Big room and clean. Very nice staff, they waited for us until 4 o'clock in the morning as our fligth was delayed.

Location compaired to our final destination for the price.

Plumbing will need help soon.

Our 1st time, two-night vacation-stay at Town and Country Motel was enjoyable, despite the cool, rainy weather. The motel has an indoor & outdoor pool, clean comfortable rooms, a personable desk staff, and is conveniently located. There was plenty of hot water, with awesome water pressure in the shower. We would return for future stays.

Our room's tub was equipped with a shower curtain that had been mounted quite far into the tub. An oval rod, or a remounting of the shower rod would solve the problem of the curtain clinging to the person who is showering. The only other problem was that we woke for the day @ 5AM, when the alarm clock went off in the room next door. We were forced to listen to the ladies laughing & chatting for the next 4 hrs, until their tour bus left for the day. We could hear their toilet & shower each time it was used. In the darkness of our room, we heard everything (even their suitcase zippers), as though they were in our room with us. This wasn't anyone's fault, except the construction of the room.

I liked the fact it was spread out and allot of room.

Room was disgusting! Smelled so bad, like mold and mildew. Became very ill from inhaling it. It has taken me a week to overcome the amount of mold/mildew inhaled. I would give them another chance providing rooms and air vents were cleaned. Otherwise I will not recommend them to anyone. Please clean your rooms!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I we also were waiting for the bugs to crawl out at night, from the age of the mattresses I think a few bed bugs were sacked out there, not to mention the sores I have on my ears from sleeping on your pillows.

Simple, but for the price it worked. It was a place to stay.

Bathroom could have used some repairs.

the price is fine. my room is fine, but my friends complained that his bed was terrible. the swimming pool is nice. in general, the place is good.

we booked for 2 nights and decided to cut the trip short. they would not let us cancel the 2nd night. we paid the full fare.

The pricing is affordable.

It needs some cleaning, the bedding needs to replace because it is so old... TVs needs to replace Cuz the hotel still have the 1959 19"tv.

Clean especially the pools & common areas. Reasonably priced...my parents have stayed there numerous times and recommended it.

The pools were great. Location was convenient. Friendly staff.

I did not like the fact thatthey had flags galore from everywhere but no flag of the United States. We were not too happy staying there and I did not appreciate a $5.00 per day charge for booking with booking.com. I never encountered a charge ever when I used other services to find a hotel. No happy at all.

Better quality soaps. Towels were very rough.

The location is great but would not stay there again.

The carpet was damp and there was an odor in the room. No hair dryers, shampoo,etc. Bare bones kind of place. The staff was not friendly or welcoming and seemed hurried.

The conditions and facilities of the motel and our room were as expected. The location was quiet fine. A good point to start for trips along cape cod. We didnt't use the pools at all, but they looked well-tended.

There was a certain smell in the bathroom. Hair-dryer only to lend at the reception.

My kids loved the pools--I only would change the fact that we couldn't swim outside after dark--and it was really hot!

Would've been ideal to be across street from the beach--but you can't have everything! Was good, staff was kind and helpful

I really liked Town and Country.It was clean, people were friendly and polite at front desk. It was well appointed, the pool was nice, room was quiet, everything was very satistying.

I liked that it had 3 pools. I liked its location. The price was the cheapest allthough still too high for the shabby run down place.

I didn't like how the place was run down. I didn't like how other older guests were outside there rooms drinking half the night and being loud. I didn't lie the tiny ass T.V. In the room. The main light in our room didn't work,and our bathroom door was out of alignment with the latch so you couldn't close it properly which caused my 2 year old to get his fingers crushed in the door. Just because a place is at the cape doesn't give it the right to charge over 100.00 per night unless the room is somewhat modernized. I say they should put some of the money they are making back into the motel and it might be worth the cost. Also,keep the drunks in there rooms and they will keep more familys coming back.

It was a great price for its location. Can't go wrong.

A motel room is a motel room. Very simple. Great for people who only need a place to sleep there.

The pools are not accessible at the schedule times. One pool ro the other is often closed for no reason.

I like the rooms ,the service, the staff are very friendly, It was very convenient for my granchildren they enjoy the out side pool and the inside pool. We have a good time

the rates were not any cheaper then elesewhere. The beds were awful to sleep on comfort wise. Indoor pool looked dirty. Hot tub was cold. your 5.00 rate extra per night was not mentioned on your website. So not hsppy about that.

The manager is very courteous and kind. I believe he really is dedicated to what he does and is trying very hard to provide an enjoyable stay for his guests. The other staff were just o.k. (no smiling, very direct, a little confused about things - the manager should train his desk staff to be more pleasant ( perhaps there is a language difference problem - but, even so, a smile goes a long way!).

In the summer it is very hard to get out of the parking lot onto Route 28 (way too much traffic on this road with no turning lanes).
