The bed was amazing, huge and needed a ladder to climb up into it. Staff very helpful Tea didn't taste that good

Very good location for this hotel, which is quite new . Streetcar in front of hotel to go to Sundance. Fully equiped kitchen. Preferable to take car to go to Stockyards Station Ask to have a room in the back of the hotel. Breakfast is so so but free.

Treated well by staff. The room was for the most part clean. We did enjoy the very comfortable bed. Unfortunately my wife and I found some dirty dishes in the cabinet.

The reception staff, especially Ray, were extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Often made good recommendations for entertainment (bars etc) which indicated good knowledge of Fort Worth.

Staff was always very friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and even equipped with a kitchenette. Breakfast was served on plastic plates and with plastic knives, spoons, etc. Porcellain and regular silverware would have been nicer. Yes it means staff has to do the dishes afterwards, but they'd avoid a whole lot of trash and it definitely would be more adequate for a hotel of this price category not to use plastic.
