The hourly customer turnover. Queen beds were advertised but there was not even one room with one..
It makes for a good story.
It was VERY dirty, everywhere.
The room was big enough.
The internet connection was not as strong enough for my labtop in the room. Also need more channels on the TV.
The room was not clean properly, the carpet stink, the room never been clean while we were there, I did made several complaints to the managers but nothing was done. They advertised that breakfast is included in the package which is not true, they only provide muffin and coffee that's it. This is the worse motel ever. Thank you
Our travel plan was off schedule and we had no place in mind to spend the night. Motel location was in an area with few choices.
Dangerous entrance requiring a turn across an entrance ramp from busy highway into parking lot. Desk clerk was behind a bullet proof glass wall. People were checking out at 8 pm when we were checking in and cleaning crews were at work in other rooms on our floor at 8 pm. Why? Room smelled strongly of mildew. Bed sheets had holes in them. Few choices of places to eat in area. Complicated route to return to motel whenever going out. We were obligated to pay for the room if we had canceled even after seeing the very poor conditions in the facility.
I liked that it was in a location close to the places that I needed to go.
I work at the mgm and I know that yes a multimillion company can't be compared to a small in. But with that said this location was absolutely in shambles. The biggest complain that I have is that I saw an employee mopping the floor and then use that same mop and mop head to wipe down a table. I work in EVS that's the mgm janitorial position and that was just disgusting and I was in utter shock when I witnessed this. The overall cleanliness of this motel was very poor, from dirty sheets to dirty walls. Things like this would never happen in a persons home...
Staff was very rude
The woman who checked us in on Saturday, June 21, 2014 at around 2-3pm was very rude and condescending. The woman who check us out on Sunday morning, June 22nd, was very nice.
It took back in time. The hotel still used keys. No breakfAst was served. The staff didn't talk to you. Will never stay there again.
We liked the fact that the hotel was located less than 1/4 mile away from our relatives we were visiting for the holiday.
1. Extremely unfriendly staff - very negative attitudes and extremely "put out" all the time; not a smile to be had nor even a single "thank you" upon check out 2. No breakfast served as advertised on the website. When the staff was asked about this they simply snarled "No Breakfast! No Breakfast!" We didn't really mind but the site needs to be updated and the staff needs some lessons in manners 3. No hand towels provided in the room; only bath towels and wash cloths 4. No door hooks, no hangers, no place to hang up your jackets; limited space to even hang wet towels (ie. over the shower rod) 5. The location on RT 46 is a divided road - not the end of the world but "crossing the street" to get to the other side entails driving a ways and doing "U-turns"; or finding appropriate turn around ramps 6. My bottom line: it wasn't horrible and it was OK for a 3 night stay to visit relatives. However, my relatives told me that there are much better places in the area to stay at comparable rates. I will not return to this hotel again.
I didn't like the fact that the picture was very deceiving about the hotel as well as the non-smoking room which turned out to be a smoking room which looked like the sign on the outside door was changed that morning. All of my husband and I clothing smelled of smoke when we got home. Also, the hotel door entrance still used an actual key and not a card to slide, it was very outdated. And the continental breakfast area only had two tables for a hotel area that has at least 50 rooms. Unbelievable!
I liked Nothing From the Hotel/Motel
I didn't like Anything. the Bathroom Needs to improve and it had Mold! The room Had an Odor. My Daughter and I Had Alot of Misquote Bites after we left the Hotel/Motel.
