Pool facilities needs updating - pool was cold.
It was located where I wanted to be at the end of one day and the beginning of the next.
Decor was dated
Convenient location for Capitol Reef. Good value for money.
Hot tub was cold and they kept running out of towels.
The staff was sweet and helpful.
Pillows were flat and thin. Breakfast was bleak, very messy. Looked like 1 person ran the entire place.
Room was clean, spacious. Bed was nice.
Breakfast, not enough sitting or food options.
Swimming and hot tub after long day hiking
The breakfast used to be better.
Location is really remote so few options for restaurants, grocery, etc., just be prepared for this.
Location was convenient to Capitol Reef park. Hotel and accommodations were average.
Every thing was OK
Every thing was OK
Not that clean Uncomfortable bed and sheets Windows didn't lock so had to change rooms
Great location next to Capitol reef Good rate Decent breakfast
It was a bit run down in my room. One chair had spots on it. but otherwise clean.
Overall experience was excellent and price was great.
Not a bad experience per se, but b/fast area needs better up keeping and replenishing during peak times. Bed ok, would love to see duvet cover instead of bedspread.
Location, hot tub, b/fast
The front desk staff was frequently absent when I wanted to ask questions or purchase items. When the room was made up between our two nights of staying here, they did not change the sheets or vacuum the floor. They pulled the bedspread back over the bed and swapped our towels, but we had expected a bit more effort to go into cleaning the room.
Location is great, and the check-in process ran relatively smoothly and conveniently.
The room looked clean and the bed seemed to be made well but a lot of creases covered all over the 2 pillows.I had to used one bath towel as my own pillow case. Not much facilities were around the hotel including restaurants or cafe, but the breakfast offered was a continental style - Please prepare your own food or do fast (no close restaurant in slow seasons).
It's located for Capitol Reef NP and Scenic Drive UT-12; Strong/fast Wi-fi was provided. Nice staff can be another admiration..
Very little to eat at the so called continental breakfast and no other places in Torrey open for breakfast at this time of year
in the middle of nowhere, expensive for what it is (65usd/night), very small breakfast room, poor breakfast
between Bryce Canyon and Capitol Reef NP, friendly staff
Very nice staff and very comfortable bed
It smelled like chlorin in the room when we arrived, very used room/bed, breakfast could have been a bit better
HBO, there was a breakfast
When we pulled into the hotel, we found an old deaf and blind dog that was lost in the parking lot. The hotel let us keep the dog with us overnight, helped us find an animal welfare group, and even took care of the dog in the morning until the group could pick it up. I want to thank the staff for being so understanding and helpful!
Nothing Special with the breakfast menu.the same ol stuff
Close to Capitol reef
The hotel must have been nice, ages ago. The swimming pool needs desperatly renovation, absolutly No-Go! The bathroom, uih .. the wallpaper came from the wall and mold-infested
Breakfast was surprisingly good
The breakfast facility was marginal - limited space for seating and food service
Convenience to Capital Reef NP, walking distance to fast food options
The heating component of the heated pool was broken during our stay, which was disappointing as this was our main reason for booking this hotel. Dated rooms, floors had crumbs, t.v. was from the 90's, cable had maybe 20 channels, breakfast consisted of toast, bad milk, stale cereal, and light yogurt.
I liked the location of the hotel. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Pillows were nice.
Need decaf coffee and.restaurant info was outdated.
