L'hôtel à une situation exceptionnelle: au centre ville, dans le downtown, à seulement deux blocs de Union square, le kilomètre zéro de SF. Le petit déjeuner américain est excellent et servi chez David's juste au rez de chaussée, l'un des meilleurs café de SF. La connexion WIFI fonctionne correctement, le personnel est serviable et à l'écoute. Cet hotel convient parfaitement aux jeunes personnes mais aussi à tous ceux qui cherchent une formule Bed and breakfast convenable. L'hotel se situant au centre de SF, il y a pas mal de bruit, surtout le week end. Il manque d'insonorisation, en outre le chauffage est lui aussi un peu bruyant, mais là aussi c'est supportable. Vu le prix, l'emplacement est les services de l'hotel, c'est vraiment un moindre mal! |

The staff was very friendly; the location was perfect for our purposes; the beds were very comfortable. Our room faced Geary ... it was very noisy (I had asked for a back room). The towels were threadbare and small. The tv didn't have a remote (tiny, too!) |

This is maybe the worst hotel i have ever been in my hole live. The neibourhood is horrible, a lot of people living in the street, other people taking drugs (crack) near the hotel. Talking about the hotel, it smelled something between trash, really very disgusting. I would never recomend this hotel to a friend. About the velvet parking, once there was a man inside of it listening to our cars radio |

Leaving the hotel each morning. I booked a room with a Queen-sized bed, and got one with a single-sized cot instead. They claimed they were full, and had no other rooms to choose from. The shower leaked, the toilet was blocked, and there was no room for my luggage, or to hang my clothes. The room was tiny, and the mattress seemed to be a relic from the 50's, complete with springs poking through the matting. Nothing was clean |

It is cheap and convenient to get BART to airport and Berkeley. I have complained to the clerk that their bed mat was uneven and I could not get good sleep. |
