I enjoyed the convenience of the restaurant and lounge on the premises. All the staff I came in contact with were friendly.
The room was very chilly. The heat was regulated by the office. The staff was very willing to cooperate and turn up the heat however it was a bit uncomfortable.
Clean, friendly place. Had a fantastic meal.
No hot water for bath and shower head was too low to use.
Neat, clean & excellent beds
Need more outlets!
Staff was friendly & helpful. I was allowed to cancel a 2nd room upon check in with no penalty. & I was allowed to check out 1 day early with no penalty. Rooms were clean. Beds comfortable. Price was appropriate. I liked that there are only 2 floors & bottom floor rooms open directly outdoors.
Conventional motel bedspreads that may not get laundered for months. I prefer white cotton blankets with no spread. ...and I would prefer but never have experienced a hard smooth floor through out that can be scrubbed. In place of the carpet that harbors germs/dirt.
All night long.......trains and more trains!
We had a decent room with 2 queen beds and it was fairly clean.
On the night we stayed our neighbor got arrested so around 12-1 AM several police cruisers had their lights shining right in our room windows for quite a while. The breakfast could have used some more offerings. It may have been the weekend we happened to stay which coincided with the Indian relay event in Sheridan but way too much traffic in and out of the parking lot of this motel.
I HAD THE WORST STAY EVER AT TRAILS INN IN SHERIDAN, WYOMING AND THE ROOMS ARE DIRTY AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL TO ANY ONE.
bathroom had been updated
everything else! felt dirty and musty. all furnishings need replacement. this place is used more by construction works than vacationers.
Train every 15 minutes all night. Parking lot poorly lit. Security door broken.
From the minute we showed up the place was hidden. Checked in, front desk person was not friendly at all. I asked for a receipt he said no that I would be emailed which I still have not received. Our room was on the back side 3 floor. Looked nothing like the picture we saw on the internet when we booked it. The room itself was not cleaned very well out dated by years. Dirty floors, dust and the shower curtain was dirty and hadn't been cleaned in some time. The train omg the Train!!!!!! It came by every hour on the hour blaring it's horns and brakes squealing all night log. Didn't sleep at all!! Checked out, asked again for a receipt a different front desk person told me the same thing and that I should receive it shortly. Worst place I've ever stayed!!!!!!
location restaurant in the hotel
smell of the room cleanness bed bugs in one of the rooms
The smell of the room. Really musty smelling.
It was a wonderful experience, from the staff to the clean rooms. We had a small dog and it was so nice to have a place that accommodated her. We will be back. Love the area.
Nothing. Go to Cody instead.
The staff (except for our server in the restaurant) could have cared less, and the accomodations are a nightmare. I asked for a quiet room and we were put in some annex next to the train and you could hear the people overhead until 1:00 AM. The floors creak and the shower head went spinning off in the middle of my shower.
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent at the restaurant
Room had an old musky odor. Inadequate outlets for powering devices
The boy at the front desk was pleasant.
I like Sheridan but the Motel was in shambles and we were in the back building that only had steep stairs (my daughter was on crutches), the building and rooms were extremely hot, the sliding glass doors opened to everyone so we tried to open it to get some air and their were people smoking so it was getting in our room, there was only warm water and hot water and no access to ice in that building, the bathroom was dirty and chipped, and there were not enough pillows. There was no place to park and only one entrance through gates to get into the building. My trip was a combination of business and leisure.
bed was comfortable
carpets dirty, old and filthy. need fly swatters, blinds were torn and not closing all the way, furniture old and dirty, pool in bad shape with lots of dead bugs. I was for many years a worker in motels and EVERYTHING had to be done before guests were accepted. We found stuff under the bed, the tub needs replaced and the carpet was terrible.
When we had to leave a day early they were very accommodating.
The room was old and smelled very musty.
All one-level, easy to walk the dog, walk kids over to the pool. Excellent restaurant with friendly staff, take-out options. Good breakfast.
Air conditioner had to work really hard in our room and still didn't quite do the job.
Rooms were huge, comfortable beds. Cleaned to expectations, microwave and frig. Pool was huge, staff was very accommodating.
Continental breakfast was terrible, and pool needs some updating
Bed was comfortable.
No ice, no laundry. Tub didn't drain. Had 4 cup coffee pot, but single coffee packs and no decaf coffee.
motel bar food staff
Our room backed onto a railway line that operated (noisily) all night. There was no internet connectivity from this room. We had to go outside and sit in the car.
Close to highway, nice pool.
Poor breakfast, no healthy things to eat.
Bed was comfortable. Refrigerator was nice. Pool was good.
There was no place to hang clothes. Location was fairly noisy.
