Breakfast, the comfortable bed, fridge and coffee maker in the room
the bathroom was very small
Near highway; strip-mall identity; broken light switch.
The staff is excellent at this inn and the hot breakfast is oaky and included in the deal. I would rather they take off $15. a night and we would buy our own breakfast but it worked for us this time as we were busy and grabbed a quick breakfast some days when we needed it. The ice machine and laundry is good, but we never used the exercise bikes they have for "fitness." The store next door is convenient and I liked that.
We have stayed here before and shat we didn't like this trip was the condition of the room and its location. Last time we had a double queen on the north side of the hotel and it was NOISY!! So this time we requested a double queen on the opposite side but ended up with a king on the bottom floor which was just as noisy! The double queens are large rooms with refrigerators and micros and a decent size closet/cupboard. However the king is the opposite. It had many problems with its physical condition including a wall switch that was broken and was a fire hazard, the light switch needed work to turn on the lamp, the sink wouldn't close when you pulled up the stopper, there was no refrigerator or micro, and it was small for a king room!! You would expect a king to be large but not this one! The major complaint is that the floor above squeaked loudly whenever a person walked on it. The cupboard door squeaked loudly whenever we opened it and it sounded like something you would hear in a horror film with a loud screeching sound. They had a FABRIC recliner chair that should NEVER have been put into a hotel room as you can't clean it. It had spots on it that were suspect! And it took up valuable space. A small table and chair would have worked better. The bathroom where the toilet and tub are is barely big enough to turn around which is ONE bad thing about this hotel! All rooms are like that. The sink in the room is barely large enough to put any cosmetics out. We were really dissatisfied with this trip and may not go back again. The rate is okay as it includes breakfast but there are other choices in the town and we will explore those next time.
Had a great breakfast selection and the clerk made more eggs when more people were coming and they were gone.
They don't have an elevator and my sister has trouble climbing stairs and we were on 2nd floor. The coffee pot didn't work and also the phone.
TowneHouse Inn seems to go the extra mile when making there customers happy. They have always met our requests. The Inn is clean and the breakfast is plentiful. The beds are comfortable too.
Have no complaints.
This was our second time here. The staff remembered us and called us by name. They had dog treats for our dog and made us all feel welcome.
very nice rooms
Great griendly staff and comfortable rooms
Our stay was too short, we had a great time and didn't want to leave.
The location was great and met our needs
Very friendly staff. The room was comfortable and very clean.
Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. They even put out part of their breakfast spread early for us because we had to leave at 4:45am.
Back entry to hotel had a broken lock so it stayed open all night.
Location and price
Coffee machine didn't work
Convenient location, Montana friendly.
I could have gotten a corporate rate based upon the purpose of the visit.
It was reasonably priced, offered cookies, mints, and a complimentary breakfast, which was very good.
I thought I reached for a double chocolate muffin, but it was chocolate/raisin muffin. Perhaps they could be labeled. But if that's all I can complain about, you're doing pretty good.
Good breakfast, parking good
