The value simply isn't there. The walls are paper thin and this room gets sounds from all directions. For the entire stay, banging noises coming from the backside of the guest dining room were quite prevalent. Also, there is a patio adjacent to the outside window of the room where a grill is located, so when people were on the patio cooking out or lounging, they had a direct view into the room--making it necessary to keep both window treatments closed on what was otherwise nice days since the curtains only opened from the side the grill was on. Additionally, the thinness of the walls meant having to hear all the conversations on the patio. Also, trying to watch TV presented with challenges due to the tiny room setup and the location of the TV: No matter if one is in bed or on the small sofa, the viewer's head must be turned in at least a 45 degree angle to see the screen. Pivoting it simply doesn't change this fact. Further, be prepared to leave it on throughout the night simply to muffle the noises that are heard in the room all night longs, such as the sound of guest doors and exit doorways being opened and closed (which can be heard through the walls) and the thumping sounds coming from the dining room kitchen. And the gym amenities are located at an offsite fitness club. All in all, this place is better suited for those who don't need any sleep during their stay or who don't mind using earplugs. I expected a quality experience for the price but the construction of this place just didn't deliver in my opinion.
The breakfast buffet and professional staff were top notch but the rest of the amenities were woefully deficient.
