Cockroaches all over the place, Housekeeping never shows up until you
call the front desk and ask them to come. Imagine coming home at 6pm
and no one came and made up the room. They say they clean until 6:30,
but that is unacceptable for a hotel with this price tag, you might as
well stay at the Fontainebleau or Eden Rock or the Bates Motel for
I liked when it was over and I got to check out and go home.
Honestly I've never appreciated my own home and my own bed as much as when I returned from this stay.
Usually, a mid to high priced hotel feels like luxury, feels like a vacation, and everything is cozy. But not the case here.
The rooms are a good size, and there is a stove, but in the end who cares? get a decent room somewhere else and have room service.
I stayed here and I was so "over-it." After we found cockroaches and very poor housekeeping, we wanted to check out and have a refund, but they would not refund our money.
They were nice enough to give me free parking... but I was still stuck there.
It sucked, i'll never stay here again.
My lesson, is to read every single review, don't just go by the overall rating.
The Wi-Fi worked sometimes, and sometimes it didn't.
TV was all staticy,
the Walls are paper thin and you hear every sound through the wall,
They don't know how to clean rooms,
they are seriously on "Miami-time" for cleaning services, and when the lady finally came, she was yapping with her girlfriend on the phone the whole time she was "cleaning". then she was picking up her stuff and walking out the door and I had to tell her, "what about the floor?" and she was like, "oh, yeah, I was going to do it," and then started to do it.
Did I mention OVERPRICED?
The price does not fit the value whatsoever
I was so glad to be home after this experience
