Being close to the ocean.
The shower and sink were very slow to drain. Nasty....
Price Quiet location Nice maids
Old keys Old rooms Slightly dirty
The staff was nice. There for a concert in candlestick; they were somewhat helpful.
Location: industrial. Room had an odor, bed hard as a rock, suspiciously unclean.
Showers are scary and dark. It was so small inside too. The toilet was dripping brown stains onto the bathroom floor as well. Parking lot didn't have enough parking spots.
Close proximity to location of event
All power for all outlets controlled by 1 light switch. No screen on bathroom window leaving me exposed to any bugs that may have come in as well as people who may want to climb into the bathroom and cause harm
I knew when I booked this I was going to be going down a notch or two from what I was used to as all the decent hotels for good prices were booked in SF but this was just awful for the price. Next time we will look at booking farther out to get a decent price and driving in since it wasn't all that close to SFSU even. It took 20 minutes to get there. It was filthy. There was a stain on the floor that was sticky. The beds were hard as a rock. The room wasn't cleaned on the first day we stayed. It did not come with the essentials that every room I've ever stayed in comes with, coffee pot, dryer. We got a hair dryer but had to put a $50 deposit. There were no screens on the second story windows- very dangerous. Very run-down poor area. Will never stay in this area again!
-The bed was supposed to be a queen size and it was obviously a full. We were squashed in the bed together it was very uncomfortable. -there were stains all over the carpet floor,it looked disgusting in there -the pictures made the room look at lot bigger then it was -When I went to pay the guy, he said I owed more (30 dollars more then what online said it was going to give me and even mentioned how there are no"hidden fees" and "this is the price you pay when you get there" then in the tiny writing you sees the 10 percent. But anyways I brought this up to the guy at the desk and he was VERY rude, wouldn't even let me finish my sentence. Was a total dick to me. then later when I had another interaction with a woman that works there she was rude as well. Like I didn't matter to them at all. which I don't. -The windows have NO screens, and the window opens right out into the streets. There is no air conditioning so the room is stuffy and super hot. If you want to leave your window open you risk getting robbed or whatever else, because its also a really shady ass part of town. It was probably one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at.This room was NOT worth 99 dollars a night , not by a longshot. I wish I could get my money back. We didn't even want to stay at the hotel because of how horrible it was, but because of the cancellation policy we didn't want to lose out on 110 dollars. So we stay in crap Town Hotel, DONT DO IT!
Room smelled terrible. Managers wife rude. I paid 20 cash deposit for room key and TV control and they gave me a receipt showing it was a deposit. When I handed back in the room key and TV control she insisted I had to give her my copy of the r deposit receipt. I explained it was packed away in my luggage. I said you have a copy right there in your receipt book, laying on the counter. She said, I know I have a copy but I need your copy. I had to unstrap my luggage from the roof of my vehicle so I could get to the receipt. She then had me sign it. It only showed deposit. It didnt say refundable. She gave me my money and kept the receipt. Dont I get that back and she said no. But she wouldnt give me my money until I gave her my original receipt. Also, I asked if ice was available. They said if I needed ask them and they would give me some.
Employees that checked us in and out were nice.
On our first night we heard someone testing our door knob/lock. Fortunately it was locked. The carpet was very stained. The mattress was smaller than queen size and it had still the plastic cover on. The bathroom window was held closed with a wooden hanger. If for some suicidal reason you decide to walk (say for the KT stop) then prepare to hold your breath. The area literally stinks.
Bed TV Locked door
Shower stall looked moldy. I even took pix because it was so nasty. I can forward them if you like. Couldn't bear to put my feet in it for fear of fungus or something. No A/C No wifi
Filthy and creepy! Bloody handprint on the bathroom door, disgusting mildewed shower, blood stain curtains, carpet so dirty I didn't want to walk barefoot on it, dust everywhere!! Very poor value.
Budget price. Clean. Bright airy room.
Remote location for San Francisco. Few amenities. Older timeworn building. Pay in total up front. Pay deposit for room key and TV remote up front on promise of refund days after their return.
I had to stay in this hotel only one night
Dirty room dirty bathroom laud neighborhood unsafe neighborhood very low standard - tv not working, strange entrance to the room (not from the parking) worst motel I ever stayed in
It got me to do the ride
Shower know didn't close it was hard to
Proximity to airport and SF wifi
- noise from the street, we got the room on the side of the street. The noise was so loud and endless through the night I barely got sleep, even earplugs are not enough - not enough parking spot for all the cars, need to park on the street - the room was clean overall but housekeepers forgot some garbage bag from previous customer in one of the drawer.... - overpriced, like many other places in SF
Nothing it was a horrible stay
There was trash and toys under the bed and I was so disappointed
The owners and not allowed to have visitors. And bugs and mice outside
Very noisy during the night.
It would of been ok if we had got the chance to stay there but unfortunately we didn't even stay there because they never told us we needed a deposit an he never showed us the room or nothing.
there front desk clerk was very rude and talk to us like we was a child I will never recommend anyone to stay there
the service of the staff is great.
so many things. windows are old and the room has smell. the bath is small. some of the pillow is dirty.
Location and facilaities
Very friendly staff. She upgraded me to a bigger bed. The shower was great. Free cable
Very uncomfortable bed. The A/C unit did not work. The toilet broke after 2 flushes ( I could tell they rigged it from a problem before my stay).
