The hotel is close to DC and the metro station is in walk-able distance. The facilities were clean and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.
There is only one bathroom, so for a group of four it was kind of inconveniencing.
Breakfast was decent
that i have to pay 100$ for the 3 small dogs that i have.
It was clean which is really important to me - would be good if you just need a place to sleep while traveling with family but are not spending time there -
There was NOTHING in the neighborhood in terms of a cafe or restaurant - hardly a decent store to pick things up - The decor of the room was very basic and utilitarian.
Commute to DC was tough
Good service. Nice 2 bedroom apartment with kitchenette.
The apartment we were given was near a very noisy machine room which worked 24 hours a day. Make sure when you book you are not near a machine room...
I like the location as well as the facilities but the maintenance of this great property is in poor hands , it's can be batter if the management want to
The breakfast was just a fill up not the real one, the first night our studio was full of ants, then we changed to other studio, at night the kitchen in the studio was full of dirty water , when I complaint then they give us 2 connected rooms, witch were great- at one point the front desk manger said we are not bound to follow the www.booking.com rules and price, they were asking more then what I booked on the booking.com but after heat up discussion I got what I was given by the booking website. Other then that our stay was great
Location was close to DC.
The first room had a broken frig and a light falling out of the ceiling. The second room smelled like cat urine. The third room frig had an annoying rattle but we dealt with it. Moving 3 small kids and all of our stuff, 3 times at 9:30pm, was not fun at all. Apparently, requesting extra towels and blankets is an issue. It took hours to get any and that was after multiple requests.
Customer Service Close and easy access to Washington CBD
Bed was uncomfortable for my back
Compared with the other hotels we stayed in, this one was the most expensive, but by far the oldest and most run down. Breakfast room was very small with limited selections in comparison as well. Whole place needs a renovation.
A bit far from subway (we had a car)
Having a place where the whole family could stay, make some meals, and enjoy our time together was wonderful! Well be back!
The bikers who were terribly noisy - not the fault if the property. Also, bigger pool needed.
I loved the tv!
Everything was awesome.
Nice room sizes, great amenities, cleanliness, easy access to rooms.
This is not really a dislike, but wish more restaurants available closer to the property, better restaurants.
Staff was very friendly and it was a short drive into the city. The suites were well equipped and its in a very quiet area.
The staff didn't seem very knowledgable about what was nearby or even of their own policies. They accidentally charged me for my room twice and could not figure out how to rectify the issue so they gave up. I had to work out the problem with my bank instead.
The staff and service, the rooms were clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed within the complex.
Like all hotels I think they are over priced. Prices very depending on the season for the same room.
Very friendly staff
The staff greeted us at the door bc of the weather...door was difficult to open. They were all friendly but not overly so. The breakfast was well stocked and plenty. The gym was handy and we loved it. The checkout time was super!
Everything was great... Well stocked items. There was some noises comin.g from another room but it subsided after a few minutes.
Everything is great except breakfast room can be bigger and have more variety.
The breakfast room is very small and always busy. Breakfast items lack variety.
The hotel itself is great. Plenty of room for everyone (6) with a full kitchen setup. Being able to have a room big enough for all of us together was a big plus, and the kitchen helped save on expenses. The free breakfast also helped. Room was clean as was the whole facility. Easy access to room with close parking. We would definetly stay again.
Not that it really is connected to the hotel itself, but we chose it because it was close to the metro. That's where we had some problems, very confusing! If the hotel was right down in the DC area it would have been perfect. I do realize that we would have paid a lot more for this convieneance, but a person can dream I guess.
The 2-bedroom suite was a PERFECT setup for my husband, me, and our adult daughter. Clean, nicely decorated. Free parking adjacent to building. Except for a barking dog in the adjacent room, there was almost no noise from the hall, other rooms, or outside. Nice, full kitchen. Free breakfast was fully satisfactory (included some protein choices, yogurt, and healthy cereals among other things). Free coffee and tea in lobby 24 hrs / day. Warm cookies in the lobby in late afternoon. Felt safe and secure in the parking lot and inside the building.
Never got the wake up call I requested.
