The comfort of the room made our evenings a time to relax and enjoy. The cleanliness of the room made us feel at home. The Staff was friendly and eager to assist. We needed a wheelchair for a family member and we had one promply.

I only wish I could have stayed longer.

The room was clean. The staff was helpful. It was close to where my business appointment was taking place.

I thought the one night rate was a bit steep.

Lovely gem of a hotel - tugged away near the busy Hawthorne Blvd and right across from Del Amo shopping center. Beautiful lobby with a bar and Starbucks. Very comfortable rooms and we absolutely loved the indoor/outdoor pool. The pool and garden areas are so relaxing and beautiful.

My husband only wanted coffee for his free breakfast but they gave him a hard time as to whether it was covered or not.

Paying for parking was a surprise that would deter me from coming back.

Bed is very comfortable and indoor pool and sauna is available.

Parking is $15 a day which is too much.

asked for double beds or queen and got a king with know room for a rollaway.

The rooms were very quiet and very clean. When we left and came back the room was imaculate. When we checked out my husband who is handicapped asked for a wheel chair it was delivered within 5 minutes by the same young man who had brought us our corrected breakfast. When we got to the lobby I had to go find the car our son had parked in the parking garage for us to use, I could not find the car. Ron took the keys and walked to the parking garage and found our car and brought it to us. He was so helpful getting my husband into the car. Thank you so much for to your wonderful staff.

We had one bad experience but it was resolved to our satisfaction. Our room service breakfast was late and when it arrived it was not any of the things we had ordered. We spoke to the kitchen supervisor and our meal was sent to us within 10 minutes and everything was corrected. The young man who delivered our meal the first time was not very nice and told us to speak to his supervisor, but the young man who brought our meal the second time was very professional and friendly. He was the same young man who later helped us find our sons car that he had left for us to use and also helped my husband with his wheelchair and getting into the car.

We were in California for a family funeral. The hotel was clean and we felt safe.

I would have loved a continental breakfast included.

Excellent Hotel staff, Angel was awesome, Maid service was also exceptional. F&b staff on it as well.

One Bartender at the wine bar forgot that she works in the service industry and it was obvious over a 9 day stay the place seemed to be empty when she was working and the rest of the time a great place to hang out and enjoy.

The room was clean and big. Bed was very comfortable. Service at bar was great also.

The daily fee for both wireless internet in the room and daily fee for parking.I Think that should be included in the price of a room or at least a one-time charge for duration of the stay. I was really surprised about that because it seemed to also be a business hotel and wireless is a big part of life these days.

Lugnt och skönt. Hög klass, mkt bra faciliteter. Kanoners 750SEK/natt för 4 pers. Bra läge om man har bil.

Hotel simples e limpo, localizado em vizinhança tranquila. Staff muito atencioso, Starbucks no lobby e centros comerciais muito próximos.

Os quartos são antigos e merecem renovação, assim como os banheiros.

デラモショッピングセンターに歩いて行けるのと、事務所に近い事。

出来てから25年は経過しているので、さすがに設備は古さは感じられる。(枕元で電源のスイッチがないとか- ……) レストランも以前よりこじんまりとした印象だった。

Pay for parking! 15 dollar a day. When there are so many empty space parking around the hotel. Other hotels around the area offer free parking.
