

Thefirst thing I noticed was the stairs up to the room were "dry rotted". Hand rail loose. Upon etering the room, visually it was sparse, but I can live with that. Next opened the drawer to place my clothing n, the drawer immediately dropped toward the second drawer. I moved the nighjtstand looking for an outlet for my cpap, but what I found was sunflower seeds, already eaten and discarded. The nightstand was placed to cover them up. I went to use the restroom and the doors skin pulled away from the door so it would not shut. Once seated on the toilet I felt like I was leaning toward the tub, which later I did see the floor was soft and the toilet did lean! A fellow traveler mentioned that her window wouldn't lock, I had to place a pen in it to secure it. My bathroom door was missing the trim and you could see light from the other room, also light from the entrance door was also visible. Absolutely the worst stay I ever experienced!!!

There was a small ice box.. Free access to the Internet... Otherwise, did NOT like anything !

This was the most disgusting room we have ever stayed at. It was very inferior as far as quality goes. Over priced....... Did not meet advertisements. I am writing a very long and detailed complaint to the e-mail address on our hotel receipt. Totally disappointed ! Will NEVER stay there again or recommend it to anyone. In fact, will discourage all our friends and family to avoid this motel. A filthy run down dump........

Condition of room was poor, light over sink did not work, stairs to the room need repair, borders on dangerous!

Price, microwave and fridge in room, flexible staff were helpful, bed was comfortable, heater worked well, good amount of space in room.

Cable TV was pretty useless: no local news or weather channel (it snowed and I was surprised by it). Shower gave wide range of temperatures within five minutes of use: scalding to cool to comfortable. Building exterior needs work.
