It was a nice to have a suite. It was very nice and it had everything I needed. Staff were helpful. Location was perfect-a block from my meeting location. Continental breakfast was just enough - not overwhelming. In the bathroom, the toilet did not flush properly. It was late so it was my choice not to report it immediately since I did not want to change rooms at that time. I would have liked to have a plunger in the bathroom. I run a B&B and each bathroom has one for such occassions to save guests from needing to ask for one.

We were 3 people in a suite, which had plenty of space, except for the bathroom. There was a large empty area outside of the bathroom which was completely wasted. Bathroom vanity had minimal counter space, and seemed to be designed for a small room, rather than a spacious suite. Quite frustrating.

Very homelike..really liked the kitchen, the desk, the lighting. Everything is in good taste and having actual dishes and cutlery is great. The breakfast. Please consider using real dishes rather than paper and Styrofoam. Also, the pots and pans in the room are difficult to cook in without food sticking. But overall, a great place.

Excellent location for visiting downtown Albany. Very clean and spacious. Front top floor rooms with nice view of Albany,s modern skyline.

I was not far from where I had to go. Bathroom door hit the sink. I had to close it to use the mirror. Other than that, the stay was fine.

Très grande chambre avec cuisinette entièrement équipée, y compris un lave-vaisselle, génial. Le calme. Le parking gratuit. La qualité du WI-FI. La possibilité de se faire déposer et reprendre en ville (service gratuit) Manque juste un restaurant, mais possibilité de se faire livrer par un traiteur.
